Chapter 19

"That's my son there." Adoni smiled. "Whale boy."

"Hi, father." He nodded his head slightly.

He came in through the door. "I am Akama." He said.

"I- I'm Nichole," I said quietly

"Kara," Kara said as she shook Akama's hand.

The boy smiled as he sat down beside his father. I started, I feared what was going to happen. The boy was nothing like Oneye, other than the clothes. 

I tried for a smile, but it was hard to keep it up.

"So, what are you doing here?" I swallowed.

"Oh, nothing just looking for you. We need to take you to Oneye." Adoni said.

"Why?" Kara asked.

"He's been... down lately," Akama replied.

I jumped for joy. I get to see him! she thought. I didn't know what else to think.

I didn't know what to do next.

Knock, Knock. it was the door.
