Mew
Mew would be an interesting smasher. thanks to PsychicNature for suggesting it.
Mew would be a shortish, very floaty character. Think Kirby, but not as many jumps, a bit taller and a little faster. Mew floats the whole battle.
Neutral attack: swipes with its claws. Doesent have much range but has nice hitstun.
Forward tilt: kicks the opponent. Has decent range and power.
Up tilt: Twirls its tail upwards, ensnaring, damaging, them launching enemies. Has good range but a small sweet spot.
Dash attack: flips, smacking them hard with its tail. Nice hitstun, but lots of ending lag.
Forward smash: Fires concentrated psychic energy. A standard smash attack.
Up smash: Creates a pink bubble of energy that slowly floats upward and hold an enemy there for a short time, damaging them.
Down smash: whirls mew in a circle, striking with its tail. Has high knockback.
Neutral Ariel: zen headbuts the enemy. High hitstun and knockback, but difficult to hit with.
Down Ariel: strikes downward very hard with its tail. This move has the meteor effect and has a big vertical hitbox.
Grab: grabs the opponent using psychic power.
Pummel: crushes the foe repeadetly with psychic ability.
Forward throw: launches enemy forward.
Back throw: spins the enemy around and launches them.
Up throw: smacks the opponent hard with an upward smack of its tail. Launches hard.
Down throw: levitates up and throws opponent to the ground.
Floor attack: swipes forward with its tail.
Edge attack: creates a wave of psychic energy that has wide range.
Neutral special: copycat: will copy the special last used on it. Once used, it's locked into that special unless you taunt.
Side special: Psychic: a shadow moves along the ground like shadow sneak, except its purple. When you release it, if the opponent is in range of the circle, they are trapped by it and hit hard with a psychic attack. While the opponent is trapped, mew can't do anything but is invincible do a time.
Up special: mew teleports, the same way mewtwo does.
Down special: psybeam:
A purple/pink beam shoots in front of mew. Has good range and is a fast attack.
Up taunt: new whirls in a circle saying "mew" cutely.
Down taunt: transforms into a random pokemon for a very short time, then transforms back to mew. Doesn't do anything if you where wondering.
Side taunt: creates a psychic ball and circles it around itself.
Final smash: Dual Psy laser: Mew and Mewtwo work together to do this: mew fires off a powerful beam that goes across the whole screen and damages/ entraps foes (like horizon beam in smash run) and mewtwo shoots an ultra powerful beam at the end of the attack that launches foes far.
