ChapterSeven-Plotting Violations

 It's a few days later, and UTurn were at Southampton, in southern England. They were there to film the music video for their upcoming Eastern Europe, No/Yes, and do photo-shoots for their debut, full-length album in Eastern Europe. The title of their album is Here We Go, which is named after one of their previous singles by the same name.

 UTurn were doing these projects so soon was due to their hectic tour schedule across Britain and initial interviews on TV shows. Then when the Girls Aloud tour is over, they have to do heavy promotions for their single, Our Love. And after the promos, they'll be going on tour across Eastern Europe to promote their album.

 Since the band is extremely busy during the summer (more so than ever since almost all of them turn 18 during the summer), those who are high school seniors had to get their GEDs. They, along with Trevor, graduated high school early, and they now have plenty of time to work.

 UTurn arrived at a posh house, where both the filming and the photo-shoots were being held. When they arrived, they were taken to a room to meet with their photographer and their stylists.

 One of the stylists showed the band the clothes they'll be wearing for the photo-shoot. The band couldn't believe how skimpy the outfits were. The clothes were stripper-like attire.

 Andrew spoke up sternly, "Okay, we're still minors, and you all are making us dress like gay strippers?"

 The stylist, who's British, replied, "This is decided by your creative director in Russia."

 "Without our consent?"

 "I was told that you lot have no authority. And as for you, Andrew, don't start picking a fight. Just because your parents were lawyers doesn't mean you have power."

 With that, the members were in shock. Then the stylist shoved them their outfits. Andrew gave a glare, and walked away.

 A few minutes later, the UTurn members were dressed in the most provocative clothes to date. The girls had various micro-micro-miniskirts, tops that barely cover the torso, and thigh-high stiletto boots.

 As for the boys, they were just as racy. Trevor had tight, skinny pants and a black dress shirt. He was dressed somewhat modest, but that's nothing compared to Justin and Andrew. Justin also had skin-tight jeans, but it showed skin on both sides of his legs, and had on white, unbuttoned dress shirt. Andrew had super low, super tight jeans. So low that he was forced to wear a thong. He also wore a short, unbuttoned short-sleeve shirt. Only he and Justin showed off their perfectly chiseled abs. Trevor just turned 17, so he was still a minor.

 As the sexed-up members walked up to each other, Andrew took Alyson aside. Alyson stared at him lustfully. He smile momentarily, then he frown. She noticed, and asked, "What's wrong?"

 Andrew stared at Alyson's toned body. He was going to respond to her, but he couldn't speak. She told him with a croaked voice as she continues staring at him, "Eyes up on my eyes."

 They looked at each other's eyes. Then Andrew said to her with a croaked voice, "I feel u-un comfortable in m-my clothes."

 Alyson grinned lustfully, and said, "Don't be, Andrew. You're sexy, own it and flaunt it. Besides, your fans may dream of doing you, but you're all mine. No one can touch you except me."

 With that, Andrew lustfully grinned, and kissed Alyson's passionately. Soon, they pulled away, and he tells her seductively, "You don't know how bad I wanted to that."

 "Please, I want you bad more than anything," Alyson said seductively.

 Just as the couple were about to kiss again, Justin stopped, saying, "Save your snogging for tonight. We're about to start the photo-shoot."

 With that, Andrew and Alyson shared a laugh, and walked with Justin.

 It's the next day, and UTurn were back at the posh house. This time it was to film their music video, No/Yes. When they arrived, they filmed the 'choreography scenes' on the rooftop in their ridiculously skimpy outfits. Then they went back into the house, and had a costume change.

 The two couples of the group, Bailstin (Bailey/Justin) and Andyson (Andrew/Alyson), were to film 'bed scenes'. This was to tease the fans without confirming they're couples. The two couples were starting to feel uneasy about these scenes, but that's nothing compared to Andyson. 

 After the couple filmed the 'bed scene', Andrew and Alyson were told they were filming a 'shower scene', and they were to fake having sex.

 Feeling uncomfortable, Alyson, dressed in revealing lingerie, told Andrew, "Andrew, this is getting too intimate. We're still 17, and this scene would be considered child pornography."

 Andrew replied, "I'll talk with the director. I agree, this is getting too much."

 Andrew, who's wearing nothing but boxers, walked up to the director. The director noticed him, and asked, "Andrew, why are still dressed? You're about to film the shower scene."

 Andrew exclaimed, "Dressed? I'm wearing nothing but my boxers! So what are you saying? In this scene, I have to be naked?"

 The director replied coldly, "Yes, and you too, Alyson."

 Alyson asked as she walked up to him, "What about me?"

 He told her, "Both you and Andrew need to be naked for the shower scene."

 The teen couple were in shock when they heard that. Andrew tells the director angrily, "Are you f*cking crazy?! Aly and I are just 17! That would be considered child pornography!"

 The director scolded Andrew, "Look Andrew Hawthorne, you and Alyson are doing this scene whether you two like it or not! And just because your parents are lawyers doesn't give you any power!"

 Andrew glared at him, and told him coldly, "Unless you come up with another scene for Aly and I, we're out of the video."

 Alyson told the director, "Before you say that I should state my opinion, I'm out of the video. It's one thing if Andrew and I do our business privately; it's another thing to film it for the whole world."

 With that, Andyson walked out of the video.

 It's now evening, and UTurn were back in the posh hotel. They have wrapped up filming the music video. As soon as Andrew and Alyson walked out on the filming, the director scrambled to change the racy scene. He decided to just have Andrew 'sing' his lines on the rooftop while dancing on the rooftop with the others. He told this change to Andrew and Alyson, and they agreed to it.

 Andrew was wearing his sweats as he was on the couch, reading on his laptop. Alyson, who was pink sweats, approached him, and sat next to him. He felt her sit down, so he put his arm around her and kissed her head.

 She saw him reading a webpage, so she asked, "What are you reading?"

 Andrew answered, "I'm reading about British law to see if it's similar to our American law."

 "And is it?"

 "Yeah, it is."

 "And why are you looking up British law?"

 "I'm thinking of doing a court-order mandate on everyone we're working with. The mandate would be to tone down the sexuality until Trevor is 18. By then, we'll be fully legal adults, and we'll be comfortable to show the world everything...if it gets to that point, which I hope it doesn't happen."

 Just as Alyson was about to speak, Trevor called out to the UTurn members, "Pizza with wings and cheese bread is here!"

 Trevor had ordered room service. When everyone gathered around table with the food, Andrew grabbed a slice of pizza, and chow downed on it. Bailey laughed, and asked, "Andrew, were you starving?"

 Andrew swallowed, and replied, "I'm tired of the forced muscle dieting. I wanna break out just this once."

 Then the teens sat down. As they were eating, Andrew spoke up, "I've decided that we'd do a court-ordered mandate on the people we're working with."

 Bailey asked, "Why?"

 Andrew replied, "The past few days showed us that we're being pushed to become porn-stars, and we're still minors. So we need to force those f*cks to tone down the sexuality until Trevor turns 18. By then, we'll won't get into trouble with international law, and we'll be comfortable to show the whole world everything."

 Trevor told Andrew, "But I'm emancipated, so I'm a legal adult."

 Andrew replied, "I know you are here in England, and back in America, but that might not be the same in other countries. You might still be considered a minor. So we need to play this safe."

 Then Trevor commented, "Has anyone noticed that out of the 3 guys in this band, Andrew is sexualized the most? I'm dressed pretty modest compared to Justin and Andrew, but still."

 Everyone stared at Trevor, and he told them, "No, I'm straight, and observant."

 Bailey chimed in, "Yeah, I noticed that. Justin is sexy as always, but Andrew seems to be half-naked the most. Honestly, his body is making me want him."

 Libby added, "Please, I'll f*ck him faster than you ever would."

 Andrew's face grew red, and everyone noticed that. Alyson reassured him, "Andrew, don't be embarrassed. You're sexy and really hot. And besides, Libby's a slut."

 Andrew responded nervously, "It's not that. It's the fact that everyone's got a point. I mean, look how I'm being dressed, or not dressed. I swear my junk is about to pop out of those really low, really tight jeans.

 Then he noticed Amanda and Libby started to grin lustfully. Alyson saw this, and scolded them, "Hands off of my Andrew! His junk is mine!"

 With that, the members stared at Alyson. As for Andrew, he stared at her with wide eyes. Justin asked the couple, "Are you two-"

 "No!" the couple responded sharply. Andrew added, "Not yet, anyway."

 "But he's mine, so hands off," said Alyson.

 Then came an awkward silence. Everyone was quiet for a good couple of minutes, until Alyson suggested, "Look, we're going back to London tomorrow. Why don't we check out the West End, which is we've been staying for a while?"

 Bailey chimed in excitedly, "Yeah! And we could go shopping at TopShop!"

 "Oh, and maybe we'll see Brandon Hilton! I read he's studying at a performing arts college!"

 The girls squealed in excitement, including Amanda. The boys smiled at the thought of checking out West London. As for Andrew, he's just relieved that the subject was changed.

 It's a few days later. Back in Boston, USA, Riley was at a coffee-shop near Harvard. She was on her laptop, waiting to meet with Marcus. She was visiting UTurn's two MySpace pages: The main English-language page, and the bilingual (English/Russian) page. She read the latest blog posts from the band.

 She read everything, from the obviously-scandal-making photo-shoot, to their behind-the-scenes initial interviews. All of these events were in Britain. She knew one of the big plans for UTurn was to start promotions in Britain. She was in the band at the time of the announcement.

 Riley had mixed feelings about UTurn 4.0 (The 4-piece was the original band). She was happy that they finally get to go to Britain, and open for Girls Aloud. They waited a few years for the sting of the disappearance of S Club 8 to fade. Now they can become a success.

 Yet, she was sad. London was her dream city. Being in a rising pop group made the dream so close within her reach. Instead, she was kicked out against her will. On top of that, she was angry. She couldn't stand seeing her replacement, Libby, gaining positive feedback. Riley was told that even though Libby has a big voice, she was a whore. And if being angry wasn't enough, she was relieved that she didn't have to dress stripper, as that's UTurn's new, current look.

As Riley was reading the blogs, Marcus sat down on the table, holding two coffee cups. He saw how concentrated she looked, so he said to her, "Hey, earth to Riley."

Riley looked up from her laptop, and saw Marcus. She said to him, "Oh, sorry. I was just thinking."

"Anything new on UTurn?"

 Riley sadly sighed, "Yeah. They're in England, doing slutty photo-shoots, TV interviews, and going on tour with one of Britain's biggest girl-groups."

 Marcus gave a puzzled look, and asked, "UTurn's doing slutty photo-shoots?"

 "Have you seen their music video, Getting Here with You?"

 "Oh yeah. It's the hottest topic around Boston."

 "Yeah, and it gets worse."

 Riley turned the laptop around, and showed the racy UTurn photos to Marcus. He was shocked by how they wore almost no clothes, especially on the boys. He exclaimed, "Damn! They're strippers! What happened?"

 Riley replied, "Yeah, apparently their f*cked up manager made them this way. I knew UTurn was going to be all sexy for Russia, but I didn't think they'd turn into porn-stars."

  "Aren't they minors or something?"

  "Yeah, they are. But Andrew texted me yesterday, telling me that the band has issued a court-order mandate to tone down the sexuality until Trevor turns 18. So expect slightly more clothes on them, especially on the guys. I'm serious, Andrew and Justin look like gay sluts, and they're straight and have girlfriends."

  "Isn't Trevor an emancipated minor or something?"

  "Yeah, but that might be overlooked in other countries."

  Riley then turned the laptop to face her. She sadly sighed, "I wish I was still in the band."

  Marcus asked, "But they're being forced to wear next-to-nothing."

  "It's not that, it's just being with them. Shopping and talking with the girls; listening to Amanda's sarcasm; Andrew being a caring guy; Justin's cute British-yet-slightly-American accent; Alyson and Stacie's plotting; Bailey's voice of reason; and Trevor's demeanor changing positively. I miss working with them, from recording music to performing on TV. I even miss the fans."

  "Well, what are you gonna do?"

  Then a sinister grin appeared on Riley's face, and said, "I'm gonna get Libby kicked out of UTurn so I can get back in the band."  

  "Wait, what?"

 "Yeah, and since the girls give me all the dirt on Libby, I'll post her past anonymously on the internet. She lose fans and respect, which would result in her departure, which means I rejoin UTurn."

 Marcus protested, "No, Riley, that's not a good idea."

 "Why not? I won the lawsuit against Maurice, and I'm being compensated. So I should be back in the group, even if it means being dressed like a stripper for Russia."

 "Riley, it won't work that way. If Libby gets kicked out, she'll be replaced by another girl, and it won't be you. The band's manager won't let you rejoin the group. Besides, if UTurn can survive without you and with Libby, then you can move on without them. You're a great singer. Another opportunity will come your way. I'm sure of it."

 Riley then slumped into her chair, realizing what Marcus said. After a few minutes of thinking, she told him, "I guess so. I won't mess with Libby. I'll support them as much as I can."

 Marcus smiled, and held Riley's hand. She smiled back at him. She knew it'll be hard to let go of the band, but she'll survive. She'll be popstar again one day.
