Third POV

Kanna, Giyuu and Kanao run in a fast pace, no one could see their movements if someone tried to.

But then Kanna suddenly stopped making the two also stop. "Is something wrong Kanna-neesan?" Kanao asked as Giyuu was also curious despite having a strong sense of smell.

"I can smell that some konoha nins are here before us. Let me just check the surroundings if they are still here." Kanna replied and the two nodded, so she activated her Byakugan. (A/n: remember that she have it since the beginning.)

When she finally secured that the area is safe... The three jumped down from their hiding spot. There, they saw a body of puppets laying on the ground.

"It seemed like there's a battle here." Giyuu pointed out and Kanna nod. "Your right, that puppet with the red hair is Sasori of the sand... I need him for my plans." Kanna stated making Giyuu and Kanao looked at her.

"Plans?" They questioned together but Kanna waved it off. "Ara~ curious now are we?" Kanna teased as she giggled using her sleeve, she is showing her Kocho self which make Giyuu blush but Kanna didn't notice it, despite that Giyuu could feel Kanao's stare at him.

"Enough with this talk for now..." Kanna handed Kanao a storage scroll. "You know how to use the scroll right Kanao-chan?" She asked and Kanao nod. "Good, please store the bodies there including Sasori while me and Giyuu will finish our mission."

Kanao nodded again. "Alright, please be careful." She said, Kanna and Giyuu took off after.

'Looks like the Konoha nins also received a request from the Sunagakure huh? As much as I want to avoid them... Sooner or later we will be reunited again because it seems that they are the ones who is involved in every incident so far.' Kanna thought to herself, too bad that she can only look at the future of the ones that she is supposed to save and not hers.

By the thought of it making her sigh. 'What would happen if I haven't accepted this deal anyways...' She internally said, Giyuu noticed that Kanna is deep in her thoughts which slowed her pace a bit, so he thought that she was tired.

"Kanna-chan... Are you tired? I could carry you if you want..." He offered making Kanna snap out of her thought and smiled at him. "That's so kind of you Giyuu-kun~ but I'm fine, I'm just thinking about something." She assured him so he doesn't have a choice but to nod.

"Let's move faster to out destination Giyuu-kun, it seems that we will be late to save someone's life if we will arrive a bit late."

The team seven was too late to save Gaara's life because when they managed to retrieve his body... He was already dead despite Sasuke, Shisui, and Itachi being there, it still didn't change the fate of the certain redhead.

As Chiyu was about to sacrifice her life force to Gaara, a hand stopped her. "What are you doing?!" Chiyu exclaimed in anguish as she looked at the source, and was meet with a handsome man.

But then, she recognized the haori. "YOU!! YOU ARE HERE ALL ALONG AND YOU DIDN'T HELP US SAVING MY GRANDSON?!?!" she yelled at Giyuu.

"Grandson? Am I hearing it right? I thought you people hated Gaara for being the container of the one tailed raccoon?" Giyuu countered with coldness in his tone, this made Chiyu waver.

"That's enough Giyuu-kun." Upon hearing the voice, Giyuu let go of Chiyu's hand.

Everyone looked at the source of the voice and the sight shocked them all except Giyuu and Chiyu. The face that they know too well and had been finding for years after getting banished from Konoha.

"K-Kanna?" Sakura quivers, her sister was in front of her in the flesh. The same sister that she sworn to protect.

Kanna only smiled at her and looked at Gaara's body. "I believe, I could fix Gaara-kun's situation Chiyu-san, so no need to worry." She assured, Giyuu was worried, he knows what is Kanna's about to do.

"Are you sure about this Kanna-chan?" Giyuu asked but he saw the determination in her eyes making him sigh in defeat.

"Just don't over do it..." He said making Kanna chuckle. "No promises."
