I woke up in a bed with two people standing over me. One with long shiny black hair and brown eyes. The other has weird blue hair. I remembered the bandits chasing me, I jumped out of the bed and put my hand on the handle of my (W/C) sword. The woman stood up and walked over to me, I tightened the grip on my sword handle. "Sorry if I scared you, I'm Aphmau Lord of Phoenix Drop." She stuck out her hand for me to shake it. I took my hand off of my sword handle and shook it. "It's okay, I'm (Y/N), why am I here?" The blue haired on stepped forward. "My name is Dante, and we found you in the forest on the ground, so we took you here." I didn't know where I was but I was very frightened. "Do you remember where you live?" Aphmau asked. I looked down at the floor. "I don't have a home anymore, Zane has gone crazy with power. He killed my parents right in front of me." Aphmau hugged me, it scared me and I jumped. "Follow me." She said walking out of the door. I followed her to two grave stones. They both had pictures of my parents, those were the pictures by dad kept with him. "We found their bodies in the forest. I wanted to ask, if they were your parents?" I felt tears forming in my eyes. I fell to my knees. "I'll give you some time alone." She said walking over to a tree sitting next to it. I felt like my whole world was gone, I didn't even know where my brother Brody was and my sister Peyton hates me. She is a year older than me but she still says that I'm too weak or too young to take care of myself. I stood back up and walked over to Aphmau. "I should get going now, thank you Aphmau." I said picking up my bag. "(Y/N) didn't you say you don't have a home?" She asked, I turned to look at her. "Ya, why?" She grabbed my hand and pulled me over to an empty house. "You can stay here if you like." I walked inside and put my bag down. "I guess I'll stay, if you don't mind." Aphmau laughed. "I don't mind, but you might want to fix your armor it's so last season." I glared at her. "I'm going to get settled here first, then I'll go to Scaleswind." She looked confused. "Why Scaleswind?" I put my (W/C) bow on my back. "Tomorrow is the third of the month, I'm going to see my brother and get my dog Nixon back. My brother's caravan goes to Scaleswind for a week every month. He chose the third because that's his lucky number." Aphmau shrugged and walked away. "I'll leave you to it." She called out. I sat down on the floor and got the communication amulet out of my bag. "Brody are you there?" He responded quicker than normal. "Yes, and Nixon is ready for tomorrow, he's ready to be with you again." I loved Nixon. I found him in the woods, he was just a puppy so I took him in. "Cool, see you tomorrow." I layed down on the floor and drifted off to sleep.

I woke up in a bed inside my new house. Everything was furnished instead of empty. I walked into the living room and Aphmau was there with a handsome guy sitting next to him on the couch. I looked down and noticed my armor was gone. "What is all this? And where did my armor go?" Aphmau stopped talking to that guy and looked at me. "It's your welcome to town present, and I got you the latest armor set over there." She pointed to the counter. "Cool, but who is he?" I pointed at the guy sitting on my couch. He stood up and walked over to me. "Here we go again." Aphmau said. "I'm Laurence, the hottest man you'll ever meet and the man of your dreams." I blushed, but it was like he was reading my mind. "Your cute when you blush." He said which made me blush harder. I tried to hide my face in my shirt. "Really Laurence, you do this all of the time. Knock it off." He glared at her. "Your just jealous because I don't flirt with you anymore." I stopped blushing and looked at him. "That's probably why you will never have a stable relationship." I said. He sat back down and crossed his arms. "I'm sexy and all girls fall for me and I don't want to be tied down." Aphmau snickered. "We don't like you, or at least I don't." I stopped laughing and looked at her. "I don't like him!" He laughed and looked at me. "Sure you don't. Aphmau said you were going to get your dog and see your brother so let's go." He said. I put on my (A/C) armor and was about to leave when Laurence hoisted me over his shoulder. "Laurence I know how to walk I'm not a three year old!" I yelled. "What's the point we're already here." He put me down in front of the carriage. Laurence wanted to steer the horses, so me and Aphmau sat in the back. "Do you remember your parents?" Aphmau asked. I looked at her. "Like it was yesterday, how about you?" She looked at the trees we were passing. "No, I don't even remember if I had siblings." She sounded like she was about to cry, so I did the best thing possible. I gave her the best bear hug I've ever given. She looked back at me. "Hugging helps everyone." I said. "Ya, it does." She said. Once her breathing was even I stopped hugging her. "We're here!" Laurence yelled and I ran over to Brody. I tackled him into the dirt. "Sup mud bud." I said. "Sup sis. Nixon has been so excited to come live with you." Nixon ran over and pushed me off of Brody, then he kept licking my face. "Nixon down boy!" I heard laughing. I got up and pet Nixon. "Who are they?" Brody asked. "These people are my friends, Aphmau and Laurence the Casanova." Brody laughed at Laurence then he stepped in front of him. "I may be her younger brother but I care about her. She is everything to me, take care of her." I blushed then playfully punched Brody's arm. "Ow! What was that for!?" He yelled. "I'm not dating Laurence!" He got in my face. "I thought you were, you kept blushing around him!" I tackled him and we wrestled in the dirt. "Are you sure you haven't been flirting with a kid Laurence?" Aphmau asked. "I think I was." I pushed Brody off of me and stood up. "I'm not a kid! I just act like one!" I yelled. "A kid that can't fight!" Brody yelled tackling me again. We fought for a while until Nixon sat on Brody's chest. "Nixon heel!" Nixon stayed there. I lay on the ground laughing. I looked at the sky. It was getting dark. "So Brody what were you going to ask me?" I said standing up. "If it isn't a problem I want to live with you (Y/N). Can I?" I looked at Aphmau then back at him. "If Aphmau is cool about it." I looked at her. "Sure, load your stuff onto the carriage, I can send someone to get your caravan tomorrow." We got in the carriage and drove off. I fell asleep with Nixon and Brdy leaning on me
