Elsa's P.O.V.

The time came when Phoenix had to leave. I felt really happy for her yet really sad she was leaving. I felt a few tears coming forward and there was nothing I could do to stop them. "Be safe," I whispered into her ear while I hugged her.

"Don't worry about me," she replied with a shaky voice. I could tell she was also crying. I pulled away so that Anna would hug her. I looked over to Anna and saw that her face was soaked with tears. Seeing her like that made a drop fall to my cheek. It froze before it reached my chin.

"Come back soon," I heard Anna say to Phoenix. She just smiled in return and said, "I will."

"I think it's time to go, Phoenix," aunt Kestrel said solemnly. Phoenix nodded and mouthed some words to me. I love you. Then she took off into the sunset with aunt Kestrel as a phoenix. A fiery bird with bright blue and white wings. I gave that phoenix a home and some love when she needed it the most. I gave her family. Now she was off like a radiant bird with a fiery heart. I looked back at all the things we've done and been through as I looked at her glide through the sunset as her beautiful wings lit up the orange sky.
