Smiles
I walk around,
Trying to hide all the pounds,
That lay on my shoulders.
I smile,
It looks so broken to me,
But no one seems to see that.
Someone asks me if I'm okay,
I just smile,
And nod.
My smile shouldn't look that perfect,
But apparently it does,
Because it can obliviously do its job.
My smile,
It hides my monsters and demons,
And so does so many other's.
I guess our smiles,
Can hide,
A thousand lies.
