As the bus pulled up I got on and sat in the back I may have a rich family but unlike other rich kids who drive limousines, I prefer to ride the bus I also prefer to sit in the back and not be the center of attention. With my anxiety plus the bullying and cutting its best for me to stay out of the spotlight. I was so lost in thought that I didn't notice the bus pulling up to the school. Until everyone started making a loud racket trying to be the last person off the bus. I quietly got up and weaved my way through the crowd and off the bus. As soon as I stepped off the bus I saw a blur of black and the next thing I know I'm on the ground with one of my best friends on top of me. "Hello to you too Emily", 

"Hi Annabelle, how are you she said excitedly", for someone who wears black and listens to people such as Pirce the Veil and Bring Me The Horizon you'd think that she'll be your stereotypical emo but she's is the most bubbly person you will meet unless you mess with someone close to her then she turns in to the bitch that she looks like. 

"I'm fine now get off of me your ass is crushing my back" 

"Yeah get off her Emily can't you see the poor girl is dying"  I looked up to see her boyfriend and my other best friend Tyler standing there with a smirk on his face.  Tyler is like my annoying older brother who doesn't know when to shut up. "Shut up Tyler honestly you don't know when to how to control your mouth came another voice" I once again looked up to see my longtime boyfriend Chris he's the only person who knows about my cuts and my tormentors. 

Sort of I mean I told him I cut but then I told him I stopped and I said I used to be bullied but they got transferred to another school. I mean the less he knows the less he has to worry about me.     He pulls Emily off of me and helped me up. Yes, I yelled free from the weight of her butt and do a little happy dance they all laugh and Chris pulls me into a hug, "hey sweetheart how you today", 

'I'm fine I replied with a small smile on my face"  

"Ok, lovebirds if you don't want to be late for class I suggest we get inside" Emily yelled at us. "Oh come on it's not like you and Tyler do the same thing, in fact, you guys are worse don't think we can't hear you when you think me and Chris are asleep" I shot back. 

I'll admit it was nice seeing their faces go cherry red it almost made me forget about my own life almost. "Hey, guys where is Annalise"? Tyler suddenly asked. "Why do you care" Emily snapped, another thing about Emily is that she's very insecure so when another girl even if it's her friend is mentioned by her boyfriend she gets very defensive and snappy. which sort of puts a damper on their relationship.  

"She's already inside you know her paranoid about getting killed or worse suspended or expelled," Chris said in a horrible imitation of her trying to ease the growing tension. Oh come on stop being such a jerk you know she does not sound like this and you know her parents are hard on her" I defended. Now let's get to class before we get detention I do not need that again I already have enough thanks to you guys. "Ok, your royal highness off we go," Chris said as he mockingly held out his arm for me. "let's go to class".
