"I shouldn't have doubted," Avneet said sheepishly.

"I am sorry but you can't blame me for guessing according to your reputation" Avneet shrugged.

Siddharth looked at her, "this was my first date" he hadn't imagined it to be so bad.

Avneet head snapped in shock.

"Usually this all dating and flirting... doesn't require it's either my place or your place," Siddharth told honestly.

Avneet made a face muttered, "pig"

Immediately she withdrew her hand, blushing.

Siddharth looking sideways as his ears burned. He didn't remove his hand but shifted a little more. Avneet faced away placing her hand along his side . And then they grabbed each others hands at the same time. (🤝)

"You know?" Siddharth asked.

"Oh well..." Avneet trailed angling herself to him.
"Yeah.." he raised an eyebrow.

"So...." She said now looking at him. Well, he didn't look bad in tux. But was it hot in here?

"So...?" He asked leaning in.

"What are you waiting for!" She leaned in too and their lips met in the midway. Smiling against her lips he pulled her head and they were lost in the moment until the message notifications separated them out.

Avneet squealed oh my god she just kissed! she searched in her clutch for her mobile as Siddharth cursed wanted to throw his stupid phone or break it, burn it and just destroy it's existence completely. It was vibrating with msgs in bulks.
