It's a clear morning with a slight breeze and sunshine covered with white clouds. The morning was too perfect and one of the mornings that Karina felt like she was the happiest woman alive. It doesn't mean she's never been happy before, but at last, she felt complete in whole again when Winter was right next to her.

For the first time in two years, Karina woke up in the morning feeling so happy and lucky to have Winter by her side. At last, her daily breakfast routine wasn't that lonely anymore when Winter was there to enjoy her cooking with her sheepish smile. Her days felt much more complete knowing that she had nothing to worry or think about anymore, because why?

All of her memories are back. She's more than happier now.

It is surprising when Winter told her the plan of quitting her job at the National Security. The actress is somehow happy with the younger woman's decision but somehow she's afraid Winter might regret her decision, cuz why not?

It has been Winter's dream to always work in this kind of industry. Winter keep talking about this since the last year of high school. She worked so hard to finish the academy and gain the best position in the agency.

"Are you sure about this, babe? I mean... it's your only dream-"

"My only dream is to make you happy. It isn't a dream anymore when I knew that it will bring harm to both of us", Winter replied as she played with Karina's fingers while sitting on their couch.

"My only dream is your happiness. I like to see your smile. I love to see your laughs. I'm addicted to your giggles and smirks. When this job takes all of that away from you, and all I can see is the painful view of you crying and sobbing, how can I call this a dream anymore?", Winter said as she turns her head towards her wife. Her gaze was nothing but warmth and sincerity and that eyes always succeed to melt Karina's heart when she looks deeper into it.

"I got you, Winter. Thank you", the actress smiled warmly before slowly pulling her wife into a hug. They let themselves like that for a while as Karina digs her head into the crook of Winter's neck, addicted to the smell of her wife.

"I'm sure my savings all these years is enough to support us", Winter said through the hug and Karina just smirks happily before answering her wife's statements.

"And I'm sure that my job can support both of us", she said.

Karina had her normal schedule that afternoon and she insist that Winter will follow her this time. She lost two years with Winter and she won't let her wife lose from her touch ever again.

As the stylist did her makeup on Karina's ethereal bare face, Winter couldn't help but be skeptical about it, knowing that they'd been in a dangerous situation once before because of a lipstick.

Winter neatly examine the makeup products on the dressing table one by one, and Karina couldn't help to scoff at her wife's silliness. The younger woman's act succeeds to earn the weird gaze of the stylist, who is confused with the younger woman's act.

"What are you doing?", Aeri asked as she stop her activity, looking at Winter who was now examining an eyeliner in her hand.

"Checking if this eyeliner has poison, drug, or something...", Winter went quiet again and keep focusing inspecting every single detail of the eyeliner. Aeri sigh once before turning her focus back to the actress.

"Is she always like this? I mean... is your wife always like this since that day?", Aeri asked and Karina just nodded her head lightly between her tiny laughs.

"Just let her be", Karina said softly and Aeri just shake her head before continuing her job.

Ningning who was watching them from the clothes hanger couldn't help but sneer a tiny laugh watching how Winter was so protective. It was weird for her to see that act came from Winter, knowing how the woman used to be and used to act so distant from Karina before.

Who knows that that cold woman is actually Karina's wife all along?

When the makeup is done, Karina made her way to Ningning who's already prepared the right clothes for the actress to wear. Karina then entered the cylindrical curtain to change her clothes and in a few minutes, she came out with a brand new Bottega Veneta brown leather dress and spin once just to examine herself in front of the big mirror. But who knows Winter who is two meters away couldn't help but stare at her wife in complete awe.

"Beautiful", the younger woman said once and it succeed to bring the three attention towards her.

"W-What?", Karina laughs at Winter's sudden comment.

"I said you're beautiful", Winter repeated her words with a proud smile on her face, clapping her hand like a fool all by herself while her eyes glued to Karina from top to bottom.

The actress couldn't help but laugh again. This is the Winter she used to know. This is Winter's real personality she's been in love with for years. The actress then walks her way toward her wife before leaving a soft peck on Winter's lips.

"You're cute but I need to go. I will adore you later", Karina whispered in Winter's ears before slowly pulling away and pecking Winter's fluffy cheek once.

"You know what? I'm really not used to seeing you guys like this", Aeri said from her seat.

The photo shoot went out smoothly despite Karina's partner being the well-known Shin Yuna. They show their professional side in front of the camera, but when the director called for a five-minute break, the two actresses slowly create a small distance from each other.

It was quiet, not like any other day when they met. The rants, the annoyance, the show-off weren't visible anymore between them. All visible is the awkwardness and the silent tense that threatens both of their presence. Knowing Yuna after the incident, Karina tried to break the ice between them first.

"Hey. How was your day?", Karina asked and it succeed to startled the younger actress.

"Good. How about you?", Yuna asked back and Karina displayed her little smile toward the younger actress.

"Great", she answered. Then, the situation between them came into complete silence again.

"How is your wife?", Yuna suddenly asked and Karina turn her head again towards the woman. She nodded once and smiled, "She's good, thanks for asking. She's here with me today".

They went into complete silence again. Both of them knew that the silence between them was nothing but a new chapter to their tense relationship. It may be a good start, and Karina knew maybe Yuna can be a friend to her.

After everything is done, Karina came back to her waiting room, witnessing Winter who was now playing games on her phone. Karina shrugs once before pulling off her killing heels, putting on her comfortable sandals, and walking towards her wife on the couch with her smile.

"What are you doing?", Karina asked even though she already know the answer as she placed herself on Winter's lap, sitting on her wife and circling her arms around Winter's shoulder. She planted her face inside Winter's neck and peck the skin once before flashing a wide smile.

God, Karina never gets enough of Winter's addictive smell.

"Playing games. Should I stop?", Winter asked and Karina shakes her head.

"Keep playing. Let me be like this for a while"

That night is also one of the happiest nights Karina ever dreamt of these two years. Sitting together on the couch in the living room with the love of her life, watching romantic movies while being sappy with each other.

"How ridiculous!", Winter said, commenting on the movie they are watching.

"What?", Karina asked.

"Look at her! Look at the tattoo artist! I mean... she's hot but she's a badass!", the younger woman continued, cuddling closer to her wife.

"She's hot, she's a badass, but she actually has a gentle heart", Karina said, poking her finger on Winter's cheek.

"I don't get it. How can that naive college girl easily fall in love with that tall badass?"

"If you are in her position, honey, you will understand. Love can change everything you know. Maybe that tall badass tattoo artist will be the kindest to her"

"I don't understand how she's easily falling in love with her at first sight"

"Well, ask yourself for falling in love with me at first sight", Karina teased the younger woman with her laughs and Winter just gazed her eyes towards her wife sharp.

"Sometimes I forgot that you have remembered everything", Winter said.

"And sometimes I forgot that you used to be so cold to me. Look at yourself now. Cuddling so close, geez", Karina teased Winter more and slightly pushed away her wife, but Winter just chase her back.

"Hey! You are my wife! I can cuddle with you all I want!", Winter wined and Karina keep laughing her heart out loud. Gosh, it feels so good to laugh this laugh after a while. At last, Karina surrendered, letting the younger woman cuddle her all she wants. The taller stroked her wife's hair gently while her eyes focused on the movie.

Winter was right. The movie tells a story about a college student an art major who falls in love with a badass tattoo artist who smokes pods. Despite being rejected countless times, the girl keeps chasing the artist's heart. Winter was right about the character being a naive figure.

But when the movie comes to the end, the tattoo artist surrendered her heart fully to the girl and now they are madly in love with each other. Karina scoffed at the lovely scenes and shifted her gaze toward her wife.

"See? I told you that the artist will be the kindest- Oh- Winter?"

Her wife is sound asleep.

Karina stood in front of the crowd, trying to hide all the nerves she had in her. Since this was the first ever interview she had after all the incidents that happened to her these few months, finally she had the courage after discussing it with Winter and agreed to the interview session.

She remembered when Winter asked her if she will be alright with the countless question, the actress confidently said that she had no more things to hide and that telling the truth will be the best for her and Winter. Since losing Winter is worst than losing anything in her possession, Karina's determination leads her to this day.

"Did the threat incident and the attempted murder all happen because of your rival's fan?"

"It is, but let me get this thing straight. I and Yuna are friends, and we never hate each other in any way possible including murder. Yuna wasn't the reason all the bad things happened to me and I hope everyone listening will treat her the best way possible", Karina answered while flashing her little smile to the media.

"Is it true that you've married secretly?"

"I am not", the actress answered.

"I didn't get married secretly to my wife. In fact, we got married before I become an actress. Three months after the wedding, I got into a hit-and-run accident and lost my memories of her. She decided to keep the truth from me for my safety and the reason for that is personal. But since then, I couldn't remember me being a wife to anyone and then I contributed myself to this industry", she continued.

"Did the latest incident happen to be your wife?"

"Yes. She worked as my bodyguard and her job is to protect me despite the fact that I don't know who she is because of my memory loss. But again, yes. She protected me in the latest incident and suffered from several broken ribs and bones. She's fine now, thankfully"

"Karina, does this person happen to be your wife?", was a question from nowhere, and Karina's focus was brought towards a man who pointed his finger in a specific direction. She follows her finger and spotted Winter between the crowd of reporters, eyes wide open, startled by the sudden revelation.

"What are you doing here?", Karina mouthed her words towards Winter who was now looking at her innocently.

"What?", the younger woman mouthed back and Karina facepalmed herself in disbelief.

The actress gets down from the tiny stage, walks towards her wife, and pulled her by hands as the camera flashes between them. At this point, Karina doesn't care anymore. Screw this interview.

"I told you to stay in the waiting room", she whispered to Winter's ear.

"I'm bored and curious about you, so I go out", the younger woman answered.

"Sometimes I can't believe that you once worked for the National Security. You're supposed to be smart, Winter. You should've known what coming for you for your action"

"But I'm dumb when it comes to you", the younger woman smiled sheepishly and Karina just sigh lightly. She didn't prepare to reveal Winter to the world, but now that her wife is here.

"Screw this interview. I love Winter more than anything"

"So, this is the woman I married two years ago", Karina said to the crowd as she gestured her hand toward the woman she love beside her.

"My wife"

"Winter Kim"
