Ash POV

It was finally time for Brock's match. I could tell he was anxious about this, but he knows he can win. After all, he has a powerful team.

I saw Latias with her hands clasped again. I swear this is getting old. "Latias, for the 3rd time, stop worrying so much. I know how much you care, but we don't lose without a fight. After all, we defeated Tobias with little trouble."

She looked back at me. "I know, but Brock doesn't have a legendary. I can bet he hasn't faced Dawn in a long time also. Will he really be fine?"

"As long as him and Steelix are in sync. I know he plans on using him, so if their bond is strong enough, they should win." I stated.

Latias calmed down and looked at her feet. "Ok. I'll stop."

I immediately felt bad. "Sorry. I'm just saying, unless things look really bad, you shouldn't be so worried. I hope you get it."

"Don't worry. I do." She said.

As she finished, we could see the doors open ahead of Brock, and we focused on the battlefield...

Brock POV

I'm not letting her win. She will get my full wrath. I would be impressed if she even got past Steelix. It's time to show her dark side.

I saw the doors open, and the blue haired coordinator appear through the door. She looked like she was ready to battle. That will just make this more fun for me.

"Prepare to lose, Traitor." Dawn yelled out.

"Ironic huh? I'm the traitor, yet you guys tried to kill Ash." I fired back.

"Whatever. Just prepare to lose."

"Trainers, send out your Pokemon." The ref commanded.

"Go, Steelix." I sent out my partner.

"Go, Mamoswine." Dawn sent out her ice mammoth.

"Battle, begin."

"Earthquake, Mamoswine."

"Steelix, Protect."

Steelix protected him from the attack with a green barrier.

"Now, use Iron Tail."

Mamoswine was destroyed easily by the attack and sent flying. Once he hit the ground, he was knocked out. Dawn was left completely speechless.

"Mamoswine is unable to battle. Send out your next Pokemon."

Dawn snapped out of it. "Grrr. Let's go, Typhlosion."

"Battle begin."

"Use Flamethrower."

"Hit the ground with Iron Tail."

As the flames were launched, Steelix blocked them by kicking up the ground with Iron Tail.

"Now use Earthquake."

Typhlosion was caught in the powerful ground attack. The force of the attack launched the Pokemon upward.

"Now use Stone Edge."

Steelix launched several stones at the fire type, knocking him out with ease.

"Typhlosion is unable to battle. Send out your final Pokemon."

Dawn fumed even more. "You too Typhlosion? Alright then. Go, Empoleon."

"Steelix, just use Earthquake." I said simply.

In seconds, the penguin Pokemon was on the ground with swirls in its eyes. Dawn bowed her head in defeat.

"Empoleon is unable to battle. The winner is Steelix. The match goes to Brock."

Everyone except the traitors cheered for my win. Instead of mocking the girl, I left it there and decided to go back to the locker room.

Ash POV

"See? I knew he would be fine. Brock doesn't lose easy." I said.

Latias shook her head and smiled. "Ok fine. I do worry too much."

I laughed. "Its fine." I turned to the others. "Let's go congratulate him."

We walked out of the stadium towards Brock's locker room. He walked out with a strong look of bravado.

"Feeling confident, huh Brock?" Bonnie asked the tall man.

Brock smiled. "Honestly, yes. I didn't even pull out my Key Stone."

I laughed. "Well, I should have my match in a bit, so I should probably head to the locker room. I'll see you guys later."

Lillie gave me a hug. "Good luck."

As I walked off, I noticed the traitors were standing there trying to cheer up Dawn...

Traitors POV

"I can't believe I was humiliated like that. I just want to strangle that guy right now." Dawn said with a mix of sadness and hatred.

Paul gave her a hug. "Well why don't we arrange that?"

The others looked at Paul like he had gone insane. Paul looked at all of them.

"Just hear me out." Paul began spilling out a plan for Brock's ultimate downfall...

Ash POV

This should be easy. After all, I only need this guy. He can wipe Trevor easily.

In moments, the red haired teen came running through the doors. "Alright. Let's get going."

"It's been a while Trevor." I said.

He smirked. "Yeah it has. I have been waiting for this for a long time. I hope you don't disappoint me."

"I deffinitely won't." He said as I tossed out Gigalith.

Brock POV

Ash and Trevor looked ready to go. I was curious how this was going to pan out.

"Hey Brock." I heard someone call out my name.

I turned and saw a familar blue haired girl. "What do you want Dawn?"

"Can I talk to you privately?" She asked silently.

I was hesitant, but I assumed she wanted forgiveness, so I decided to accept the request. "Alright fine."

We walked out to the outside of the stadium in a shaded corner. Not many people were around.

"So what is it? I have a battle to watch." I asked impatiently.

She smiled. "It's just a little thing I wanted to do real quick."

I got curious. "What are you getting at here?"

She smirked, and whistled. In mere moments, I was surrounded by almost all the male traitors. They seemed ready to fight.

"If it's a fight you want, then let's do this." I tried to grab a Pokeball.

"Not so fast." Barry grabbed my arm, and Drew wretched the ball out of my hand. Max took my other Pokemon.

They threw me against the wall. "What is the big idea?"

They smirked. "You humiliated Dawn in that battle. She wants payback, so we will help her." Barry said.

"Then why take my Pokemon? If you want payback then wouldn't we battle?" I questioned.

"Not that type of payback. Time to beg for mercy because you'll need it when we are done." Paul threatened

They began to approach, but I threw a punch at Drew and knocked him back. I tried to throw more, but Paul and Barry pinned me to the wall.

Dawn approached me. "This is gonna be fun. For me." She cracked her knuckles.

Ash POV

Something feels off. I don't know what, but I feel like someone is in danger. I looked at the place my friends were sitting at, and I noticed Brock was gone.

Luckily I was almost done with this battle. Trevor was all the way down to his Charizard. One more attack would decide it, but I didn't want Brock waiting for help too long.

I formed an Aura link with Lillie and Bonnie. "Guys, we have a problem."

They got confused for a moment before they knew it was me. "What do you mean?" Bonnie asked.

"Brock's gone. And I'm also getting the feeling he is in danger. I need you both to try and look for him. Take Cilan. I only need one minute and I'll be out." I stated.

They nodded and left with Cilan. I looked towards the battle, and noticed Charizard was close to going down.

"Times up Trevor. I need to go take care of something. I'm sorry to end it like this. Use Stone Edge."

Gigalith went for a swift stone edge on Trevor's Charizard. The mega evolved Pokemon was too tired to dodge, and got hit hard. In seconds he had swirls in his eyes and reverted to normal.

"Charizard is unable to battle. Gigalith wins. The winner of the march is Ash."

Trevor smiled. "Well, I hoped to at least defeat Gigalith, but not everything goes the right way."

I began to leave. "Let's catch up later. I have to go look for someone. Bye Trevor."

The Kalos native waved goodbye, and I ran out the door. Don't worry Brock. We're coming.

Brock POV

Dawn gave me another big kick in the chest. I fell to the floor and groaned in agony. Where are the others?

Dawn kicked me in the ribs, and I heard a crack as I yelled out. "Get up you weakling. If you are so tough, then stand up."

I chuckled some. "I'm the weakling. Yeah, and I also need my friends to gang on an Elite who destroyed you in battle."

She had the guys roll me over on my side, and she kicked me straight in the stomach. I coughed up a bit of blood.

"Shut up. You can't even protect yourself. You have no edge over me right now." Dawn stated.

"Actually he does." I heard a voice call out.

I painfully turned and saw Ash standing over a few meters away from us. He looked angry.

The Alolan champ frowned. "I've had some tantrums after losing a battle, but I don't go ahead and kill the other person."

The guys stopped restraining me and charged Ash. However, unlike me, he dodged all of them, and knocked them over with a leg sweep.

"Especially since he doesn't have Aura. He couldn't see your true intentions." He began to walk to Dawn.

Barry got up and charged with a big punch. Ash turned and caught the punch. He then struck with a few short punches and then a big kick to knock him back down.

"Dang. I should've brought a camera so I could turn you all in to the police. Well, whatever."

He got in Dawn's face and formed an Aura Sphere. "If you think for one second I'm afraid to hit you, I'm not. Heck, you deserve more than your bozo handymen over there.

"But,you are also acting out of anger and Paul's influence. I know because Misty told me Paul set the whole betrayal thing up. Apparently he is very convincing. So I will give you one chance. Leave Brock alone, and get out right now, and I won't strike you down."

Dawn put on a look of horror and began to run. The guys followed her out of there as well. Then Ash moved to help me up.

"Alright Brocko, come on. Let's get you to the others. I don't have enough Aura on my own to heal you, but the others can help me with this."

Ash POV

"So they lured you back into a spot with nobody around, and began going off on you. That's low. Especially for them." I stated.

After healing Brock, he told us how Dawn lured him into a corner, and all the guys, minus Calem apparently, were pinning him down while Dawn threw relentless punches and kicks. He even had a few broken bones from that fight.

Brock nodded. "I was stupid for believing her. She seemed really irritated after she lost anyways."

Misty patted the guy on the back. "Don't worry Brock. This just gives us a lesson that we can't be alone when the traitors are around. Except maybe Ash."

Everyone laughed. "So what now?" Brock asked.

"Well, your healing process still requires a night of rest, so we will all just go to bed. I'm a bit tired after knocking them all down a few pegs."

After everyone said goodnight, we went to bed, with the thought of revenge plaguing our minds...

This chapter has been a long time coming. I have a few reasons for not posting, but the main one has been writers block. I just couldn't figure out how to write this chapter. I still don't fully know what to do for later chapters.

But besides all that, Comment Question time. Throwback question: Who is your favorite character in particular from 1st gen? Mine would have to be Red as his story is more developed in both the Manga and the games. Anyways, hope you have an awesome day.
