She ran home to the machine, whirring it up.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"I have 6 SOULs at home, plus the 6 SOULs here we can break the barrier and all the barriers of the AUs! We can finally free them!" she cried.

Edge froze.

"No, wait!" he got out a book from the shelf and showed it to her.

"...Right... timeline corruption. It's bound to happen..." she remembered. If she tried it, it could lead to a chaotic outcome.

"We can't simply 'change their fates'." he reminded her.

She nodded. "I forgot. Thanks for reminding me."

(I wanted to try the idea, but it didn't seem likely, also we don't need another Mary Sue thing about her.)

She smiled.

"We may need to find other options." he sat on a chair. She shrugged. That was the best she had.

"I don't know any others." he sighed too.

"Well, cheer up Human. You could always try a way that won't break the timeline."

"Um... there's grabbing two SOULs from my AU and facing Monster Kid." she counted the options.

"That sounds... unlikely." he cringed.

"Right."

"How about we... Um... Give 7 SOULs to him and let him break the barrier?"

"Oh stars no!" he cried.

"...How about we-"

"Human, let's not do so. We... have enough weird things." he sighed.

"Right."

"So... how about we just... watch television?"
