She ran inside the bathroom before I could catch her.

'too good to be true' kinda life, I picked up the phone.

"Hello", I said.

No answer.

I again asked,"Hello, who's it?"

I heard someone's shallow breathe from the other side. After a pause I heard a voice that left me dumbfounded ,"Hello R-Ryan, it's me, J-Jasmine." My breathe stuck in my throat, my mouth went dry. All the oxygen in the room felt insufficient at that moment but before my mind could process anything the other person hang up.
I dialed that number again but call didn't connect.

I felt like a heavy rock had hit me suddenly and I sat on the bed failing to keep my composure.

What in the name of lord just happened?

Panic and stress started kicking in. I felt my whole body sweating.

I gulped down a whole glass of water and sat on the bed dumbfounded.

What will tell her if she asks?

I managed to reply,"Y-yeah, Yeah?"

I answered, "N-nothing, it was just, umm just James was c-calling to ask w-when will we return."

I irritatingly asked, "What are you doing Jenn, you already had a towel why did you call me?"

I tightened my grip on her as if she is going away from me. It's not like she is going to leave me. Why am I having these irrational thoughts.
The mere thought of being away from her is like the worst nightmare for me.

This thought only, made my eyes watery.
A lone tear fell from my eyes she swept it away and asked"Now tell me what happened?"

I could come up with right words, i blabbered, "Nothing, I was just umm...... I -just...."

She looked into my eyes and asked sternly, "No lying okay."

"Umm.. actually I was missing my mother, that's why I got emotional", I lied.

Maybe she bought my lie and didn't ask any further.
Shw stroked my back and whispered, "It is okay to feel emotional. I know how much you loved your mom. And there is nothing wrong in expressing that. Okay."

Isn't she too good for me. It feels like all my prayers had been answered by God.
She makes me feel comforted. Let me be who I actually am, with no filters, no lies.

Now I feel much relaxed. The wild storm in my mind seem to stop now.
I felt peace.

After a while she looked at me eyes and then her gaze went to my lips. She was looking at my lips so intensively, it felt so sexy. My cock twitched in my pants.
