Macarena's POV

"Macarenaaaa.... Waaaakee uuuuppppp"

Jamie started kissing my bare shoulder while whispering for me to wake up.

"Leave me aloneeeee, I want to sleep moreeee"

He chuckled. How I adore his chuckle.

"Come baby, I want you to see this, I promise you can go back to sleep once you give me your opinion..... I made coffeeeeeeee"

I put my attention to the strong smell of coffee filling the entire apartment.

"The Brazilian way?"

"Yeappppp"

That Irish accent makes him irresistible. I opened one eye and he sighed.

"Finally!!! Here, I need your opinion"

"In what???"

I turned around and it hurt to open my eyes.

"It's half past ten, ye know?"

"We're on vacation! And what's with the accent??"

"I'm trying to plan our vacation and I don't have to fake an American accent anymore so now it's Irish all the way love"

I smiled, my Irish God! I sat up and nestled my head on the crook of his neck and inhaled his scent. I kissed his neck and he let out a moan.

"Buenos Dias mi amor"

"Top of the morning to you too my sweet lassie"

I smiled, we're so different, our cultures are so different and still we love each other so much. We've been through so many wild things that they can film a movie of our romance.

"Why are you up this early?"

"Love, it's brunch time, you've missed breakfast! We have lots to do. We need to buy my dad's and Samina's flight tickets and make reservations for our trip"

"Ok, why didn't you ask Dani? She's like the master of online tickets, she gets the best deals"

"She's busy with something else"

"And what's that?"

He hesitated before answering and handed me my coffee mug, I took it happily and kissed him on the cheek.

"Thank you vida! You're learning"

"I've learned from the best!"

I smiled into my coffee, it really tasted good, he's been trying to learn how to make it. Since we lived together he's been drinking more coffee than usual, I guess I'm a bad influence.

"Hummmm this is really good! So what is Dani doing exactly?"

"She's helping Matt handling my settlements in Cape Town, she knows someone who lives there or something"

I smiled remembering their unplanned date lunch I sent them to yesterday. I saw the way she looked at him, he's very handsome and a good man, if they hit it off, it would be perfect. They make a sweet couple.

"A penny for your thoughts?"

"Just thinking of what a bad influence I am to you"

"Why's that?"

"Look at you drinking coffee, you even make some wonderful coffee, the student surpassed the master"

"Well I should thank you then, Yoda"

"Hey! It's not very polite to call your girlfriend little old green man!"

"He's more than that! He's the master"

"Ok, ok. Let me buy your dad's and Samina's ticket, it'll take me no more than ten minutes so I can go back to sleep"

"Such a lazy bug today! Ok, I'll make a quick run to the store while you're on it, don't forget of our trip planning."

"Don't worry love, my friend is taking care of that"

He stopped midway and came back to give me a kiss. Smiling he withdrew.

"Such a beautiful and efficient girlfriend. Do me a favor...."

He kissed my neck, nibbled my ear.

"Hummmmm"

I moaned in response and he smiled triumphantly.

"Don't go back to sleep, we're going to have a special lunch with Erika and Sam"

"Oh!? I didn't know we planned any lunch"

I pouted and he kissed me again, this time his kiss was surprisingly wild.

"Don't do that, please. You pouting are as irresistible to me as Ana is biting her lip to Christian"

"Humm, good to know! I want more of those kisses"

He grinned at me.

"Sam called earlier this morning to invite us because Erika needs to go back to London and wants to say goodbye"

"Oh ok! I will do this and then wrap the farewell presents I bought them in Ireland"

"Ok love, I shouldn't be out for more than an hour. I love you"

He kissed me on the lips and left.

Jamie's POV

"Good morning, sir. How may I help you?"

The blond petite woman at Tiffany & Co. asked me.

"Yes, I saw a ring on your website this morning and I wonder if I can have it personalized?"

"And what kind of ring is that?"

"An engagement ring"

After ten minutes she showed me the ring I saw online, a beautiful single square yellow diamond set at the center of a simple, yet elegant platinum band, this is the perfect choice for my beautiful Macarena. Ever since I saw her under the sun in Rio, I knew yellow was her color, the way her hair shines, her eyes light up, her skin gets tan. When I was looking for rings I saw these yellow diamonds and I knew it was her, their beauty, the exclusiveness of them, the elegance, it's Macarena Santana all the way.

The lady attending me cleared her throat and brought my attention back to her.

"What would you like us to write on it, sir?"

"Oh, this"

And I handed her a piece of paper with the words in Irish that I wanted on Maca's ring.

"That's the thing, I need it for tonight"

I looked at her with hope in my eyes and I give her my best smile. She looks at me as if I'm making a joke she doesn't understand, but then she gets affected by the smile. Yeap, I'm happy I can use my looks on my favor at times like these.

"Sir, that's quite impossible"

"I need to propose to my girlfriend tonight, I won't see her for three months after tonight, please, is there any way you can help me?"

And I pout, she melts and goes to her manager who comes immediately and plays hard to get but I know deep inside that I just need to push the right button.

"I would pay anything, I just need this tonight, I'm a desperate man"

Twenty minutes later and less thousands of dollars in my bank account, I am a happy man riding a taxi back to the apartment, first I texted Matt.

I got an instant replay. Matt is so efficient.

Now it's time to text Dani

•Dani, how is everything?

•Under control. Karaoke system installed. Lyrics sent to guests. Patt is getting everything ready. Champagne chilling. Jenny and Marc on their way.

This made me smile, Jenny wouldn't have missed this event in Macarena's life for nothing in this world.

Now it's time to call Santiago.

"Dornan! Mi hermano!"

"Hey mate! Are you guys ready for tonight?"

"Yes, we are! Millie is super excited! And so am I. My mom cried, she wants me to FaceTime her at the time of the proposal, so does Antonia"

"I wished they were here. Dani is trying something out so they can be part of the surprise"

"Cool. Will Eddie make it?"

"He said he would"

"Cool! Ok, we'll see you later"

"Thanks mate"

"Just one thing, welcome to the family!"

"Thank you brother! But she hasn't said yes, yet!"

"Oh she will"

I chuckled and hung up just as the driver got to the apartment.

Macarena's POV

As soon as I finished applying mascara, Jamie walked in the bedroom.

"Look at you! As beautiful as always"

He gave me a kiss on the cheek and I turned to kiss him on the lips, our kiss got passionate in a second, funny thing is that after all these months together I still feel the spark between us.

"Are you ready? We need to meet Erika and Sam in twenty"

"Yes, I'm ready. You took longer than an hour. What did you buy?"

"I ordered some stuff for Dulcie's room and got it shipped to Sydney"

"That's sweet love, I can't believe we're very close to meet your little princess"

"I know! I can't wait. So, what did you do in my absence?"

We started walking our way to the car, I love how he opens my door and waits patiently to close it. Once he was in the car I told him I got his dad's and Samina's tickets, I didn't tell him the part the I got them first class and that I am paying for the tickets.

We arrived at a fancy French Restaurant and were greeted by a pretty host, she almost melted at the sight of Jamie. I rolled my eyes because it's always like this, he has that effect on all women.

Sensing my thoughts he put a hand on my lower back and whispered in my ear.

"I'm all yours, body and soul"

"Damn right"

He chuckled as we greeted Erika, Sam and Aaron, Sam's husband.

"Hey Aaron! You're done with the movie?"

"Yes, mate! It was awesome!"

"That's so cool mate! I so want to be a super hero"

We all laughed, Aaron is starring in the new Avengers Movie. Erika reached for Jamie's hand.

"You would be a wonderful Batman. I always pictured Christian as Batman, rich, handsome and mysterious"

We all laughed and engaged ourselves in fun conversations. I couldn't believe that we made it, and to think that I was almost out of the project, the studio wasn't happy with my performance at first, but thank Goodness I pull it together.

By the end of our meals, I handed the girls their presents. I got then matching necklaces with a four leaf clover engraved 'Laters Baby' both girls hugged me and we were tearing for a while, it's been a wonderful ride and I hope this movie is successful so we can film Darker very soon.

As we said our goodbyes, Aaron told Jamie that they would meet us tonight. I didn't know we had plans. Once we were back in the car, I turned to Jamie.

"So are we going out tonight?"

"Yeap! We're going to this pub I went to last time, it's owned by an Irish man I want you to meet before we leave, his name is Patt and he's very nice"

"Okey, we have some time, what should we do in that free time"

We were at a stop light and he reached to kiss my neck.

"I have some things in mind"

I smiled and we rode off.

Jamie's POV

It's 5:00 pm. I've been watching Macarena sleep for an hour now, as soon as we got to the apartment we had sex on the couch, on the wall that connects to our bedroom and on our bed. I can't get enough of this girl. She's an amazing lover and her body, a super model body, her face is perfection, her hair is middle length because of Ana but she'll let it grow, I've seen her old pictures and her long hair is something I want to feel in my hands while making sweet love to her.
While I watch her sleep I run in my head my proposal, I think it's going to be very romantic and I am involving people who were part of our relationship, so far Jenni, Marc, Eloise and Eddie are flying in. Dani, Santi, Millie, Matt, Sam and Aaron will go too. If all works out the way I'm planning, Maca will have the most romantic proposal, she's ever think of. A pity that her family and Mario couldn't fly in but her brother and best friends will be here, and that's the most important thing for her. And also Dani is trying to work something out via Skype, let's see if it works out. I am working on a surprise myself, let's see if I can pull it together. As soon as I finished that thought my phone vibrates with an email coming in.

Perfect! I can't help myself but grin like a looney. I needed to tell Dani.

•Dani!!! I got Chris Martin in for the surprise, I'll text you his contact in a bit. Thank you for everything!!!

She replies immediately.

•OMGGGG!!!!! How cool is that!!! Maca is going to love her surprise. I've talked to her family and yours. Everything is settled, waiting on Mario's response.

I can't help it but to feel extra happy, tonight I'll call Maca mine. I look at her and think of how much I love her and how many obstacles we've been through, she's always been there for me, not even when things got tough she left my side. I am more than sure that I want her in my life forever. Deo Mine • Forever Mine.

My sweet baby stirs and I take advantage of the position she's now to trail kisses along her neck and shoulder line.

"Hummm, you're determined not to let me sleep today"

I chuckled and cocoon her with my body.

"Why would you sleep when we could be making love now"

"Again??? Wow James! You'll kill me at this rate"

"Don't be silly! I couldn't do such thing! I wouldn't be able to live without you"

She turned around to face me, I can see tears invading her beautiful blue eyes.

And she kissed me slowly but eagerly, she is trying to put her love in this kiss and I respond with the same amount of love. We kissed for what it felt eternity when she pulled out.

"So what's the plan for tonight?"

"Tonight it's a surprise love. I have one now. When I was out, I got you a dress. And I would love you to wear it tonight."

"Seriously??? Oh my! Let me see!!!"

I brought the box where the dress was and handed it to her, she was over excited.

"Oh my Jamie! This is beautiful!"

She was holding the dress up so I can see it too. I got her a short black dress with yellow flowers pattern, the flowers made the dress delicate and it will work out perfectly with the theme of my proposal.

"You are beautiful! Come love. Let's get ready"

Macarena's POV

We arrived at Patt's a little after seven, I recognized Dani's car immediately.

"Why are you frowning, love?"

"I could swear that's Dani's car"

He kissed my hand and open the door for me.

"Didn't I tell you both Dani and Matt are coming?"

I smiled at him, this will be like a farewell to Vancouver with the people that were with us since the beginning of this project.

As soon as we got in I looked around the little bar and it was empty, my eyes laid on a smiling man, his face was very handsome but beaten up by the time. He nodded at me.

"Well, you must be Macarena, nice to meet you, pretty lassie"

I smiled and reached his offering hand.

"Hello, nice to meet you too"

"This young lad has talked only good things about you"

He pointed to Jamie and I smiled. He seems such a nice guy. Jamie likes him a lot, I can tell because he's giving him his 'I like you' smile.
I looked around the room hoping to see Dani. As soon as I found her I excused myself and walked towards her.

"Hey! You look pretty! You didn't tell me you were coming"

"Hola Maca! I thought Jamie had told you"

"Nope, nada"

Jamie walked to us and handed me a Guiness.

"Thank you, love"

He glanced at his phone and sighed when saw Matt coming into the pub.
Matt nodded and Jamie beamed an all teeth smile.

"Hey mate!"

"Hey! Sorry for the delay. I got everything with me now"

Jamie patted his arm and signaled Patt for another beer. Matt gave me half a hug as hello and hesitated before gave Dani a kiss on her cheek. I saw Dani blushing and Jamie wiggled his eyebrows to me.

We sat at a table and I saw a big white screen in the middle of an improvised stage.

"What's that for?"

"Karaoke!!!"

I let out a giggle.

"Another Irish pub with Karaoke? That's a bit odd"

"Hey! Don't you dare doubting our singing skills"

We all were laughing when Sam walked in the door hand in hand with Aaron. They looked madly in love.

"Hello there!"

"Hey Sam, we were just talking about the Irish singing skills and odd preference to Karaoke"

I said as I kissed both her cheeks.

"Of I wouldn't doubt anything from the Irish, they are multitasking people"

We all burst into laughter when I saw my brother walking into the pub holding a big Millie's hand. I eyed Jamie and he shrugged as if he didn't know what was happening.

"Buenas Noches a todos! Good Evening everyone!"

I hugged Millie who looked beautiful and glowing. I rubbed her belly and talked to it.

"Hola Princesa Dulcie"

I was rewarded with a kick, I looked up at Millie and she gave me a sweet smile.

"She likes you already!"

"I can't wait to have her with us, our sweet angel"

Millie held my hand.

"I'm happy that she's going to have such an amazing step mom"

"Well, thank you but Jamie and I are just dating"

"Right, don't mind me, just being extra emotional"

"Hey Maqui! Ready for some karaoke?"

I replied with a smile to my brother, he's so much fun to be with, I looked at Jamie and he looked nervous.

"Yeah, yeah, let me start this karaoke contest"

And I reached to kiss him, after some seconds he seemed to relax into the kiss. We kept kissing without taking the kiss too far until we were rudely interrupted by Santiago.

"Ewwww! Cut the kissing and go sing mate!"

Jamie smiled and nodded to Dani and Matt. They nodded back. How odd!

Jamie downed his Guiness and went to stage.

"This song is a friend of mine's and I'll sing it for you Macarena"

Everyone started cheering him up but it was kind of weird because it looked like he was about to win an Olympic medal instead of singing a song.

The guitar strings of Yellow by Coldplay started, wait, is he friends with Chris Martin? How cool!

Jamie motioned me to look up the ceiling and when I did, I saw there were many little stars glued to the ceiling, it made me smile, how perfect!

When he finished this part there was a woman's voice singing the next part, when I turned to see where the voice came from I saw Jenny next to the stage singing the next lyrics. What the fu....

Mario's image was replaced by Jessica and Liesa's image smiling and singing hugging each other, they were in London, I could see the Big Ben behind them.

Now it was the image of my sister, Antonia has a beautiful voice and she sang with tears in her eyes.

I couldn't believe it. Chris Martin was talking to me from a screen. I felt somebody touching my hand and by the electricity I felt, I knew it was my love. Jamie had changed into a suit, he looked incredibly handsome, he was kneeling in front of me and he wiped the tears that were falling in my face. He looked extra nervous, I reached to touch his cheek and he leaned against my touch, he took a deep breath and started talking.

"Macarena, my love. Since the day I met you, I felt I should have you in my life, I felt this connection and I know you felt it too, which showed me how unique our relationship was. When we went to Brazil and spent time with your family I saw the real Maca, a lovely girl who loves her family more than anything in this world and who feels protected by them. Tears streamed down my face and my heart skipped a beat when he drew from his pocket a light blue little box, when he opened it, I just couldn't believe my eyes, a beautiful ring with a yellow stone was sitting in the middle of the box. Everyone gasped and Jenny spoke.

"Oh my! A yellow diamond! You should have got me a yellow diamond instead of a pink diamond, Marc!"

She said this slapping Marc's arm.

"It wasn't me who gave you the pink diamond! Don't you remember? It was Ben!"

This brought the entire room in laughter while Patt said,

"Hey! She hasn't answered"

Jamie chucked and said,

"You know love, as much as you deserve to have me at your feet, my knee is killing me"

"Oh right, sorry"

I leaned to kiss him on the lips. He kissed me back and then kissed my forehead.

"Your answer, love?"

"Yes! Yes! Yes!"

I jumped to his arms causing us to fall on the floor, me on top of Jamie. He hugged me back and smiled,

"I didn't know you were going to be this happy"

I kissed him repeatedly.

He sat up and put the ringer on my finger, I took it out to see what was engraved with.

"Deo mine?"

"That's Irish for Forever Mine"

I smiled and gave him yet another kiss while everyone clapped and cheer for us.

"I love you Macarena, I can't wait to marry you right after Filming Without You"
