Anyone around?

So quiet lately.

I can’t believe he has been gone this long.

It’s so weird not having him around. It’s like a part of me is missing…

I didn’t know you cared so much.

Oh, you’re… you’re back.

I never really left you know. I just wanted you to see what it would be like without me.

It was great at first, but after that it was just… empty.

I’m sure it was. Then it was like I said it would be. One by one they all turned their backs on you, until you were left alone.

I know. You were right all along. I should have listened.

It’s ok, I am here for you now. Everything will be ok. We can go back to the way things were.

How can you say that. What if I don't want to go back to the way things were? Did you ever think of that?

So you'd rather have me go?

I... I... Didn't say that either.  I don't really know what I want if we are being honest.
