In the land of the universal set of whole numbers, there exists nine equal sets of generation of hundredths, the era of a millennium, such that hundreds of figures dominate their various sets.

A convocation was ongoing in set 4, the set I belong to, when a member approached me and said, 'have you heard of the latest gist in the land?'

I replied, 'Nay, I haven't'.

It occurs very rarely to be spoken to by a stranger. I hadn't any difficulty in identifying this member that just spoke to me, without being acquainted with me, is the one and only 219 of set 2. Hence, I was not in any way flabbergasted to rencontre it in my set. After all, it's so garrulous and would gallivant around the land stating hypotheses, theorems, and non-factual statements, to members of different sets; be it by eavesdropping, gossiping with subset of its nature, or perusing communiqués. All deduced from its epithet, voluble19.

It shook its head like to show displeasure and said, 'Eh! This has been going on for a while, member. I must tell you how flummoxed I am as to your unawareness of the news. It is very popular news'.

I needn't glance at it for I would have spoken to it a little uncouthly for it must think every member finds pleasure in gossiping than to mind their own beeswax. However, I vehemently thought I needed know what the news was about. Thus, I gave to it no reply and minded my P's and Q's.

It paused and continued, 'Proceed to that juncture. I have a vast amount of information at your disposal'.

It proceeded to a juncture with less hubbub and I followed hither.

'You see, there's a figure of this set 4 that's the talk of the land. I'm inclined to say it's been philandering intolerably, gallivanting from set to set like a bird. If I said the superintendents were displeased and other members were suffering from its misconduct, I was being factual. I must confess to you that I have been in search of this aforementioned figure; when I set my eyes on it, I shall make it penitent and take it to the superintendents', it bragged

I stared at it to register all that it said and stated, 'Pray tell me why the superintendents should repine. This member we are speaking of is wealthy after all'

'Truly, your proposition is right. This figure is moneyed but its affluent is of nothing but impurity'.

'Figure? I'm assuming you're, peradventure, well acquainted with it', I deduced

'I beg to differ! I'm afraid you made a disprovable deduction there, member. I have disregarded it for its misconducts are countless. It's not a respected member anymore, after all', voluble19 vociferated

'Very well, member. May you, mayhap, enlighten me on its impurity, speaking of your earlier stated proposition?', I said

It smiled and said, 'First, I shall be displeased, member, if you, perchance, opine that I am gossiping. However, I will be as laconic as I'm capable of and I assume you are aware of the thievery that occurred in set 6'.

I stared at it for a few, jolted back to reality and replied, 'I do not opine such hypothesis. Be my guest to enlighten me'.

'You see, member. I perused, in a communiqué, the thievery that occurred in set 6. That was only less than or equal to three days ago. I must say I really cannot recall. Also, I perceived from members in my subset the various thefts that have occurred in the land, all by the armed robbery squad superintended by the aforementioned figure. Well, the thievery in set 6 was the last I perceived so far. It's caused uproar in the land. It was a bloody one, I must add'.

I looked at it with flabbergast. I hadn't perceived this was happening in the land. Truly, I wouldn't know as I live in set 4 and I never gallivant out of my set. Meanwhile, this hullabaloo occurred in set 6.

'I am, undoubtedly, opini-', Voluble19 barged in on my sentence

'Excuse my barging in on you but I almost forgot to inform you that members in the police department are irate due to vitriolic words received from the superintendents. I must also put an addition that I, by the by, perceived from a tȇte-à-tȇte that there was a summit in which the police were mortified for they aren't pulling their weights. I do not, in any way, blame the superintendents for their asperity. Crystal clear that a coup de grâce is urgently needed, after all. The land is in complete disarray. Yet, the inspectors of police department of each set call convocations to deliver hocus-pocus, all in the name of preserving their prides for they are yet to catch the larceners. However, those simpletons have no idea how much of the happenings we are aware of. I am amused by those merry andrews for they have such retarded thinking'.

I adjusted a wee bit to the side for voluble19 made me feel uncomfortable by moving too close to me, 'I express my imperviousness to the acts of the inspectors of police department. They are bunch of fools, after all. However, I am, undoubtedly, dismayed and seriously dolorous to perceive these tidings'

'I am rather much dismayed than you can imagine. In fact, I have no or inchoate ideas on how to elucidate to you what I feel'.

I slightly smiled, 'You don't say. How could a member of this land have so many vices? I can't imagine. Pray tell me the feature of this member we are speaking of'.

'Member, I deduced you are quite demure, tranquil and a teeny bit genial hence this tȇte-à-tȇte we are having. Ergo, I shall be seriously displeased if you opine that I am loquacious in any way because I am, in fact, otherwise. It irritates me to perceive some members say such scurrilous remarks about me. I reckon I am laconic so far'.

I looked at it and smirked at its folly, 'Like I stated earlier, I do not opine thus. Truly, you are the most reticent and introverted member I've ever spoken to in the entire land. You just prefer to verbosely elucidate every single situation in the land without missing out every unnecessary detail. Now, may you tell me the feature of this member we're talking about?'.

'I admire your usage of words. Truly, I am pleased, member', it grinned.

Then, it proceeded to tilt to my face so it could speak with me in low-pitched voice, 'Listen here, member. I'm not being avarice but I, hypothetically, deduced that there will be some perquisites pecuniary to approbate any member who captures the superintendent of the squad'.

I shifted a little and replied to it with discomfort and teeny uncouthly, 'Very well, member. You may be destitute but you are gallant enough, especially to state whatever you wish to state to a stranger'.

It whined, 'you are corruscatingly brilliant. Allow me to express my delight for you captured my gallantry before I could say Jack Robinson. I am gallant and I vow to capture that figure and hand it over to the superintendents of the land. It shall be penitent when it faces the wrath of the land'.

I smiled and laughed inside of me at his follies. I hadn't met any more gullible member in my entire life, 'Provable. However, often recall that no pain no gain. Ergo, I wish to be informed of the feature of this member without having to be diverted to another proposition intermediate from the communiqué which states the situation of the land'.

It moved closer, 'you see, I do not want the superintendents to-,' I barged in on its sentence.

'When pigs fly. Adieu'. I said with chagrin and proceeded to walk away to gain solitude with my thoughts.

Meanwhile,

'member, be my guest to recall that all I said was on the QT. Do well to not let the cat out of the bag,' volube19 whined as I vanished from its sight
