Chapter 52 - Old Feelings
After a good night sleep in your own bed, your dad had decided to keep everyone home for a day. The only thing that went on in the morning was cleaning, at least for you. Your dad had a security team come in and install some additional measures to the house, like a hidden electric fence and motion lights throughout the entire front and back yard. He did leave for a moment as he took Tracy home so that she could gather up a few more things. He apparently didn't trust the security of her apartment at the moment. (Not that you blamed him.)
Then once they got back, they spent most of the day in the office going over the evidence that the team had gathered from the hotel. Paul was talking with Korn over the phones for the most part. While Tracy was looking over the lab results and photos from the scene. The team had been able to find the room that the shooter had been holding out in when he had fired the shot. He was allegedly there on vacation and wasn't originally from Lucis. But he was from one of the many cities that use to be under the protection of Lucis before King Regis had to surrender it to the empire.
This left Paul wondering how may others were in the same boat considering the king had had to pull back the wall considerable due to the large barrage of invasions in the area surrounding Insomnia. Let a lone the toll it had started to take on his majesty. He just couldn't seem to extend the wall as far as he use to be able to. Not since the transmitters had been destroyed in the different regions. Plus the king wasn't as young as he use to be, and he just simply didn't have the strength to maintain it. And that was even in despite the high number of elixirs that he had been taking each month to keep going.
After cleaning the entire house you sat down to work on your written assignment while you waited on the laundry to finish up. You knew that the assignment wasn't due until you got back. But you figured you might as well get it done now so that you could enjoy your break. But right as you finished up the last paragraph your phone rang. You looked over at your phone and smiled when you saw Noctis' name on your screen. You then set your pencil down and picked up the phone
"Well there's my sleeping Prince." You said with a smile. "I thought you were never going to get up."
"What's the point in getting up when I have nothing to do?" Noctis answered in a deep tone.
"There's always something to do." You returned jokingly. "Your just never awake long enough to enjoy it."
"The only thing that I would enjoy right now is having you here." He returned in a deep grumble.
"And why is that?" You asked as you sat back with the phone still to your ear.
"Well that's simple." He returned in a low growl. "I'm bored and I have no one to play with right now."
"Now you sound like a little kid." You joked back.
"Hmmm. Maybe." He quietly responded. "But what are you going to do about it?"
"I can't do anything about it right now. My dad has us staying home today." You replied back. "But, it doesn't mean you that you can't still play your games."
"But I want to play with you." Noctis whined.
"I just told you I can't. I can't leave the house." You said back as you tried to contain your exasperation.
"Then how about I come over?" Noctis asked with a hopeful tone. "That way you won't have to leave the house. And we can still play."
"You truly are spoiled." You joked back. "You know that."
"I'm not spoiled." Noctis returned in a joking voice. "I'm just not used to someone telling me no."
"Which in short means spoiled." You finished.
"I am not." He said in a more determined voice. "And just to prove it to you, I'm coming over."
"Now come on." You quickly said to him.
"Okay." He said in a deep tone.
"Whoa. That's not what I meant." You quickly returned.
"I'll see you in about an hour." He said in a chipper tone.
"Wait Noct." You tried to argue back.
"Oh I know what your going to say. But Noc I don't have a gaming system." He said in a silly voice as he tried to mimic you.
"I don't sound like that." You argued back.
"Yes you do." He argued back. "And before you ask, I'll be sure to bring extra guards after I talk to my dad about it."
"But Noct...?" You started to argue again.
"Please?" Noctis begged. "Iggy got to spend all day with you yesterday while I was stuck here by myself. And Prompto is busy today."
"But what about Lady Lunafreya?" You asked in confusion.
"You have been watching the news, right?" Noctis asked with a bit of an edge. "She has been spending most of her time doing her 'soon to be Oracle' duties. I didn't even see her for dinner last night. She decided to eat in her room while she worked on her speech for the new vigil."
You paused for a moment as you thought about how you would feel if it was you instead of him. You could immediately feel his frustration. Plus you had always been there for him when he was feeling lonely. Or at least you where, when you could be.
"Well let me at least talk to my dad about it first." You said in a soft voice.
"Thank you princess." He returned in a calm smooth voice.
"Noctis......." You started to argue back again.
"You will always be my princess. You just better accept it." He said in a firm tone. "Call me with his answer."
"I will." You returned.
"And don't doddle. It won't take me long to pick up a few things before I stop by." Noctis said.
"And just what are you picking up?" You tried to ask.
"Your doddeling." Noctis said in a slightly stern voice.
"I'm just asking." You said as you tried to defend yourself.
"I mean it." He said firmly.
"Fine. I'll go ask him now." You said as you stood up and started to head to the office.
"You do that. I'll see you in a few." Noctis said then hung up.
You looked at your phone and smiled. He certainly was persistent. And he was definitely used to get his way all the time. You couldn't help but to shake your head about him as you put your phone back in your back pocket. It truly made sense with him though. He was a prince after all.
After walking up the stairs, you heading for the office. But you stopped when you saw that the door was closed. You paused for a moment as you looked at the door. You knew that your dad didn't like to be disturbed when he was working. But it was towards the end of the day already. So surely he won't have any issue now. At least you hoped not. So after a deep breath, you softly knocked.
"It's open." Your dad called through the door.
You opened it up to see Tracy sitting on the couch working on her computer that was on her lap as she sat there Indian style. Then you glanced over and saw your dad at his desk working on his. They both seemed to be really focused on their screens. For neither of them looked up, or even gave you a glance as you came in. After closing the door, you walked over to your dad. Then you jumped when you heard Korn's voice coming from your dad's computer speakers.
"You can see the C4 under his shirt right before he grabs the trigger out of his pocket." Korn was saying through the speakers.
"And that looks like a deadman switch in his hand." Your dad said back to Korn. "You can just make it out before the camera cuts out."
"That's what the bomb squad was thinking as well when they looked at the video. Unfortunetly they haven't been able to find any of the parts from the bomb. But we do all agree on one thing. This man had no intention of of being captured. And he knew what he was going to do the minute the team walked into the room." Korn said in a flat voice.
"Yeah." Paul quietly said as he stared at the screen as he mouth went dry as he watched the camera suddenly cut out after hearing the start of the blast.
"You know what." You quickly said as you started to walk back out. "I can come back."
"Oh, sorry kiddo." Your dad said as he quickly looked up at you. "I forgot you just walked in. Did you needed something?"
"Well I was just wondering if it was okay for Noctis to stop by. But perhaps now isn't the best time to ask. It seems that your deep into the case right now. What with bombs and all." You said as you dropped your head.
"I'm sorry that you heard that. That wasn't really meant for your ears. But wait a minute" Your dad said as he looked up. "You said that Noctis wants to stop by?"
"Yeah." You said as you looked back up at your dad. "He said that he's bored and he wanted to stop by for a bit. Apparently he has nothing to do."
"Has he forgotten what just happened?" Tracy asked as she gave you a stunned look.
"No he hasn't." You said firmly as you glanced at Tracy. "But when Noctis wants something, he usually gets what he wants. No matter what the risks."
"And in this case, he just wants to come over and hang out for a while." You said as you looked back at your dad. "He's lonely and wants some company."
"And just how does he think that he's going to be protected over here?" Paul asked.
"He mentioned that he was going to bring extra guards with him." You answered. "He just wants to come over. He hasn't been able to see or hangout with anyone because of what happened and he just wants to get out for a bit. I know that it's last minute, but I feel bad for him. He hasn't even been able to hang out with Lady Lunafreya. She's been all wrapped up in her duties since she got here."
"And today will be just more of the same for her I'm afraid." Korn answered through the phone. "I suppose we could set up something for him for today. You did just get those new security measures installed."
"We did. They finished up about half an hour ago. But are you sure that it will be alright?" Paul asked as he was slightly surprised by Korn's relaxed answers.
"If someone is stupid enough to break into your house with all of you there. Then they have a death wish. Plus your house is almost as secured as mine at this point." Korn answered.
"Well there is that." Paul answered as he sat back and looked at you before he turned his eyes to Tracy. "Just do me a favor Korn. And don't send Tredd. He can drive Noctis over, but I would rather he didn't come in."
"And why is that?" Korn asked in a confused tone.
"I would just prefer him to not step foot in my house again is all." Paul said as he watched Tracy carefully as she quickly gave him a stunned look.
"Is there something wrong?" Korn asked.
"I'm not sure yet." He answered when he saw Tracy quickly look back down at her screen like she was working again.
"Is it something I need to be concerned about?" Korn returned.
"I'll let you know as soon as I find out." Paul returned as he watched Tracy shift uncomfortably on the couch.
"Alright. I'll wait to hear from you then. In the meantime, I've already set up the security detail for Noctis and they are on their way over." Korn replied. "Did you have any luck with your connection for the driving test?"
"I sure did." Your dad said as he looked up at you now. "He'll be by on Wednesday to test them. This will give us one day to set up the test site and to go over a few other things with them that will help them all out."
"Sounds good." Korn answered.
"Really?" You asked as you gave him a stunned look.
"Yeah. Really." Your dad answered with a smile.
"EEEEKKKKK!" You screamed as you ran over and gave your dad a hug.
"Someone sounds excited." Korn half laughed through the phone.
"Yeah. I think she might be just a bit excited." Paul grunted as you almost squeezed the life out of him.
"I'm sooooo going to make you your favorite brownies now." You said as you gave him one last squeeze before you released him.
"You hear that Korn? I'm getting brownies." Paul said with a smirk.
"Yeah I heard. But that's fine. I really don't need them." Korn returned.
"I didn't say that I needed them. But I'll eat them anyway." Paul said with a smile as you walked out of the office.
You were smiling to yourself as you closed the door behind you. At least one good thing would come of this break. You would finally be able to take your driving test. For up until then, there just never seemed to enough time to get it done. You either had school, swim practice, fighter training, or were dealing with a strange attack or event that came up, sometimes out of no where. But not this time. You were getting your license. You and Noctis both.
After walking back downstairs you pulled out your phone and dialed Noctis' number. Then you anxiously put the phone to your ear and listened to his ring tone as you waited for him to pickup.
"Hey. What took you so long?" You heard on the other end.
"What? I didn't take long." You commented back to Noctis.
"I could have taken you down in a race at least sixteen times by now." He said in a joking voice.
"You wish." You joked back.
"But it's fine. I'll just have to beat you harder when I get there." He replied back.
"And how are you suppose to do that? I don't have a gaming system." You replied.
"You'll just have to see." He replied back.
Then you heard something in the background that sounded like a cash register beeping in the background. "Hey? Where are you at?"
"Don't worry about it." He replied back. "I'll see you in a bit."
Then right as he was hanging up you heard someone read off what sounded like the total price for a very large amount. You paused for a moment as you stood there.
"He didn't?" You said more to yourself then anyone.
"Did you see anything odd in those photos that we missed?" Paul asked Tracy as she looked at each picture carefully.
"Not really. Even his attire that he had in his suite case matched the reason for his stay. There didn't seemed to be anything out of the ordinary." Tracy said as she was looking at all of the photos from his room.
"But..?" Paul said as he watched her.
He could tell that she was hiding something. From her words to her nervous shifts on the couch. There was something that she knew and wasn't sharing with him. But was it about Tredd or was it about something else.
"But..." She said as she looked up at him. "If he was indeed from Cleigne, then how did he get a Nifelheim rifle?"
Paul slowly smiled at her as he stood up and walked over to her. "My thoughts exactly. How indeed?"
"How does a man from Cleigne, just happen to come into Lucis with a Nif sniper rifle? And not just any sniper rifle." Paul said as he stopped in front of her and slowly removed her laptop from her lap and sat it on the coffee table behind him.
"But the Cerberus sniper rifle that is only used by their most elite shooters. The very rifle that is registered personally to each and every one of it's owners." He said as he leaned over and placed his hands on either side of her as he searched her face as she leaned back against the couch from him.
"How do you suppose he got a hold of one of those?" He said right in front of her as he had her pinned in place.
"I....I don't know." Tracy nervously said.
"Oh but I think you do." Paul said in a stern voice. "And I have a feeling it has something to do with Tredd. Doesn't it?"
Tracy felt the color drain from her face as he stared hard at her. Is he accusing me of working with them? But there's no way I would. I would never betray the king like that. I'm not that kind of person. And I have no idea how he got it. Sure Tredd has connections to the Nif, so perhaps he could have gotten a hold of one. But I can't tell him that. They'll kill him.
"What did he do to you to get you so scared?" Paul asked as he looked at her pale face.
Tracy quickly looked away from him. "I don't know what you talking about."
Paul then harshly grabbed her face and forced her to look back at him.
"No? But I think you know exactly what I'm talking about." He growled at her.
Tracy then did something that she never in a million years would have ever thought that she would do. But it seemed that her body had a mind of its own for a moment. As she raised a hand up and slapped him clean across the face. She watched in shock as his head flew off to the side as he released her face. Her heart rate was immediately through the roof as she watched him.
What the hell made me do that? She thought in shock as she stared at him as he slowly move his hand towards his face and rub his now red cheek.
As she watched him she couldn't help the internal fight within herself. I can't fight him. I don't want to fight him. All he wants in the truth. But I can't tell him the truth. But if he knew, he might be able to help. But then they would have a real reason to kill him. But they already want him dead, so what's the difference.
She couldn't stand it anymore and closed her eyes as she started to lose it as she felt torn apart inside. She wanted to tell him. But the thought of them killing him was just to much to bear. She felt her body start to shake as the tears started to flow as she could once again see Greg and Bill as they were left with their throats sliced open. Then suddenly an image of Paul's face came to her mind with his throat sliced wide open and his empty eyes staring back at her.
At that moment she broke down completely as everything hit her at once. She didn't want anything to happen to him. Not while she was alive. Not while she could still do something about it. Then suddenly she felt his arms around her as he pulled her in for a full embrace.
"I don't know what he did to you or what he said to make you this scared. But I can assure you, that he will never touch you or talk to you again." Paul said quietly in her ear. "Because if he does, it'll be the last time anyone sees him alive. I can promise you that."
Tracy's breath caught at his words. Because she knew that he meant it. For she already knew that Tredd wouldn't be the only person that Paul would of killed in his life. And probable wouldn't be the last one.
She then melted as she trembled in his arms as he pulled her in close and kissed her on the cheek. And now He knew that she was scared and it was definitely due to Tredd. But what the connection was or what he did to her was something that he was going to have to figure out on his own.
There was one thing he was already certain of though. If she was this freaked out, then he had threatened her within an inch of her life or someone close to her. Which at the moment might even mean him.
But if that was the case, it was going to take more then ideal threats to scare him. He hadn't lived that long by being scared by a meer threat to his life. No, it would take a lot more then that. And if Tredd thought that that would work on him, then he was in for a world of hurt. But as Paul held Tracy he felt his temper start to rise, for two could play this game. And Paul wasn't one to lose.
DING DONG!
You quickly looked up when you heard the door bell go off. Then you raced over to the door and looked through the peephole to see Noctis standing there with Nyx and Pelna, both of which were holding large packages. You quickly opened up the door.
"Hey." You said as you looked at Noctis in shock as he smiled back at you.
"Hey." He returned with a huge smile.
"You can take that to the living room and set it up." Noctis said to Nyx and Pelna as they walked past you and into the house.
"Right." Pelna said with a smirk as he walked by you caring a large box.
"What's all that?" You asked Noctis as he walked in.
"Let's just say, that I figured out what I wanted to get you for your holiday gift." He said with a smirk as he walked past you as he headed to the living room.
"And what would that be?" You asked as you closed and locked the front door.
"Weeeeelllllll....it's just a little something so that I won't have to worry about playing by myself anymore." He said as he walked into the living room.
"And why would......." You started to ask until you walked into the living room and saw them unpack a box containing the same gaming system that he had in his bedroom as well as several accessories and games.
"Are you serious?" You asked as you stared in shock at the gifts. "I can't accept these?"
"Yes you can." He said as he walked up to you.
"And you will." He said with a smirk as he stopped right in front of you. "I have a no return policy."
"But how am I suppose to get you anything even close to this?" You asked as he stood in front of you, while Nyx and Pelna started to unbox everything as they started to set it up.
"Your not suppose to." He said with a smile as he grabbed both of your hands. "No one should out-gift a prince."
You smiled as you looked down. "What am I suppose to do with you?"
"You could start with a hug." He said as he lifted up your chin with one hand as he still held yours, so that you were looking at him again.
"Then perhaps a few races?" He said with a devilish look as you smiled at him.
"Okay. But I don't know how to set up these things." You nervously said as you rubbed your fingers against his.
"Don't worry." He said as he brought up both of your hands and set them on his shoulders.
"I'll help you." He finished as he moved his hands back down and grabbed your waist.
"You better." You said with a smile as you wrapped your arms around his neck and gave him a huge hug. "Thank you Noct."
Noctis pulled you in close as he dropped his head into your neck and closed his eyes as he allowed his senses to be completely filled by you. To him, the scent, sight, and feel of you was worth a million gaming systems. And he would do anything to have you right were you were at that moment. Even if it meant possibly hurting an old friend.
"Your very welcome." He whispered as he lightly brushed his lips against your neck.
Your eyes shot wide open from the sensation. For suddenly your heart rate increased as he held you. You could feel the old feelings for him start to surface again as he held you wrapped in his arms. You could feel your whole body start to tingle from his touch.
Which was starting to make you a bit nervous. You knew that nothing could happen between the two of you. Not with his promise to Luna and you being with Ignis. But even so, you could still feel the old longing for him start to surface again. You started to feel torn again, until he released you and simply grabbed your hand.
"So," he started as he led you over to the couch as Nyx and Pelna were starting to get frustrated with the system, "which game should we start off with?"
"How about we help them get it set up first?" You asked as you saw Nyx starting to get a bit irritated with the wiring.
"No they got this." Noctis said with a smile as he sat down on the couch.
You saw Pelna roll his eyes, before he carefully moved the tv out so that he could try to figure out how to hook it up. You couldn't help but smile at Pelna. He was usually the calm one out of the two of them. At least when it came to figuring out things. Nyx had always been a fighter first and then a thinker. Unless it was thinking about fighting of course.
"You know that we usually aren't doing this kind of work." Nyx said as he looked at Noctis.
"I know." Noctis replied as he pulled you down beside him when you were still standing there looking at them struggling. "But you agreed to set it up if you got to try a couple races."
"Tst. Fine." Nyx said as he handed Pelna the cords.
"So what's all this?" You heard your dad's voice ask as he started walking into the living room from the foyer.
"Hey dad." You said as you sat beside Noctis on the couch as he had his arm across the back of the couch behind you. "Noctis had bought me a gaming system for my Holiday gift."
"Really." Paul asked with a smirk as he turned and watch Nyx and Pelna struggling with getting it set up on his tv. "And they have to set it up."
"If they want to try a race." Noctis answered. "Then yeah."
"Is that all it takes to be able to play?" Paul asked with a smile. "I think I can handle that."
"How about I hook up the tv part before you break something?" Paul said to Nyx and Pelna as he walked over to them.
You smiled at your dad as you watched he walked over and move Nyx and Pelna away from his tv before they toppled it off of the stand. That was one item that your dad did enjoy when he had time. He like to watch his favorite sports on it when they were on. Not that he had had much time lately to watch anything. But that didn't mean that he wanted anything to happen to the tv.
"You just might turn out to be a great king after all." You quietly said as you watch the three men finish setting up the system.
"Oh yeah?" Noctis asked as he gave you a sideways smile. "Why do you say that?"
"You are the only person, besides my mom, who figured out how to get my dad to do something without being asked." You said with a smile before you turned and looked at him. "That's not a easy task to achieve. And you did that with all three of them."
Noctis then smiled and leaned back as he looked at them working as he dropped his arm down to your shoulders. "All they needed was the right motivation. And no guy can resist a good car race."
"I'll try to remember that." You said as you looked back at your dad and smiled.
Noctis glanced back over at you as he pulled you in closer to him. He didn't need any special motivation when it came to you though. All you had to do was ask and he would make it happen. No matter what the task. Just as long as you were near him. That was the only thing he needed to motivate him.
After they had it hooked up, Noctis showed everyone how to set up their profiles and how to start the games and buy new games online if they wanted. Then to pleased Nyx and Pelna, as he raced each of them separately so that they had a chance to try out the game before getting into a serious race. Then once they were done, they went up against each other. Once they started, you headed into the kitchen to start dinner.
"I'll be in the kitchen if you need me." You said as you walked away.
"Alright honey." Your dad said as you walked past him as he relaxed in his chair as he watched them racing.
Noctis followed you with his eyes, as you walk away. He had intended this to be more about him spending time with you. But so far it ended up being just a bunch of guys hanging out. Which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. But he had wanted it to be just the two of you.
After you disappeared through the kitchen door, he turned his attention back to the everyone in front of him. He noticed that they were really getting into the game as they were harassing each other as they were slamming each other into the walls as they raced. He slightly smirked when he realized that they wouldn't have any idea if he slipped away for a moment. Which would work for him since he wanted to talk to you.
He slowly brought his feet up onto the couch as he watched everyone else. When no one moved or said as word, he quickly stood up on the couch and jumped over the back of the couch so that he could head to the kitchen. But right as he landed on his feet, he quickly stood up as Tracy was standing right in front of him.
"And where might you be heading off to your highness?" Tracy asked as she gave him a curious look.
"I'm just going to the kitchen to see (Y/n)." He said as he walked around her as he tried to play it cool.
"Is that alright with you?" He said before he turned away from her as he started walking to the kitchen.
Tracy followed him with her eyes as he entered the kitchen. She had known for awhile now, that Noctis had had feelings for you. She first saw it when he had fought so hard to try and figure out a way to go see you in Altissia. She still remembered his furious reaction when they weren't able to find a way to get him there without attracting attention.
He had almost lost his mind as he had lashed out at his dad and everyone else in the room when they broke the news to him. That was when he had started to rebel against his dad and find ways of being apart from him. He went for a long time without even speaking to his dad. Despite the king making every effort to get him to talk.
Tracy couldn't help but smile at him now. For the minute that you came back, he had almost changed overnight into the prince that everyone had gotten to know and love before you had to leave. She was glad for the change. But she could also see the disaster waiting to happen if he was to ever act on his true feelings. For it would hurt two people who cared very deeply for him.
When Noctis walked into the kitchen, you had your back to the door as you were getting out the pots you needed to cook dinner with. He hopped up and sat on the island counter as he watched you fill up one pot halfway with water before you set it on the stove. Then he grabbed an apple from the fruit basket that was on the counter and started tossing it in the air as he watched you pull out some meat from the freezer to cook up.
"So what's on the menu for tonight chef?" He asked in a joking way.
You slightly jumped from his voice.
"Why do you ask?" You asked as you turned your head to face him as you placed the meat in the other pot on the stove.
"Are you afraid of what I'll make you?" You asked as you turned the stove on before you turned around and looked at him.
"I'm just curious." He said as he just sat there as he continued to toss the apple up in the air.
"You know that that apple is a fruit and it's meant for eaten, right? Or don't you like fruit either?" You asked as you walked over to him to grab the apple from him.
"I'm very much aware that this is a fruit." Noctis said as he just chuckled at you as you tried to reach up and grab the apple from him. "And no I happen to like fruit."
You leaned into him as you stood in between his legs as you reached up your hand as he held the apple high above his head. Noctis felt his heart rate start to shoot through the roof as you were within inches of touching him in areas where he had only dreamt of you touching him. He felt his breath start to get short as he leaned his head down a bit so that it was level with yours. A hint of your perfume filled his senses again as you leaned in closer as you stood on your tippy toes as you tried to reach the apple.
"Will you please let me have it if your just going to play with it?" You asked as you put your hand on the counter and pushed yourself up in front of him as you reached up.
As you pushing up, you brushed up against him. Your body on his was enough to spike his already burning desired to touch you. His whole body seemed to take on a life all its own, as his lower hand reached around your waist and pulled you in closer as he pressed his lips against yours. You froze for a minute as you felt electricity fly through you as he kissed you. It almost felt like the raw electrical energy that you had draw into yourself back at the Niflheim headquarters.
You closed your eyes as the sensation took your breath away as you started to get lost in it. He ruggedly exhaled as he seemed to of felt the same electricity as he pulled you closer as he kissed you again. You couldn't seem to break away from his magnetic pull. You knew that you should stop. You knew that you had to. Everything about it screamed that you must. But you couldn't seem to break away from him. And not from something that you had longed for many years ago.
"Do you two need a hand?" You both heard Tracy say from dining room.
"No, we're good." Noctis quickly replied as he leaned back.
You both then quickly broke away from the sudden interruption. You took a couple steps back and quickly returned to the food on the stove. Noctis watched you as he lowered his arm again and started absently rolling the apple in his hands. Then he turned and looked at Tracy as she walked in. One look at the two of you and Tracy knew what she had just interrupted.
******Author Note******
So I wanted to give Noctis a bit more of an edge considering that he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder when they first begin their journey. Plus there has been tension between these two for a long time.
But will it be enough to get in the way of your long standing love Ignis. Or will it be once again hidden away. We shall see in the next chapter.
In the meantime I would like to thank all of you. I never would have hit 14k reads without you and your love and support. I truly appreciate each and everyone of you.😊🥰
Thanks for reading. :)
