The physical pain of letting go,
Grabs you tight and won't let go,
It weighs on your heart,
And hides behind your eyes,
Waiting for a moment when you can cry,

People say "you will be okay",
But no I won't,
I can't let go,

I will never understand how to let go,
The physical pain hurts so bad,
Does it ever get better?
Or will it last forever?
