I Self harm.
I hurt myself,
That's the definition.

Only,
You can't prove,
That I do,

You will never see
Marks on my skin,
Marking my pain.

You can't see the
Remains
Of what gets left behind.

My self harm,
Marks my head.
It scares me.

It makes me feel bad,
About myself,
And what I love.

It makes me love,
Love the good days so much,
And then they leave,

Then I live in a pit
Where no sun shines
I am not myself

I feel broken,
And all I want
Is for someone to understand

Not to say they do
Showing sympathy
Because they think I am broken,

I already know I am.
My self harm
It makes me scared of when the good days will end,

When the darkness comes,
Begging for more pain.
