Hi guys!

How is your Christmas? Mine is amazing! I got a lot of Harry Potter related presents! I didn't have time to update yesterday, so here is a chapter today!

Draco walked into the common room late at night. He saw a light burning. He walked towards it and saw you sleeping on top of some potion books. He sighed and walked towards you.

'Y/N, honey come on... wake up.' He whispered while shaking your shoulder. 

You opened your eyes and sat up. You looked at Draco.

'Hi Dray.' You smiled half asleep.

'Come on, you're going to bed.'

He placed your hands around his neck and grabbed your legs. He got up and you placed your had on his shoulder.  He kissed your cheek and brought you upstairs. He laid you down in bed. You almost immediately fell back asleep as soon as he stroke your hair. He smiled and waited for a while just to see you sleep. He kissed the top of your head and left.

He sighed and grabbed your books. He looked at your notes and saw that you had almost everything already. He kept everything in place and just cleaned up.

You woke up and noticed that your tie was almost strangling you. You quickly loosened it and looked at your clothes. Then you remembered that Draco put you to bed. You yawned and rubbed your eyes. The N.E.W.T.s were up in only a few weeks. You got up fixed your hair. You hurried down stairs and saw Draco, Andrew and Laurie. 

'Good morning.' You smiled.

'Hi.' Laurie smiled. 'I wanted to wake you but you were sleeping so well I thought I just leave.'

'It's fine.' You smiled. 

There was no space left on the couch so you just sat down on Dracos lap.

'Who said that you could sit here?' He asked.

'I, you're lovely girlfriend, did.' You smiled before kissing him.

He kissed you back and smiled at you as soon as you pulled back. You looked at your notes on the desk.

'Y/N, shall we go to the three broomsticks today?' Draco asked. 

You looked at him and thought for a moment.

'You know what... sure. I need a break from all the studying.' You smiled.

You got up and Draco followed.

'Are you guys joining?'

Andrew looked at Laurie.

'Uhm... Yeah, sure.' She smiled.

'I'm joining to.' Andrew immediatly smiled. 

They got up and Laurie hurried towards the door.

'Smooth.' Draco grinned while Andrew passed him.

Andrew hit him and you all walked out.

'Wait, shouldn't we asked the Gryffindors?' You asked.

'And grab breakfast?' Laurie spoke.

'Yeah, we should.' Draco agreed.

You all walked out of the common room.

You were sitting at the Slytherin table with Andrew and Laurie. You ate your favorite breakfast and were in a pretty good mood.

Everyone looked up when the owls flew in. You sighed and knew you weren't getting anything, so why bother. You took a sip from your drink.

'Y/N... you have mail.' Draco said.

You looked up and saw a black owl you had never seen before. It was carrying a black envelope in it's beak and it dropped it right in front of you. You grabbed it and saw a stamp of the ministry of magic, prisoners department. Some students looked at it and before you knew it there were whispers around you. It spread through the entire great hall.

'Is that from Azkaban?'
'Is she being arrested?'
'Will she finally get what she deserves?'

Then it became completely quiet and everyone stared at you. You turned the envelope around.

Great hall, Slytherin table

Was written on it in white ink. You opened the envelope and a letter fell out. You grabbed it and unfold it.

Dear Y/N Y/L,

Unfortunately, we have to give you some bad news. At 04:03 this morning Y/M/N and Y/F/N Y/L were found dead in their cells. We think it's a suicide, but it isn't clear yet. We have no idea how this could have happened, since the security it strict. We're very sorry, we will keept the bodies until you are able to attend the funeral.

The Ministry of magic.

Tears came up in your eyes and your heart broke into a million piece. You didn't want to cry in front of all the students. A tear almost escaped. You grabbed your wand from the table and a few students shoved over not knowing what you were going to do. You dropped the letter from your hands and ran out of the great hall. Draco picked up the letter and read it. He was in serious shock and felt like even he was going to cry.

'Is she going to be sent to Azkaban?' Someone asked.

'I bet she is!' Someone else shouted.

'No she isn't! Do you really think that this is funny?! Do you really think she's a monster?! Can't you guys hear yourself?! Who are locked up in azkaban right now, huh?! Who?!' He asked furiously.

No one answered.

'Draco, what's in the letter?' Hermione asked worried.

'Her parents... her parents were locked up in azkaban!'

'Were? Have they escaped?!' Someone asked.

'No they haven't! They died last night!' He almost yelled without thinking about whether or not you wanted anyone to know.

Laurie looked at Andrew in shock. Hermione got up and Ron grabbed her wrist. 

'Let me go.' She hissed before pulling her wrist back and running out of the great hall.

Hagrid stared at the table and no one dared to say a thing.

'You've been calling her a monster since she got back here... but she hasn't done anything to anyone of you! You were the once bullying her... you were the once pushing her into a fountain! You were the one reason she doesn't like Hogwarts! And now she gets a letter from Azkaban, and no one thinks: hmm... maybe it isn't about her. SERIOUSLY NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT MIND TO SEE WHAT KIND OF MOSTERS YOU ARE YOURSELFS! ARE YOU ALL HAPPY?! I HOPE YOU ARE, BECAUSE I'M DONE WITH EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.'

He dropped the letter and walked away from the quiet hall. Laurie grabbed the letter and read it.

'He wasn't lying... her parents died. Suicide.' She spoke while slowly lowering the paper.

Harry, Ginny, Ron, Laurie, Andrew and Hagrid all got up and hurried out of the great hall. 

'Ye should be ashamed of yeselfs.' Hagrid spoke before leaving.

The students just sat there in silence, clearly confused. Some felt bad for what they had done... some didn't. McGonagall stepped forwards.

'When this year started and I called them back to Hogwarts, I trusted you all. Hogwarts is supposed to be a home for everyone... and yet all of you have managed to ruin it for one.' She lifted her hand and the food disappeared. 'No more breakfast, just get to your class.' She sighed.

You ran and ran. Not willing to go to the common room because they could easily find you. You just ran towards the tower... the astronomy tower.

You ran up the stairs and when you got at the top you fell down on your knees and you just broke down crying. You didn't care anymore if anyone would hear you. Your shoulder shook heavily at every sob and the tears streaming down your face were like never ending waterfalls. You had difficulty breathing and and your hands were violently shaking.

Hermione stopped at the lake and looked around.

'Hermione!' She heard after a while.

Draco arrived at her.

'She wasn't in Snapes office or the common room.' She sighed.

'Have you checked the forest?' Draco asked.

'Hagrid is checking it with Harry and Ron. Ginny is looking for her as well with Andrew and Laurie.' Hermione sighed.

They had been looking for you for a while now. They had no idea where you could be.

'Not in the forest.' Harry sighed.

Ron and Harry arrived with Hagrid. Ginny came running back as well, followed by the other two.

'I check every toilet... not in there.' She sighed.

Draco thought deeply. Then he looked up.

'I know where she is.' He spoke and he started running.

The other followed close behind. You in the meanwhile, calmed yourself a bit and we're just staring out of the window while your sobs came out softly. You sat against the wall with your knees up and your arms wrapped around them.

Draco hurried up the stairs. He looked at you and you looked at him. You wiped some tears away and Draco immediatly ran towards you. He sat down besides you and pulled you against him causing you to break down again. Draco didn't know what to do and the others came up. They stopped at the other side of the room and stared at the two of you. Hermione stepped forwards and sat down on the other side next to you. She moved her hand past your back trying to comfort you.

'How did this happen?' Laurie spoke in shock. 'The security is so strict.'

'I don't know.' Andrew answered.

Hagrid walked over to you and sat down, with a lot of effort, in front of you. Draco kissed the top of your head.

'It's okay Y/N.' He spoke softly.

The door of the astronomy tower closed and everyone turned or looked up but you just couldn't.

'Mother?' Draco asked.

Hermione and Hagrid got up.

'Come on Hermione, let's give them some time.' Hagrid spoke.

She nodded and everyone left.

'What are you doing here?' He asked.

'It's already all over the newspapers Draco. I wanted to check on Y/N.'

She sat down on her knees in front of you. You looked at her and she wiped a tear from your cheek. You sat up and gave her a hug and she hugged you back.

'I'm so sorry for you dear... I really am.' She said...
