Latias had transformed back into Bianca, and we had both left our locker rooms. As we walked out, however, my friends were there. They looked shocked and irritated at the same time.

Lillie spoke first. "Ok, how did you get a Latias? I feel like we would've known if you caught a legendary."

I laughed and then gestured them all to come with me. We walked outside, avoided the paparazzi, and got to an area in the forest nearby.

I turned around. "Ok so you guys want to know how I have a Latias on my team?"

Of course, everyone nodded. I then gestured to Latias to transform and show them. In a blinding flash of light, she transformed from her human form to her Pokemon form.

Everyone's jaws dropped, except Brock and I. "WHAAAAT!?" They yelled.

I could tell they wanted an explanation. "Ok, so this is Latias. She is a guardian of a town called Altomare. She protects a sacred jewel called the Soul Dew from evil people."

Brock also helped to explain. "Ash and I made friends with her when we were visiting Johto. We ended up helping her and a Latios save Altomare from a terrible flood."

Cilan responded first. "So, why is she able to transform into a girl? And why did she choose that person to turn into?"

I explained the rest. "That is one of her powers. She can transform into anyone of her choice. As for her choice, she chose to transform into Bianca. She is Latias's best friend as well as a protector of the Soul Dew."

Brock turned to me. "So one thing I wanted to ask about was the fact that she can mega evolve. What's with that?"

"Well, whenever Latias appeared, she showed me a stone on her arm that lets her mega evolve. It's called Latiasite." As I say that, Latias shows off the stone on her arm.

Lillie began asking questions also. "So you two have a history with her huh?"

Brock took over that time. "Yeah we do. She even kissed Ash right before we left too. I remember I was so upset about that."

I froze. Why did he have to say that. I looked towards Lillie, and I could already tell she was fuming. She was about to blow.

"ASH KETCHUM!!!"

Oh crap....

Traitors POV

"Did you guys hear that?" May asked.

"Hear what?" Iris questioned.

May could swear she heard the words Ash Ketchum being screamed earlier. Must have been the wind.

"Never mind. I guess I imagined it." She stated.

The group was sitting in the Pokemon center contemplating their tournament battles, which they all won, as well as the way Tobias lost to Ash.

"Well can we talk about the fact that Red has a Latias? I don't know how he can have one since he lives in Alola." Max stated.

"Come to think of it, that looks like the Latias I saw back in Altomare with Ash and Brock. I don't even know why she would be with that Red guy." Misty said.

Serena pushed her hair back. "From what you told me, that Latias should be guarding her Soul Dew thing, right? So that means he probably stole her then."

Drew stood up. "You are probably right. He needs to release her. I doubt he deserves a legendary in the first place anyways. If it wasn't for that Latias, he would've lost."

"Yeah. Let's go find him. I also need to make sure that girl of his learns to respect the men around here instead of beating them up." Barry said.

Ash POV

We walked back to the Pokemon center to drop off Heracross, and check the Round 2 battles, as all Round 1 battles ended earlier. Latias walked alongside me, along with Lillie, who is over the kiss now. We walked in, and I dropped off Heracross with Nurse Joy.

(A/N: Latias is a Pokemon, but due to her having access to her own recovery, she healed herself with no need for a Pokemon center. Logic, I know. Just go with it XD)

"Hey Red!" I heard Paul yell.

"Oh boy. Here we go again." I said before we all face the Traitors.

"What do you want?" Bonnie asked impatiently.

Iris scowled. "We want Red to release that Latias of his. He stole it from its rightful place at Altomare."

That annoyed all of us right then. Latias began to stand protectively next to me. I could tell she was on the verge of transforming and attacking the group as well.

Misty gasped. "B-Bianca?"

I placed my hand on her shoulder. She began to stand down, but still glared at them as well, prepared to attack at any second. Pikachu knew the drill as well.

"I don't know what you're claiming here, but Latias wanted to join me. I helped her with an important task a while back, and she only just recently joined me. So you can just back off." I snarled at them. We started to leave.

"Wait a second." Barry walked up to Lillie. "I have a bone to pick with you. You knocked me over like a bowling pin. Nobody does that to a person like me. I would fine you, but I would rather make you pay with a Pokemon battle."

Lillie just shrugged. "If it will knock your ego down to where you will leave us alone, then sure. I'll destroy you happily."

Barry fumed. "Alright. Prepare to lose. This will be 3v3. Tournament rules. Now let's go to the battlefield."

We walked out to the Battlefield by the Pokemon Center. Lillie and Barry got into their battle positions, as Barry is still fuming with anger.

I noticed Latias had her hands clasped together in worry. "Don't worry Latias. Lillie will win with ease."

She gave me a quizzical look. "You see, we all have hurdles to climb in order to become better trainers, or whatever we want to be in life. For example, Lillie said she wants to be as strong as me someday."

I look at the battlefield. "Unfortunately for this cocky new Frontier Brain, he has bit off more than he thinks he can chew. This hurdle is way to high for him. Lillie is more powerful than she was when I first met her. He is screwed."

Lillie POV

Cilan stood up. "I'll ref this battle. Now trainers, send out your Pokemon!"

Barry sent his out first. "Go Empoleon."

Alright. This seems like the right Pokemon for this. "Go Snowy!"

As my Ninetails came out, all of the Traitors gasped. The hail appeared as well thanks to Ninetails's ability.

"What k-kind of Pokemon is t-that? That isn't n-normal." Stated Iris. She looks really cold for some reason.

"It is if you're from Alola. My Ninetails is the Alolan form of Ninetails. It has a completely new typing as well." I said.

Barry smirked. "Well this should me easy. I already see it's part Ice type. Now Empoleon. Use Steel Wing!"

This guy is really cocky. "Ninetails, use Aurora Veil."

A veil of light came up and protected Snowy from damage.

"What just happened? You should've fainted."

I facepalmed. "You really need to look up attacks. Aurora Veil only activates in hail. It helps protect my Pokemon from your attacks. Now Snowy, use Freeze-dry."

Direct hit. Empoleon was on his knees.

"Empoleon, get up." The penguin struggled to stand.

"Snowy, use Blizzard."

Empoleon was frozen on the spot. As the ice bursted, he showed swirls in his eyes. "Empoleon is unable to battle. Ninetails wins. Send out the next Pokemon."

Barry returned his Empoleon. "Thanks for trying buddy. I wasn't ready for that. Now, go Heracross!"

The bug appeared, with a little snarl. He looked ready to fight.

"Alright Snowy, use Moonblast!"

"Heracross, use Megahorn."

The Moonblast collided with the Megahorn. However, the Megahorn couldn't pierce the Moonblast, and Heracross got sent clear across the field. He was knocked out instantly.

"Heracross is unable to battle. Ninetails wins. Send your last Pokemon."

Barry was shocked. "Return Heracross. Now, go Skarmory!"

He sent out his iron bird, which appeared with a screech. "Now use Steel Wing."

"Counter with Blizzard."

Blizzard hit head on, but Snowy was still hit by Steel Wing. If it wasn't for Aurora Cell's lasting effect, she would've been defeated.

"That was close." I took a look at Ash. He is always the one I look at when I am confused or lost. When I look at him, I always calm down in a battle. Suddenly, I came up with an idea. I just hope I dealt enough damage.

"Hey, stop staring at your boyfriend over there, and focus on the battle." Barry looked mad.

"Oh I am focussing. Sorry but you just lost Barry." I applied my Icium Z.

He tried to stop me. "Skarmory, Steel Wing. Hurry!"

Too late. I hit my Z Ring and I did the pose in time.

"LET'S GO SNOWY. USE SUBZERO SLAMMER!"

Skarmory was struck very hard by the Iceberg formed by our Z Move. He went down in an instant.

"Skarmory is unable to battle. The winner is Snowy. Lillie has won the match."

I look at Ash one more time. He nods in approval of what he has seen me do. I run over and wrap him in a hug.

No POV

Barry was exploding in anger. "I CAN'T BELIEVE I LOST SO EASILY."

Lillie walked up with her friends behind her. "Don't underestimate the power of Alola. We don't give in easily." She smiled

Barry walked up to her. "DON'T YOU TRY AND TALK TO ME LIKE THAT." He rose his hand and swung it hard at Lillie.

Before he could land a hit, Ash caught the hand. After catching it, he kicked Barry's chest, and staggered him a few steps back, walked up closer to him and threw a close quarter Aura Sphere. He was launched a few feet.

Ash walked closer with an Aura Blade in his hand. "First, you betray Ash, and become a sexist Frontier Brain. Then, you tried to hit my girlfriend because she humiliated you twice. I could kill you right now for that alone." He held his blade close to Barry's face.

Everyone tried to get close to stop him, but Ash's friends stopped them from moving. They knew Ash better than anyone.

Ash struck his blade right next to Barry's face. "Lucky for you, I am not near as evil as you are." Ash got up and walked away. His friends, at his side.

The traitors were astonished to say the least. However, Misty alone knew something. She remembers that Latias changes into Bianca a lot. If that Latias is the one from Altomare, it would only be defensive for Ash.

'Is it possible that he may be...' she thought. 'No. There is no way. However, at this point, it seems likely. I guess all I can do is see for myself.'

Back with Ash...

We walked into the Pokemon center, and as Lillie gave Nurse Joy her Ninetails, I noticed the round 2 matchups were up.

"Hey guys, let's see our matchups for tomorrow."

They all walked over there. As I looked for my name, the others found theirs in a hurry. They seemed OK with their matchups. However, mine shocked me the most.

Lillie noticed this. "Ash, what's wrong?"

I pointed at our matchups:

Brock vs Shauntal

Lillie vs Bruno

Cilan vs Nick

Bonnie vs Alan

....

Red vs Misty

And there you guys have it. The stage has been set for the first Traitor smackdown. This one will be fun to write lol. Ok so Comment Question. This one is a bit serious btw: Has there been a moment in your life you have done something you never thought you could do but ended up doing well at it?  Mine is simple. I started writing these books XD. But besides the serious talk, I hope you enjoy your day.
