This is the end of one week of being in our little groups and I wouldn't lie to you and say that I don't feel comfortable being with Louis on my own. The two of us have talked about what we are on a mission to look for and we settled to be looking for any people or any source of life. Right now, we have nothing, but we aren't giving up. We are settling in a house that didn't really take long for us to find.

"So should we just start looking for food like the others are?" Louis asked me and I sighed. "Yeah. There isn't a lot that we have left anyways," I replied and we both started to get our weapons ready before we even stepped one foot out of the house. We walked down the street and like as if we were in a normal lifestyle, looking both ways before we crossed the street. The only.difference between normal and this moment was that we were looking for nearby zombies rather than vehicles.

We walked across and what we were facing now was a park. What makes this sight a little rough is that there were kid zombies actually there. They weren't playing around. They were looking for a nice bite to eat if you know what I mean. "What do you want to do?" Louis asked in a low whisper. "I mean, we do have to face them at some point, right? Do it want to do it now or later?" "I don't mind doing it now." "It really sucks you know?" He looked at me as I just kept my eyes forward. "These kids used to be kids. They used to have the ability to laugh and play...now they're here."

"Yeah. That's kind of the case with every zombie here..." "But these are kids. It just makes this worse because they once had their entire lives ahead of them. They all look so freaking young too," I said and sighed. Louis didn't say anything when I spoke my mind. "If you were to tell me that this was going to happen like over a year ago, then I wouldn't believe you and I would just avoid you at all costs, but now I'm completely used to it," I said before I stepped into the parks grass. Louis followed along. The kid zombies turned to us slowly and they started to approach us. One by one, we cut their heads off of their shoulders.

Was there any emotion put into it? No. To be honest with you, I lost all emotion after a few days of killing my husband. However, I was able to have one emotion again: happiness. There are only small times where you'll see that emotion on my face, but it will mostly be there whenever Louis and I are alone. We would just have these conversations that would put a smile on my face. He would smile too. Especially when I tell him one of my awful jokes.

"I'll look through this house, and you look through that one," Louis said and I nodded before I went to the house that was to the right of his. That's when I stopped.

"Harry?" I turned and saw Louis looking at me with worried eyes. "Are you okay?" "Um...I don't want to go in there," I said and he looked at the house that I was talking about. "He's in there isn't he?" He asked and I nodded. "Well um...we can go in together?" He offered and I felt something when he said that. "Yeah...I'd like that," I tell him and he smiled before he walked to where I was standing. He takes my hand and I looked at them interlocked together and I looked at him. "Let's go," he says and we walk into the house. The other day we stopped by his and he just grew a lot more comfortable with me because of how I comforted him.

Flashback
"Louis?" I called as I was walking out of the kitchen. I collected some food and some knives that could be a weapon for us. "Where are you?" I then asked and I walked into each room that was on the bottom floor. I saw no Louis in either of them, so that just meant that he was upstairs. I walked to the staircase and I noticed that there was a door opened. "Louis?" I called again as I was walking up the stairs.

I saw him when I was at the top of the stairs. He was cradling a head in his lap and I saw him sobbing over the dead body. "Is that...is that him?" I asked and he nodded slowly. I took a breath for a minute before I walked up to him and I sat next to him. "Hey," I said and that made him look at me. I wrapped my arms around him and he slowly responded by wrapping his arms around me.

"Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom," I said after a minute of silence. "You think...you think he would want me to move on?" He asked as he pulled back from the hug. I smiled before I nodded my head. "I know that he wouldn't want you in pain anymore," I say and he nods before we hugged again.
Back to now

Now my lover's body was in the entrance of the house, so there was no pathway for me to take in order for me to see his body again. I hesitantly took a step towards him, but I was soon in front of him and I sank down to my knees. No tears was showing in my eyes though. "Are you okay?" Louis asked. "I don't know anymore Louis," I said truthfully with a shaky breath. "Although it's natural to forget your power after you lose a loved one, the truth is that after a breakup, divorce, or death, there remains an ability within you to create a new reality," Louis states and I look at him.

I thanked him with a hug and we proceeded to give my former husband a proper burial. We then walked to my kitchen and looked for food. "Are we going to find a lot of goodies in the Styles house?" Louis joked and I laughed. "Oh yeah. I like being in here. Cooking and baking was a strong talent of mine." "No wonder you were married. You have material," he says and I chuckled again. "If we survive this-" "Which we will," Louis says, cutting me off. I look at him and I see that he's already looking at me. "I'm not letting you die Harry. Can't go through that again, and no zombie is going to take me away from you," he confessed and I felt so much emotion in that statement. It made me smile and I walked up to him. "Is that how you really feel?" I asked and he nods.

"I don't know what it is with you, but I just know that I can't loose you. You are the only one who I know that I can talk to," he tells me and we stare at each other in the eye for some time until I cup his face and he only reacts by placing his hands on mine. I bent a little low and our lips brushes past each other. I didn't know if he really wanted this, so I moved my face slightly away. "Wait...did yo-" he shuts me up by connecting our lips together. It was amazing. I pulled him closer by the hips and he wrapped his arms around my neck as the kiss grew deeper. It soon included tongue and no, I don't know who initiated it first. It just happened.

I then wrapped my arms around his waist as I heard him moan slightly. That was when I needed to breathe. I pulled away and Louis panted with his eyes opening slowly. "Want to kiss..." I finished and he smiled. "Yeah, I did. Still do," he spoke before he bit his lip. I responded by pressing our lips back together. Only this time...I don't know how, but we ended up being in my bedroom. I have no idea who thought of it, but it was a magical 15 minutes.

Harry's house

.

"I wonder..." I said out loud as I was staring at my stove in nothing but a towel. Yeah, it was that kind of 15 minutes. I turned the knob and the gas started to click, so I grabbed a lighter from my junk drawer and I held it close to the stove and it lit up. "I knew my baby was going to work." "Are you sweet talking your stove?" I jumped and saw Louis in the entryway of my kitchen. "Yeah..." "Well...are you going to make a meal real fast because we have to get ready soon. We've packed every food that you had, so we are all set," he says and walked to the island to take his seat.

"Just something small," I said and looked back at the stove. I grabbed a few things that were still in my fridge and I started to work. "Harry, about what just happened...I-" "No one can know about it," I said and there was silence. "You...you regretted it?" He asked and I nearly chopped my finger off. "What? No?" I spun and locked eyes with him. He looked sad, so I walked pretty fast towards him, cupped his face, and kissed him. "I loved it. I just don't want to make this a big deal to everyone else," I stated and walked back to the stove.

"Oh..." "Unless you want to tell them that you're mine, then that's fine." "Um...okay." "Just don't need to tell them everything that we did alone. Statuses are fine with me." "Alright. Just hoped that you liked it just as much as I did. Didn't think that you were a top to be honest. If anything.. I thought you were a power bottom..." I laughed and thought of my husband. "I know that this is bad timing, but my former husband said the same thing when we first had sex."

"Huh...hey Harry, can you promise me something?" "Yeah? What's up?" "Can you promise me to not let this be like a rebound type of relationship. I like you and I want to be with you, but it's not because of me not having a boyfriend anymore, you know?" "I hope that's the case. I like you too Louis, and you are totally different from my former husband. The only thing that the two of you share is that you both are short." "Hey! I'm big!" I laughed and walked over to him. I lowered myself and whispered something into his ear that made him blush.

"Besides, it wasn't his name that I shouted when I came into that pretty ass of yours."

I hummed a nice song and when I placed a plate in front of Louis, he thanked me shyly and began to eat.

We sat next to each other and when my front door busted open, I jumped up and went to the door of the living room to see who broke in. I sighed, "Well nevermind on not letting them know what we did..." "Why?" "Niall and Ed are here." Niall turned his head at the sound of voices, but calmed when he saw me. "Hey mate! Why are you in a towel? Where's Louis?" He asked, walking up to me. "In the kitchen, eating." "Y'all made food? How?" "This is my house, so I knew that there was going to be food." "Awesome. Jackpot!" He cheered and entered the kitchen. He sees Louis also in a towel and he grew confused.

Until everything clicked for him and he grinned. "Oh, you so have some explaining to do," he says with a mischievous grin. That's when I knew that there was going to be no chance for me to get out of this with any type of like. Louis was just going to stay out of this I could already tell.

I knew that there was no escape when it came to Niall, so I just sat next to Louis again and we just took a deep breath.

Well...this is going to be great....
