"so I ran into a guy today" Vaishnavi said, arranging the glasses on the side table.

Abhi stopped with the lighting he was adjusting.

"Was he hot?" Faisu asked poking his head out from the tangled up in pink ribbons.

"Ignore him he's lately being very weird" Jai advised Vaishnavi while putting a huge birthday cap on his head.

Abhi cleared his throat, "and?" He prompted Vaishnavi to continue.

Vaishnavi blushed looking down,"he asked for my number"

"And did he give you his number?" Faisu cut in.

Jai chuckled looking at Abhi who narrowed his eyes at him.

"I hope you told him you are not single" Abhi asked.

Reem shot him a glare , "mind your language Abhishek she can give her number to anyone she wants to"

Avneet clasped a hand over her mouth shielding her laugh.  Oh God it was her birthday today and her friends were behaving as if she couldn't make a guess of her own surprise party that they were all busy in.

A surprise party when you know it's for you are the best parties.

She looked in the mirror practicing the shocked expression.

"Oh God!!! I wasn't expecting it I totally couldn't imagine it!!!"  she shrieked.

Nope over acting

"Surprise party? Cool I like it" she nodded .

"A party for me???" She laughed clapping her hands, "really!!!" she laughed so loudly that she started coughing.

"I am so grateful you guys are so..so nice.." she wiped her eyes. She had a weird ability to cry on spot. "I love you especially you Siddharth" she turned noticed Siddharth there and then on the threshold, watching her entire play.

She clutched her cheeks mouth formed in "O"

Siddharth never felt so depressed ever. The party he had dreamt and was preparing ( in an idea kind of way) since three months was no longer a surprise party. Where will he go now? What will he do now? He held his head dropping down there.

Avneet didn't know what to say?? her mind ran for any lie or any cover-up- oh yes , " hey babe! I was preparing for my new role I got a role of Elizabeth "

Siddharth looked so hopeful that Avneet's heart ached with guilt but she continued anyway."Elizabeth she's ah.umm her friends are"

Siddharth lips turned down at 'friends' guessing the plotline.

Avneet changed it immediately," they are preparing for her funeral".

"And it's a surprise funeral"

Siddharth narrowed his eyes.

Avneet rushed up," cause Elizabeth didn't know she's going to die" it wasn't making sense but it made Siddharth happy.

"Elizabeth happened to die on the same day she was born"

"And then she died and her ghost came at the funeral/birthday- party "

"Party? they were happy she died?" Siddharth looked beyond confused. My poor baby

"It was a sad party eehh" when things get way too out of hand just kiss and make it up. So she kissed him grabbing his collar pulling to her.

Jannat shouted from the ear pod" she calls you mental for a reason!!!"

Avneet realized what she was doing she had to act all concern not smile when your boyfriend's stomachache.

"Oh it's all right" Siddharth grinned then realized the blunder, "I can't walk it's aching"

"Doctor doctor!" Avneet pulled him to the car.

" You have to bring her to MY HOUSE!!" Jannat reminded Siddharth on the phone. Regretting every minute of sending him.
