My thoughts ran cold, I did what I could only do at that point in time. I ran to Lilia and drew my fist to her face, breaking her nose as blood escaped it. I proceed to yank her hair back and smash her face onto the ground and dragged her down the floor.

"HOW COULD YOU!" I SCREAMED IN HER EAR. "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LET US BE, YOU DESTROYED EVERYTHING!"

Lilia just smirked and laughed.

"He was a waste of space, a player who only cared for himself. He never truly loved neither of us, we're adults but he still acts like a fuck boy in high school." She spat.

And with that, I knocked her out cold before turning to Jaeden and held his head on my lap.

"Someone just called an ambulance!" I shrieked as blood poured out his body.

Jaeden's light ocean eyes with dark specks looked at me, he frowned as he began to choke out blood.

"You look so beautiful," He whispered as he let out a weak smile. "I'm sorry."

"Shut up Jaeden, just stay with me. Come on, please." I intertwined our fingers together as Matt finished the call.

"Lilia lied you know, I only ever truly loved you. I went crazy for you, my mom she was convinced that Lilia was better than you.." He stopped and choked out more blood. "You changed me into the person I am right now, god I was a dick back then."

The sirens went off, I turn my head back to see paramedics rushing towards us.

"Okay, Jaeden I'm going to go with you to the hospital just don't close your eyes on me," I say quickly as I stand up while they carried Jaeden on a stretcher.

"I love you, you were made for me and only me." Jaeden's eyes started to close. "And, no matter how much we fell out, we still found our way back to each other."

"Jaeden." I get into the ambulance as the medics start to work on him. "Just focus on staying alive."

"Everything happens for a reason." He slurs, and slowly but surely his eyes close.

"Jaeden!" I screamed, turning to the medics. "God! Save him!"

"Keep calm." A medic held me down to my seat and then proceeded to work on Jaeden.

This was my last chance, if he Jaeden dies I don't think I'll be able to live with myself. No more fights, no more Drama. This is the last obstacle and if we can't get passed this then I can't find a reason to live. One last chance.

"How is he doctor?" I rushed to the doctor as soon as he came out.

"He's fine, the bullet went deep but we were able to save him." The doctor smiled. "You can see him now but just let him rest more since he's asleep."

"Thank you," I said and rushed into Jaeden's room.

He looked like an angel, he looked fine yet still in pain. I sat next to him on a chair and laid my head on his lap. Everyone was waiting outside and let me have time with him. I can't lose him, not now, not ever. I lost my mom and I won't ever find anyone as great as Jaeden, we still had so much time left and if I could do it all over again I would. 

Days passed and he still wasn't waking up, I talked to him every day and I did everything I could to be there for him. Why wasn't he waking up? What if he leaves me? 

"He won't leave you." Matt patted my shoulder. "This is your last chance to be together and even if it was a wild ride, I don't think he'd trade it for the world. He loves you, you have to trust him and how he's fighting to be here right now."

"I guess you're right.." I smiled softly and looked up at Matt who sat next to me.

The door opened suddenly and revealed Sophia who closed the door gently and walked towards us. 

"Lilia got life in prison, she's not coming back." Sophia smiled softly. 

"You're serious? Finally!" I stood up with a smile. "I can't believe how crazy all of this has been, thank you guys for putting up with this bullshit."

"Well it was quite an adventure but you kids are worth the risk." Matt chuckled. "And from now on, everyone will be okay." 

Yeah... Everything will be just fine after Jaeden wakes up.

"Hey, we're not kids! We're basically adults now!" My heart dropped and I quickly turn to my right and see Jaeden with bright eyes and a small smile. 

"You're awake." I breathed out and immediately wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I didn't die, it was so crazy." He chuckled. 

"Dude, you actually survived from a bullet piercing through your skin!" Matt exclaimed. "I'll go get the doctor."

"And that's how we finally got together," I explained and looked at my 16-year-old daughter. "It took us a long time and I would still do it all over again."

"But it's not something we want you to go through, we want you to make better decisions." Jaeden walked over to us in the living room . We were living happily in a nice home and everything finally turned out right. Well... Not everything.

"And that's why if Camden makes you cry, he might not be the guy for you." I explained with a small smile. "I could talk to his dad for you, Finn and I have history."

"That's alright." Beverley smiled. "I think I know what I have to do now." 

And with that, your daughter left your side and skipped to the front door leaving you and Jaeden alone on the couch. 

"You think we did a good job raising her?" Jaeden chuckled and wrapped his arm around you.

"As long as she doesn't get obsessive and aggressive like Lilia, I think she'll be alright." You replied and lay your head on Jaeden's shoulder.

"I'm glad I still fought for you." He smiled softly.

"And I'm glad I fought for you too." You replied.

I finally updated that's kinda wild, to be completely honest I was going to start a new book that had to tell Beverley's story but I don't have the time or background information to start that. When I first started to write this book I'm pretty sure I was like 13/14 years old and my writing has grown way much more. I understand this story was a whole roller coaster and it's been years but I felt like this story needed to be completed. Some of the story doesn't make sense which like I understand my old mind was chaotic so I'm sorry :(
