It's D-DAY 

Thank you everyone for patiently waiting for the sequel. Thank you for sticking with the story.

Also if you are NEW don't worry, I made it so you can read this as a stand alone story and everything will still make sense.

Francy's p.o.v

Outside it was pouring rain like it was the middle of October rather than spring. Aprils were so unpredictable.

I looked at the special calendar on my desk. Next week it's going to be May. Where did time fly?

It's such a shame. April had just become my favorite to look at as it had one of the best pictures.

I looked outside. It might have been raining but the cherry blossoms were already in full bloom and the streets were covered with blush pink petals. They were like a confetti of nature, celebrating the good weather, the nearing of the school season ending and the beginning of beautiful floral dresses.

Spring was wonderful. The grass in the garden was greener, the sky had a bluish color even on rainy days and the birds that were present every morning outside my window were chirping and singing to put me in a good mood.

Then the sun rays would fall all over my face, slightly warm and bright. I felt giddy just opening my eyes in the morning.

There was something so eternal and youthful in springtime. I just wanted to live forever in that moment of warmth, sunshine and blossoms.

Even on rainy days like this, when the streets were wet and the days would get chillier, I still was very happy.

I rubbed my tired eyes.

I had enough of studying for today. I was already losing concentration anyways. I pushed the boring study materials further away.

What was the point of studying if I was not going to remember anything now?

I had used up all my excuses, like getting coffee, writing down notes of the important part of the lesson, making sure the light in the room was right, pointlessly walking around my house, washing the dishes, getting snacks for energy.. Pfft yeah right.. And making another coffee just in case.

I nudged my empty coffee mug away and gathered my notes, organizing them in the book for the next time I study.

I leaned my elbows on the desk, in thought.

And that's when I saw it. A giant ugly bug crawling on my white carpet heading towards me.

"AaaaAaaAaAAAaaaaa!" I screamed at the top of my lungs and ran outside my room. I turned around to watch its location.

If it disappears I have to burn the house down.

I looked in the living room and there was no one there.

"Kaiiiii..!" I yelled hoping my brother upstairs could hear me, but there was no answer.

Oh shoot. I ran upstairs as fast as I could, to the only brother who was home.

"Kaiiiii! There is a giant bug in my room and I need you to kill it." I slammed the door open.

Kai was on his bed, heavily making out with the girl under him known as my best friend Remi, his six-year-long crush that finally became his girlfriend for Christmas.

They separated immediately.

He glared at me so viciously that I felt a sudden chill.

"Don't you knock?" He asked. "This better be good."

"There is an emergency. I need you to kill a bug immediately."

Knowing how big of an issue this was, he exhaled in annoyance but got up. "You owe me."

"I gave you my best friend, what more do you want?" I added

"That only worked the first month." He gave me a disapproving glance and headed towards my room.

Remi got up and we both followed him downstairs.

I just hoped the bug wasn't hiding.

"That's how you do math homework with Kai?" I asked Remi teasingly.

She grinned. "You know.. Bit of math..a bit of chemistry..."

I nudged her "You're gonna let me copy everything you copy from him right?"

"Duh. I got you."

My brother was excellent at math but my god did he charge for a glance at his homework. Luckily his girlfriend got everything for free and I could just lavish in the benefits this brought me.

We got to my room and Remi and I looked around without entering the room. Kai was searching but couldn't see the bug.

"Any sight of it yet?" I asked.

"No." He sighed.

Remi and I tiptoed carefully in the room trying to help him find it.

"There." Remi pointed at it under my desk.

Suddenly the little sucker crawled out and headed for us.

"Aa..a.a.a.a!" We screamed running out.

Kai lunged from the other side of the room, grabbed my abandoned slipper on the floor and slammed it over the bug.

Bam.

Bam.

The icky bug was dead.

"Ahhh." I let out a squeak. My slippers. My heart writhed in pain when I saw the bottom of the cute fluffy slippers with the remains of the bug.

Kai went to flush the bug and clean the slipper, but the slippers had already seen and touched enough.

He gave me the slipper and I barely took it.

Note to self. Burn the slippers.

"I love it when you're merciless." Remi smiled at Kai. He gave her a proud smile back.

Ah, love.. Before my brother was a mean and bitter little person, but in the last few months while he was dating Remi I could see subtle changes.

He took her hand and they got back upstairs.

They were low on PDA but we could all tell how much they loved each other..

Which reminds me...

I had a boyfriend of my own to see.

Through the windows in my room, I could see it had stopped raining and the streets were starting to dry. Bit of sunshine was wiggling through the heavy grey clouds.

Yep, spring had the weirdest weather.

One of my cats, Momo walked inside the room meowing as she saw me getting ready.

"That's right. I'm going to see my boyfriend Elric." I grinned at my reflection in the mirror.  I did a happy shoulder wiggle. 

My boyfriend was also Momo's crush. So she meowed again once she heard the word Elric come out of my mouth.

I looked down at her. " I know you miss him too, but I can't take you with me."

She let out a small meow as she was asking me why disappointed.

"Because he needs to come over and bring you snacks. If you go there you won't get any."

Like she understood she turned around and strolled out with her puffy tail up. 

I picked out a cute spring outfit, got ready and before I headed out I poured food for my three cats Momo, Pierre and Dorian. They rushed over to eat. 

"I'm going out my babies. See you later." I petted their heads and went out. 

The cherry blossoms were dolling up the bleak city that was begging for the warmer part of spring. The air had a chill to it and a cold breeze would whoosh my hair back ticking my neck. There was sky reflecting puddles on the sides of the road.

I got on a tramway and sat down next to two kids who were wearing middle school uniforms. They were just adorable. They were sharing headphones listening to music and giggling at each other.

The flashback of the first time I had gone out on a date with Elric brought warm tingles in my stomach. I couldn't wait to see him.

From the tramway, I had some time to walk before reaching his home, known as the Devil's den, home of the notorious hacker Lucy. 

Well, my boyfriend was a bit of a bad boy. And I was here for it.

I took my card out and swiped it on the door getting in. After a few incidents of break-ins around Christmas Elric had gotten better security. He had a lot of expensive equipment that needed to be kept safe.

Oh yeah. He was an ex-hacker, a current game developer, and bound to become a winner of the world game development championship.

"Heey." I yelled from the hallway going straight to the game room.

Ace, my oldest brother, was sitting on the laptop, headphones in, working. He gave me a smile and a point towards the kitchen and continued back to work.

I headed to the kitchen. Elric leaned on the counter, typing on his phone, pressing the coffee mug to his chest.

Did he work out? How did he.. Was he getting hotter with the weather?

His eyes shot up and he smirked when he saw me. "Got tired of studying?"

"It's not as nearly as fun as being with you." I lazily walked over and wrapped my arms around his waist. He hugged me back.

His chest was warm from the coffee mug. He also smelled so damn nice...

He leaned over and kissed the top of my nose.

I smiled and closed my eyes waiting for a kiss, instead he leaned over my neck, planted a soft kiss and stayed there breathing in my neck.

"You okay?" I rubbed his back.

"Mhm.. I'm just sleepy."

"Did you stay up all night studying again?" I asked.

"I had to finish an essay that was due for today. Got an A on it."

He brought his head up. "Proud of me?"

"Always." I raised myself on my toes and kissed him.

He was working on his game and studying for school and preparing for the university exams with my brother Ace. They were dead set on winning the game-developing championships, going to university and having a successful business by the time they were 25.

But they were also too exhausted to have any normal life. Luckily summer was going to come and they'd have no other obligations other than the game and I'd have more romance time.

I pressed him on the counter and kissed him more passionately. He suddenly grabbed me by my waist, turned me around and pinned me on the counter.

His kisses were deep, sensual and demanding as always.

I ran my fingers down his back. God, I missed him.

*Cough, cough*

I broke the kiss and peeked behind Elric to see my brother making a face.

"Can I at least have him for five minutes?" I asked. "Pleasee."

"I know you guys haven't seen each other since last week, but I need him for a second."

I sighed and let Elric go.

He got back to the room and sat down where Ace was sitting.

"I tried everything. It just kept crashing down on me." Ace explained

Elric started typing something. After a few minutes, he stopped and sighed. "Yeah, I could see why it wouldn't work. Don't worry I created a back door for our system to automatically pick it up and fix it so it won't crash next time."

They worked as game testers and advisers at the same time to earn money, so they were busier than ever.

"Now that you fixed this.." Ace looked at us. "Go ahead, have a date. I'm going to be here and take care of the other things."

"Are you sure?" Elric asked.

"Yes, go ahead." He smiled and put on his headphones to avoid discussion.

"Well I guess I'm free." Elric smiled. " Wanna do that thing we planned?" He smirked.

"Do I? I've been dying to do it." I gasped. Finally!
