"Go, Gyarados!" Lance roared as he tossed out his Red Gyarados. I remembered it as the same one I helped him catch back in Johto.

"Well, that brought back memories Lance, but they won't last long. Lycanroc, I choose you!" I said as I brought out my faithful Midday Lycanroc.

"Gyarados, Hydro Pump!" Lance commanded as Gyarados charged up a blast of water.

"Dodge and use Thunder Fang!"
Lycanroc jumped straight over the attack and bit down on Gyarados, knocking it out instantly. Everyone gasped in shock.

"Gyarados is unable to battle. Lycanroc wins. Send out your next Pokemon!" The ref yelled

"Gyarados return. Go, Charizard!" Lance said as he changed Pokemon.

"Lycanroc, use Thunder Fang, and follow with Accelrock."

"Dodge it."

Charizard dodged the Thunder Fang, but couldn't avoid the Accelrock. He was knocked to the floor, but was getting up.

"Stop it with Stone Edge!" I yelled

Charizard wasn't able to get up and dodge, so he was hit directly. After some dust cleared, he had swirls in his eyes.

"Charizard is unable to battle. Lycanroc wins. Send out your last Pokemon." The ref yelled.

"Alright. Go Dragonite!" Lance yelled as he tossed out his partner Pokemon.

"Use Dragon Tail." He commanded.

"Dodge and use Ice Fang."

Lycanroc jumped the Dragon Tail and charged with a full force Ice Fang. When he got hit, it looked like he hadn't taken much damage from the attack.

"Hahaha. You can't take us down that easily Red." Lance chuckled.

I pulled out my Rockium-Z and set it on my Z Ring. "Wanna bet?" I say as I activate the Z Ring.

I begin to perform the dance with Lycanroc, while Lance just stands there and sweatdrops.

Traitors POV

"He must be really stupid to hope a dance will save him. He is done for now." Barry said.

"Umm, guys? Why is his Pokemon glowing?" Max said puzzled.

"Yeah. That doesn't look normal. Why is he doing that?" Dawn asked.

Ash POV

"What is that?" Lance quizzed.

As he said that, I finished the pose.

"LYCANROC! USE CONTINENTAL CRUSH!" I yelled.

Lance was scared now. He panicked as he saw the huge boulder appear "Dragonite, stop it with Ice Punch." He yelled.

Too late. As soon as Dragonite collided with the boulder, he couldn't avoid the attack. Dragonite got smashed into the stadium floor, and was defeated.

The ref snapped out of shock. "Dragonite is unable to battle. Lycanroc wins. The winner of the match is Red."

Everyone was silent. Then all of the sudden, there were cheers everywhere. The crowd erupted at the performance.

Lance walked up to me. "Great battle Red. You really are a Champion."

I shook his hand. "Well not really. I mean after all, you were holding back."

Lance then suddenly froze.

"Have a good day Lance." I said as I walked away.

Lillie and Karen were up next

It didn't take long for Lillie to sweep Karen. She used Bewear the whole time and shut down Karen's team with powerful Fighting attacks. Not even Houndoom stood a chance. Not much really happened.

As for Brock and Koga, Brock defeated Koga in a slightly closer fight. And by closer, I mean Koga almost took out Brock's Steelix. Brock didn't even have to use Mega Evolution.

"Steelix, finish that Crobat with a Stone Edge!"

Stones enclosed on the Crobat, knocking it out instantly.

"Crobat is unable to battle. Steelix wins. The winner of the match is Brock."

We shook hands with our opponents and walked back to the locker rooms.

"You were right Ash. They were holding back in that battle. I expected more out of Karen than that." Lillie said.

Brock nodded. "Yeah. Same with Koga. I barely used half of Steelix's true power. Good thing you knew they would do that."

"Yeah. Lance froze when I brought up that topic. While I did use a Z move, I barely used any of Lycanroc's strength." I said simply.

Cilan and Bonnie walked up to us.

"This means we still have an edge in this tournament. We might just sweep the competition." Bonnie exclaimed.

I shook my head. "Bonnie there will be tougher battles than you think. Don't get cocky now!"

"Alright." She pouted.

Traitors POV

"What did he do anyways?" Iris wondered. They were all still in shock from Ash's battle with Lance.

"Yeah. That wasn't normal. It was almost like he was cheating or something." Drew claimed.

"I would guess he used drugs. It seemed almost too powerful to be normal. That dance might've been a cover up." Paul suggested.

"Well whatever it was, I bet they can all do it. Let's go get some answers." Clemont said as they all left to go find the Alolan trainers.

Ash POV

We walked out of the locker room and went to the Pokemon Center. Luckily, none of the News People were near us, so we had an easy walk.

After healing our Pokemon, we decided to go eat at the nearby resturant. However, as we were walking, we were greeted with a less than pleasant surprise.

"What do you want?" I demanded as the traitors blocked our path.

"We want answers. What did you use in order to knock out that Dragonite? That type of power isn't normal!" Misty questioned.

"Why should we should tell you in the first place? You don't deserve explanations." Brock sneered.

I just shrugged. "If it will get you out of our sight, I'll tell you. That was an Alolan specialty move. We call those Z moves."

"Z moves? How do they work?" May Demanded.

I groaned. "You need a Z ring," I gestured to my bracelet. "A Z crystal, and a Pokemon with an attack that works with the Z crystal. I used a Rockium Z with my Lycanroc since he knew Stone Edge. When I did the pose with the Z move, I amped up Stone Edge's power and transformed it into the move you saw. It's called Continental Crush."

Their jaws dropped for a second. "Maybe you could possibly let us have a Z ring possibly...?" Max said hopefully.

"Oh don't even ask. You guys don't deserve it." Lillie popped off.

"What do you mean we don't deserve it? We are way more powerful than you guys. Of course we deserve one." Drew snarled.

"First of all, you aren't even close to our strength. Second, there is much more of a flavor behind receiving one than you think." Cilan said.

"Well enlighten us." Iris demanded.

"Simple. You can get one if the Guardians of Alola give you one, or if an important Alolan native, like us,  gives you one." I stated.

"What? They aren't natives of Alola at all. They live in different regions." Serena stated, gesturing to Bonnie, Cilan, and Brock.

"We are natives. We completed trials that gave us our Rite of Passage. Therefore, Alola is our official home now." Brock exclaimed.

"Also, there is one more step to get a Z Ring. The requirement is that you must not seek power. You must seek to protect Pokemon, or to learn about them. It must be good intentions." I finished.

"You guys are only seeking power. Therefore, you are unworthy of a Z Ring." Lillie stated.

"Come on Red. We didn't mean to hurt you. Just please give us a Z Ring." Max pleaded.

"Yeah. We promise we have good intentions." May added.

"Stop trying to lie." Lillie and I said at the same time.

"What are you talking about?" They all said at once.

"First of all, you guys were still hating on us before you knew who I was and what we could do, so you guys are faking it. Second, Lillie and I are Aura Guardians, as well as Bonnie. We can read you like books." I stated.

Serena grabbed my hand. "Oh come on Red. I can treat you better than her or any of them. Why don't you come with me?"

Lillie began to form an Aura Sphere. "Hands off him. He isn't yours."

As she let go, my eyes glowed blue and aura surrounded me. "If you even try to touch me again, you will end up worse than Barry did. Now back off and let us go eat!"

Shaking with fear, they backed off finally as we walked past them into the resturant. We ate as well as laughed at how scared they got when I threatened them.

After a wonderful meal, we all went back to our rooms to sleep before our matches tomorrow.

As we walked in, Lillie grabbed my hand and stopped me.

"What is it?" I asked with a concerned tone.

"If I face that Serena girl in this tournament, I promise you that I will destroy her. Nobody tries to take the people I care about away like that." She said with her eyes glowing Sapphire. I swear, if she wasn't my girlfriend, I would leave the room so fast.

I wrapped my arms around her. "I figured you would say that. I plan on doing the same against Barry. For now though, let's just rest. We need our energy for the tournament." I say softly to calm her.

And with that, we fell asleep almost instantly, wanting to end this nightmare of a tournament as soon as possible...

Dramatic much? Honestly I like this story a ton. I have 2 legendaries that I will be giving Ash besides Solgaleo or Lunala. Here are the hints, one he has met in a movie. That one really likes him and depended on him as well. The other one he is about to meet in a new movie. That's all I can say. Who do you think I mean? That is the Comment Question today.
