Leo cant put his arms down and snowball fights

I stretched myself out on the couch and hummed contently. The two weeks of school we had before Christmas break went by fast. Typically, school was agonizingly slow and painful, but with Leo in class, it had gotten so much more awesome. It was nice that Rosalie had left us more or less alone, Leo could get pretty mean. Through, he also got in trouble with the other teachers in the hall a lot. He’s not really sure what he does wrong, but most of the kids in class like him.

When Rosalies not around, a lot of kids come up and talk to him, and to me sometimes. But, none of them want to get on her bad side, so when she’s around they either ignore us or mess with us, but hey, its a step in the right direction. I looked at my phone and sighed, causing Al to nudge me.

“What's up?” He asked.

“Leo’s not here yet. He texted me and said that he'd be over in a few minutes, and that was like twanty minutes ago.” Al looked at me.

“Doesn't he live, like, right next door?” I nodded as a thump was on the door. I jumped up and throw it open. Leo was there in the biggest, puffiest coat I have ever seen. His arms were out to his sides, like he wanted a hug. I smiled.

“Sorry bro, not a hugger.” Leo shook his head.

“A little help?” He asked. I looked at him and he sighed, “I can't put my arms down!” I laughed.

“Like in a Christmas Story?” I asked, still laughing. He nodded.

“Exactly like it. My mom’s not used to cold weather, so she wrapped me up like this, and now I can't put my arms down!” Al started laughed and came over.

“Dude, how did you even knock like that?” Leo smiled.

“I used my head. Now seriously, help me get out of this, I cant feel my arms anymore.” I laughed some more and helped him unzip his coat. To find another coat. And that one to a third. That one to a hoddie. I looked up at him.

“What the heck bro?” I asked as he shrugged off the coats.

“Like I said, mom’s not used to cold weather.” I looked at him.

“Just where did you move from?” Leo smiled and brushed past me.

“Arizona.” I blinked.

“Dude, you're from Arizona?” He nodded.

“Yup. Born and raised.” I smiled.

“Then you've never had a snowball fight~?” He smirked.

“I hope you're getting at what I think you are.” I nodded and through him one of his coats.

“You know it.” I said, slipping on a hoodie. He looked at me.

“I get that you're used to cold weather, but its like nine-hundred below zero out. You sure you don't want to wear more than that?” I smiled.

“Dude. I’m fine with just this. I’m too hot to get a cold.” I smiled putting on my hat with kitty ears and black gloves. I smiled and looked at Al, “You coming?” I asked, Al shook his head.

“Naw, I’ll stay here and make sure that Iggy doesn't burn the house down trying to make cookies for Santa.” I rolled my eyes.

“Your loss.” I shrugged as I opened the door, Leo following me out. I turned to him, “We have five minutes to make forts, after that, you are allowed to open fire. Lets do this.” He smiled.

“This may be my first fight, but you're going down.” I smiled.

“Sugar, I’m going down swinging.” I smiled.

“Those arent the lyrics.”

“Well, it can't be ‘we’re’ I don't have a partner.”

“Lets just save that quote for if we ever get in a fight we can't win.”

“Got it.”

With that, we took off across the yard in different directions. I started working with the snow and it only took me a few minutes to have a fairly well made fort. I started making snow balls, looking at Leo. His “fort” was a blob of snow that fell apart every few seconds. I laughed, “I’m so winning this.”

Soon, the five minutes were up. I looked over the top of my fort...To be greeted with a snowball to the face. I shook the snow out of my hair and looked to see Al behind Leo’s fort. “What the heck!” I yelled, “You said you weren't going to join!” He popped back up smiling.

“Yeah, I wasn't! But Leo was in trouble, and I, as the Hero, needed to help him!” He called back.

“Two against one isnt fair!” I yelled, quickly ducking behind my fort to avoid getting hit with another snowball. I popped back up to see the boys smiling stupidly at me. “Fine.” I said, smirking, “If this is what you want, bring it. You will never take Fort Mega Awesome, er uh...Kitty!” I yelled, “And thats not a dumb name!” I added, ducking back down and grabbing some of my  my snowballs. I came back up, throwing them.

I heard Al laugh, “Yeah, well, Fort Hero will never lose!” He called back, barely missing me. I looked up to see Leo throwing a snowball, made by him most likely as it was falling apart. He threw it and it went about two feet before it fell apart completely. I started to laugh before Al got me with another one.

I started throwing snowballs, aiming mostly for Leo because he was just an easy target. The fight lasted for a good twenty minutes, with Leo getting better at making snowballs. Through, it all ended when Al slipped and fell on his own fort, crushing it. Leo and I both started laughing, pelting him with a few more snowballs. After that, we had a truce. That is, until Leo put snow down the back of my shirt.

“Aiiiieeeeeeeee!” I screamed, shaking the snow out while Al and Leo laughed, I turned around smiling and glaring at them while smirking at the same time. Needless to say, the demon was released and the fight continued.
