The girls walked in and some sat on the bed ,chair ,leaned on the walls while Lade sat beside Fikayo.

Fikayo looked amazed and shocked at the same time.

"Hey Fikkie how are you?" Shewa asked

"Em...." she stuttered

I was here cursing them for hating me but they are here to see me actually to see me...

"Guys why are you here? What do you want ? To taunt me or to mock me?% Fikayo asked

She has never been used to kindness, Calixta that is supposed to be her best friend hasn't cared where I am since and hasn't tried to meet me. So she thought

Laurel College.

Calixta started in to space as she licked her lollipop.

She really missed Fikayo's sharp mouth and she didn't know where she was.

Everyone missed the terrorist even Toke,she missed her rival.

I have never acted like a true best frined ,when Fikayo started doubting that I was with her because if her attitude but for he money ,I should have disagreed,now wherever she is she is loathing me, Calixta thought

"Cali i need you as my lab partner" Amarachi said

"K" Calixta said popping the sweet into her mouth

"Have I been a bad best friend?" She asked Amarachi who sat in turn

"No we know Fikayi has a mind of her own,even if anyone tells her no we know she would change to yes" Amarachi tried to console  her

She looked for truth in her words really if Cali is truly Fikkie's best friend why didn't she tell Fikayo where she was going? , she thought

"Then why hasn't she called or told me where she was going?" Calixta asked

"We know Fikayo she is a hard girl but we both know she has issues,I don't know the issues trust me" Amarachi said

I know a bit of her problem or so she told me, Calixta thought

"Look Chemistry practical is about to start,maybe during mid term Fikayo would be back" Amarachi said freely.

She really was pained. She had always admired Fikayo she had prayed countless of times that she would be Fikayo's best friend

Now here Calixta was rethinking their friendship, she thanked God she wasn't in this postion because she is a soft person.

They walked together to do their practical test.

AGS

"So you guys came to see me?" Fikayo asked shocked

"Yes as much as we dislike your tongue we still consider you a classmate and some how a friend" Mary said

"Yeah no matter the impression you gave us we know there is Fikayo under" Stephanie said

"Yes you have been annoying brattish but we feel that it happened for a reason" Shewa added

"That is why we gave you a fair chance ,Fikayo we want to hear you story" Lade finished

Flashback

"Mommy don't go" 9 year old Fikayo begged her mom

"Fikayo I have too, remember it is a once in a lifetime opportunity" her mom said

"Please mommy" Fikayo begged hugging her knees

"Fikayo leave your mother she has to go to Port hacourt" her father said carrying one of his wife's bags

"Okay when would you be back?" Fikayo asked

Her mom looked away and a tear dropped.

"3years" she finally said

"What?! Mommy who would take care of me?" She asked

"Tolani na" Her mom replied

"No mommy please don't leave me with Tolani she is a witch,she is devilish" Fikayo cried

"Take me with you ,out me in your box please just don't leave me" Fikayo
cried with her heart.

"Ok what of daddy?" She asked

"Can he stay till you return?" Fikayo asked her.mom further

"You know your father is a business man and his headquarters are in Chicago?" She asked her daughter

"But can't I go abroad?" Fikayo asked

"No you may get spoilt"..

End of Flashback.

"Fikayi why are you crying?" Shewa asked

As Fikayo noticed the tear that slipped out.

Her set mates are asking her for her friendship.

Flashback

4 years ago

"Hello daddy" Fikayo greeted over the phone

"Hi, how is secondary school?" He asked her

"Very fine many people asked me to be their friends" she gushed

"Oh no no , Fikayo they are after your money" he said

"Really? They are all rich o" she said

"Fikayo you know i love you and I miss you, dear listen to me , do not let anybody tell you that you are not capable, don't let them put you down ,instead you out them down, your mother are working tirelessly for you to inherit alll our money so trust me when I say you are rich and bo one can ever bring you down, flaunt your riches and everyone would worship you, don't be friends with poor people only be friend with people you know have wealth but not up to yours. Are we clear?" He asked

"Yes daddy" she nodded

"Okay I have to go now" he said

"Bye daddy" she said about to cut of the call

"And one more thing you are the daughter of Olagundoye flaunt it and let the whole world know show people love by giving them money but make sure you don't let anyone be better than you" he said and cut it.

End of flashback

"He said I am better but does being better make me the best? He said I am an Olagundoye and u am such but does being rich make me the richest make people like me?" She asked herself

"Oh ma god Fikaho please talk to us you are keeping us up in suspense" Shewa said impatient

"I should tell you what excatly ,my story or how I spoilt my life?" She asked again

"Oh no, we jsutqant the story" Mary said and laughed

Everyone turned to her and eyed her,she shut up and looked remorseful again

"Okay I would talk but curfew has started when we get to the hostel" Fikayo said and stood up to leave

They all followed with Lade by her side, everyone secretly wondered why Lade of all people was interested but the time didn't make anyone ask

They got to the hostel ,showered, wore their night gowns and all.

They all got torch lights and crossed their legs on their bed.

"Fikayo we are ready o" Mary shouted from her side.

Joyce was wondering what they were talking about so was Angela but she had to hear so she did the same.

Fikayo looked around and saw faces of people who wanted the truth people who wanted to really know and help if they could.

She never saw these faces in Calixta or Tinkie or even Amarachi.

She knew she was right telling them her story.

Here I go ...
