Sceptile would be a cool Smash character. Sceptile would be a pretty light, agile character- pretty much on the same level as Greninja. The regular attack would be attacking with the blades on its arms.
Sceptiles special moves:

Standard special:
Leaf Storm.
It would be a chargeable move with limited range but good damage. It would be a the Leaf Storm style animation.

Side special:
Leaf Blade.
It would be like Marths and Lucinas Dancing Blade attack but with leaf blade animation.

Alternate side special:
x-scissor.
This attack doesent do combos and has less range than leaf blade but does a lot of damage and can flinch.

Up special:
Dual Chop.
Sceptile would jump into the air and hit the opponent twice with two heavy hitting chops, the first one hitting and the second launching the opponent.

Down special:
Detect.
Sceptile protects itself from explosion knockback and also projectile attacks.

Final Smash:
Sceptile Mega evolves into Mega sceptile and uses dragon pulse and dragon claw on opponents in place of its usual attacks (like other mega smashers) both these attacks do a lot of damage.
