Chapter Ten.
For three days, Lila and Harry didn't talk to each other. Her house remained in the dark throughout the shift of day to night, she didn't step out to collect her mail nor did she sit out on the porch swing.
Harry sat on his front lawn; it was the first time Lila had kicked him out of her way. He felt guilty for what he did as he watched her mailbox screamed "Incoming" .
He watched as three magazines appeared on her porch, he watched as her porch swing gently rocked itself.
Harry sighed as he rose up to his feet and entered his house.
