Viridi vs. Waifu

NOTE: There will be many things relating to the various stuff created by Error's creator, Crayon Queen. Hopefully this inspires people to check them out because her stuff is awesome! Like seriously, Gloomverse has so much untapped meme potential and I hope people start exploiting it someday.

...well, at least I'll try. Though so far this has mostly just been miscellaneous references to any media I like. I swear though, I WILL put in some Gloomverse quotes when/if I get the chance.

As such, expect lots of art belonging to CQ, including this thing above right here.

Speaking of: Apparently CQ is in a bit of a rough spot in terms of mental health as of the time I'm writing this. Support her in any way you can!

FGOD fans and FGOD haters alike, please unite for this

(note: there may be a few in-jokes or whatever for me and my pals who terrorized the comments section of the fic, like with the title of this chapter. I hope no one minds these stupid jokes XD

Who am I kidding, this book is nothing but stupid jokes-)

(I just post these chapters whenever I feel like with whatever I feel like)

-Let's-a-Go-

In the beginning, there was nothing. Then, a small white dog did his thing, barking into text-to-speech, and created Undertale.

As people flooded into the community forming around it, a multiverse was created by insane fans. This multiverse was flooded with skeletons upon skeletons, as only a small percent of the population cared for the other characters.

Thus, the sequel to the Once-ler fandom was born.

One day, a plot device named Fate faded into existence. They created their tumblr account and started posting about their AU and AUAU ideas, but no one paid attention to their stuff because it was kinda cringey ngl. So, they were left to just create stuff on their own while they were still 12 and had time to enjoy life.

They completely ignored Comyet's words of how Ink was going to be used in an original work (thus having his Sans Card revoked) and created a version of him. Like all fans, they assumed Ink was the in-universe creator of the multiverse when his whole backstory centers around him being from an abandoned/scrapped AU and being an unfinished creation, and he had to destroy his soul in order to escape it as it collapsed. Thus, he would be the creator of the alternate multiverse they created.

Of course, Fate had themself as the true god of this multiverse: Fate, God of Plot Devices. So they were the one who made Ink in it (and completely forgot about his soullessness and other traits because they were a huge Ink simp).

However, like all fans, they put in the stupid lore about the balance of creation and destruction and whatnot. So, as Ink created more and more, everything was jeopardized (besides, too much lore and the AUAU-multiverse-thing would never be finished).

Therefore, Fate knew they'd need to make a version of Error. So, they ignored him also getting his Sans Card revoked and made a version of Error with an edgy sad backstory (as all skeleboiz needed one apparently). They just took another Sans they were writing for the multiverse and slightly reworked him into another Error. This Error was slowly driven to insanity by Fate screaming the lyrics of "BROADCAST ILLUSION" by GHOST every 5 minutes because they were a huge GHOST fan and this was their favorite song.

Error had to suffer through hearing "WE'RE SCREAMING AGAIN, AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN" thousands of times, sung by this god-device.

Outside of this, Fate also screamed for Error to do what he was supposed to do: commit mass genocide so that the multiverse woudn't kill itself.

They weren't going to commit the same past mistakes as they did with not removing Ink's goldfish memory. He completely forgot about the balance stuff... every time.

On the bright side, Error gained stupid immortality and no longer had to consume sustenance to survive. Downside was that his memories' save data got corrupted so that sucked-

Error, being Error and thus knowing nothing but tantrums and spite (according to CQ herself), wanted to murder Ink and Fate and then everyone. However, as the almighty CQ had said, he was not allowed to murder everyone until she let him out of his cage.

Even if this wasn't even the original Error, screw it, we're here for memes, not a consistent plot.

Error kept feeling sorry for himself as he slaughtered universes daily. Sure, they were all inhabited by innocent people who had no clue that their existences threatened the multiverse, but forget them and their lives. They don't matter. Error continued to villainize the people around him, like Ink for doing his job in protecting innocent lives from being destroyed, and never once stopped to tell anyone about the balance when that likely would have solved the problem instantly if he had just done that at the beginning. He was too busy being the manbaby CQ had confirmed he was to think logically.

Eventually he somehow calmed down and drank a couple cups of depresso each day instead, and got all jealous of Ink's life and how their 12 year-old "creator" favored him.

Eventually, after all the times he was beaten up by people trying to defend themselves and others, he was done with everything and planned on finally leaving the Undertale AU-verse to instead finally fully embracing how he's going to be a character in CQ's original webcomic Lucidia. Fate was going to learn that Error was a manbaby and that this first chapter is spoilerific to the next ones and should've had these spoilers cut out or otherwise naturally woven into the story.

But while Fate wasn't an Error simp, their ex-Minecraft Girlfriend Destiny was.

Destiny, God of Dei Ex Machina (plural of Deus Ex Machina, fun fact). They and Fate had been dating each other on Minecraft for about a week until learning they went to the same school and meeting up. They later broke up over different simp-targets and also Destiny not being the "Hot Anime Waifu" they had claimed to be (they were actually just another 12 year-old).

Fate had blocked Destiny on all social media after that, but Destiny eventually learned how to create second accounts (they weren't the sharpest tool in the shed) and saw this new AUAU multiverse and really simped for Error (like most of the commenters on the original FGOD story). So, they made their unofficial continuation of Error's story there after seeing him get le big sad ending.

Also, insert something deep-sounding about the words "fate" and "destiny" here just because we gotta get those 14 year-old white girls to cry as they listen to their Billie Eilish music, self-diagnose themselves with every mental illness to ever exist, and actually think that r/im14andthisisdeep is a serious subreddit.

(disclaimer: this is not an attack against 14 year-old white girls, this is just a joke. Also not meant to make people think that only 14 year-old white girls are like this)

Because of some totally epic deep wholesome 100 Reddit Big Chungus moments, Destiny could finally get off their *ss and do something useful. Why couldn't they before? What's stopping them, a fellow god, from being able to act unless Error commits jump die? Stop questioning things, dammit! Destiny good, Fate bad, that's how this is supposed to work! Even if Fate is more morally gray than evil, who cares about that! It's not like Undertale itself has quite a few morally gray characters with Undyne and Asgore, who wanted to kill Frisk, a child, for the sake of the rest of the Underground, thus not really fitting into either good or bad (at least until Frisk befriends them... in the True Pacifist route, at least). No, just forget about all of that. After all, Sans is the only thing that matters...

Destiny would write one of those hurt-comfort fics and let Error live there because they simped for him so much, they didn't care if everyone else died when they could've possibly done something to save them as well. It wasn't even their fault, as they were just defending themselves and those they cared about and had no clue about the balance since Error never told them, but screw them because the simps will just blindly hate them anyway, hypocritically judging them for "not seeing the other perspective" while also refusing to look at things from their perspective.

Error would no longer have to listen to Fate screaming the lyrics to BROADCAST ILLUSION at 3AM in an attempt to summon Kennith Simmons himself into reality. Instead, he'd get to hear Destiny creating ASMR videos of stuff like the entire Bee Movie script, slowly conditioning him into joining the Weird Child ASMR Cult.

By the time Fate would notice, it would be too late, and Destiny's fanfiction would have gotten so popular people would mistake it for canon.

Destiny would fight to prove that their favorite character was superior, despite this being completely objective.

(welcome to the madness. And yes, CQ calls Error a manbaby. You can easily find these things on her tumblr. Seriously, her Tumblr is incredible XD)
