Chapter 36 - Diving Challenges

You finally touched that wall after the 1,000yrd cool down. You took off your swim cap and goggles. Then you closed your eyes and slumped up against the wall as you tried to catch your breath. You felt completely wiped out. Practice had seemed to be a lot harder that day then usual. You could already feel the pain in your muscles from the amount of laps that the coaches had you doing that day. Sure you understood that districts was coming up, but you were still recovering from the flu.

"How you feeling?" You heard a voice say from the pool deck.

You turned around and looked up at the deck. That was when you noticed the female coach smiling back at you. She was giving you a concerned smile as she bent down to talk to you. You smiled back at her. So far she was one of your favorite coaches. She could always tell when something was off.

"Just feeling a bit more worn out then usual." You quietly said as Ignis finished off his cool down.

"That's to be expected after being out like you were." She said to you as Ignis joined you.

"How about you Ignis? How you feeling?" She asked him as he looked almost as bad as you. "You had been hit pretty hard from that flu bug along with your injuries."

"It's nothing that I can't handle." He said as he gave her a slight smile.

"Now if you'll pardon me. I need to head to the boards." He said, then turned and climbed out of the pool.

"Tell Coach Rick to go easy on you today. We wouldn't want anything happening to you right now. Not this close to districts. And besides, you are still recovering." Coach Stacy called after Ignis as he walked over to the diving pool.

"Yes ma'am." He called back as he walked over to the diving coach who was standing there with his arms crossed.

"Stay in your lane Stacy." Rick called back over to her. "You already had your time with him. He's mine now ,for the next hour. And besides, I know what he can handle a lot better than you."

Stacy gave him a stern look. She knew that Rick had been Ignis' rec center coach since he bragged about him all the time. In fact, after Rick found out that Ignis was on this high school's dive team, he immediately hit up the head coach so that he could work for him and continue to train Ignis.

Talk about hookups. She thought as she watched Rick pat Ignis on the back as they walked over to the diving boards.

"I want you to watch Ignis." Stacy quietly said to you as she watched Rick talking to Ignis as he started to climb up onto the board.

"Why?" You asked.

Then you turned and watched Ignis stepped onto the board and pause for a moment. This wouldn't have raised any flags with anyone who wasn't familiar with his habits. But it did with you. You knew that he never paused while on the board. Not while stepping onto it that is. He would only pause right before his dives and that was so that he could concentrate. But even those didn't last as long, as he now stood there, as if frozen in place.

"Hey!" You heard Coach Rick call to him.

Ignis slightly jumped then turned and looked at him.

"You okay?" Rick asked Ignis as he tried to look at his face.

"My apologies." Ignis said before he turned and climbed back down and off of the board. "I need to check the board.

Then you watched in surprise as he walked along the board as he checked for any wet spots. Your mouth slightly fell open. He had never done that before. Was he too nervous to check it while standing on it? Just then Noctis came back up the wall as he finished off his cool down. He saw you standing there staring. So he moved over to you in the water as he watched you.

"What's going on?" Noctis asked as he glanced over at you.

"Somethings wrong with Ignis." You stated as you climbed out of the pool.

"Huh?" Noctis asked as he pulled off his goggles.

"He never checks the board like that." You said as you stood there watching Ignis.

"That's what I was afraid of." Coach Stacy said as she looked over at you before turned her attention back to Ignis.

"People always tend to forget that there are two types of injuries." She started to say as you watched him slowly checking the board, while the other divers started going off of the adjacent board.

"One type are the physical injuries that usually heal on their own. And can be overcome with rehab and exercise." She continued.

Then she glanced at you as you turned to look at her.

"The other type are the psychological injuries. These can only be seen by those that love them. And they can only be overcome with their loved ones support." She finished as she looked back over at Ignis.

You slowly looked back over at Ignis as Stacy turned her attention back to the boards. You watched Ignis nervously dry off various areas on the board, as well as on himself as he paced beside the board. You could see his nervousness as he looked at it. But he didn't walk any closer to the stairs again. Not even when Coach Rick walked over and started talking to him and gesturing towards the stairs. That was when you realized what she was talking about. He was scared of getting hurt again.

"He's afraid." You quietly said as you stood there dripping beside her.

"Yeah." She quietly said as she watched him. "But I don't think he realizes it. Not completely anyway."

"So what do we do?" You asked as you looked at her with a desperate look.

"We, can't do anything." She said as she nodded towards Rick as he tried desperately to get Ignis back on the board.

"But you, can." She said as she turned to face you.

You gave her a confusing look. Then you looked back over at Ignis as he kept looking down as Rick talked to him. Perhaps she was right. No one knew him like you did. Not even Noctis in some areas. You then looked at her and nodded before you grabbed your shammy from the deck. Then you started to dry off as you walked over to your jacket that was on the bench. Noctis watched you pull on your jacket as you walked over to the diving pool as Prompto finally came in from his cool down.

"What's going on?" Prompto asked as he watched Noctis climb out of the pool and grabbed his shammy from the starting block.

"Something's up with Iggy." Noctis said as he stood there drying off as he watched you walk over to Ignis.

"Really?" Prompto asked as he turned to watch you as he climbed out of the pool and started to dry off as well with his hsammy that he grabbed from the starting block.

"But don't worry." Noctis said with a smile.

"If anyone can help him, it's her." He finished with a smile as he nodded towards you as Gladio finally reached the wall and started to get out himself.

"You can't fall apart now." You heard Coach Rick say to Ignis as he nervously shifted on his feet. "We're counting on you. I'm counting on you."

"Do you think that I don't know that." Ignis said in a harsh tone as he kept his head down.

"It's just that I ............" Ignis started to say as he clutched his hand into a fist while firmly gripping the board as he could feel his internal struggle starting to take over his physical reaction.

"Hey, Ignis?" You quietly said as you walked up to them.

"Look (y/n), I got this alright." Coach Rick quickly said as he got in front of you. "Go hit the showers okay. He'll be just fine."

"Let me help." You firmly said to Coach Rick as you tried to get him to see what you and Coach Stacy did.

"No. Your the reason he messed up during the swim meet." Coach Rick said as he crossed his arms in front of himself. "He was paying more attention to you then that dive during the meet."

You stopped in your tracks.

Is he serious? You thought then you looked at Ignis as you tried to understand.

But Ignis only kept he gaze away from you.

He is serious. You thought as you felt your heart sink. Had he really slipped because he was distracted? And was he distracted because of me?

But then you felt your heart start to shatter as you could once again see him hitting the board before bouncing off and falling into the water just as you entered the water. Then you recalled that right before he started to move for his dive, he had looked you right in the eye. He had never done that before. But then again, you remembered that he hadn't dried off completely either, before he had even gotten back on the board.

You dropped your head for a moment as you tried to figure out what to do. That was when you realized, that if you were the reason that he became distracted. Then you needed to be the one to help him get over it then. After a moment you looked back up and started to walk towards Ignis again.

Coach Rick got in your way again, as he tried to block your path. But then he stopped in his tracks as you gave him a warning look. He only stayed there for a moment, before he moving back out of the way. He had already been warned about getting in between the two of you and what you could do if he pushed the issue when it came to Ignis.

You walked over to Ignis as he stood by the board with one hand on the board and the other clutched by his side, as he looked down. He slightly glanced up at you as you walked over to him. But then he looked away from you as he turned and faced the board. You stopped beside him and reach one hand up to him and started running it up and down his back.

"Hey." You quietly said as you tried to get him to look at you.

"I'm fine." He nervously said as he kept his eyes averted From you. "I'm just inspecting the board."

"I know." You said as you slipped in front of him as you reached up and wrapped your fingers around his neck. "But I was wondering if you might be able to help me out."

Ignis then looked at you with curious eyes as he placed his lose hand on your waist. It was clear that he hadn't expected you to say that, but he seemed to be interested nonetheless. Which was a good start. You needed for him to think about something else besides what had happened at the meet.

"And what could you possible need my help with?" He asked as he slightly pulled you closer to him.

"I was wondering if you could help me out with my dives?" You asked as you wrapped both hands around his neck.

"Your dives?" Ignis asked with an even more curious look as he released the board and reached up and moved your hair behind your ear. "Since when do you dive?"

"You're not the only one who learned a few tricks over the last three years." You said with a smile.

"You know how to dive too?" Coach Rick said as he got really excited.

You both looked over at Coach Rick at his sudden intrusion. Then you saw he excitement fade as the two of you gave him a irritated look. Coach Stacy simply smiled and shook her head at Rick's action. He truly was clueless when it came to the two of you. But then again, he had only really known Ignis. He didn't really interact with you as much. Not outside of Ignis' try out for the rec dive team at the citadel that is.

"If anyone is going to get him back on the board, it'll be me." You heard a sassy voice say from behind you.

You turned your head around and saw Trish standing there with her long brown hair hanging over her shoulders as she stood there with one hand on her hip as she tilted to one side. You felt Ignis tighten his grip on you which told you that that wasn't going to happen. You slightly grinned at that acknowledgment. Then you turned back to Ignis and saw the same frustration on his face that you were feeling as well. There was simply too many people trying to push him to do something he wasn't ready for.

"How about we do this back at the citadel, where there are less distractions?" You asked as you looked back up at him as you ran your fingers gently down his neck.

"I would like that a lot." He quietly said as he gave you a relieved look as he seemed to calm down under your touch.

"But what about practice?" Coach Rick asked as he looked at the two of you.

"Don't worry." You said as you gave Coach Rick a quick smile.

"We'll practice." You continued as you looked back at Ignis as you placed one hand on his chin.

"Just not here." You said as you ran your thumb across his cheek as he closed his eyes.

"And not now." You finished as he wrapped his fingers around your hand.

Ignis then lowered your hand with his as he opened back up his eyes as he looked at you with a relaxed gaze. He interlaced his fingers with yours and the two of you turned and walked over to the benches to grab your stuff before heading to the locker rooms. Gladio, nodded his head and grabbed his jacket off of the bench and turned towards the locker room. Noctis just smiled as put his jacket on and followed Gladio. Prompto just gave Noctis a confused look as he followed suit. But just figured that that meant that they would be leaving earlier than usual. Which now made him nervous since that meant that he had to get ready to meet up with your dad.

Since you were going to be getting into the pool at the citadel, neither you nor Ignis showered up just yet. Noctis and Prompto did on the other hand, since they would be at the shooting range once they got to the citadel. Gladio also showered up, but he was going to be simply watching Prompto and Noctis this time. He had no interest in learning how to shoot. For just like his dad, he preferred the power of a great sword oppose to the noise of a gun.

The citadel pool was quiet compared to the high school pool. The room seemed to echo with the sound of the door as the two of you walked in. You made your way over to the diving boards as you both carried your bags in with you this time. You were already dressed for swimming so it didn't make any sense to go into the locker rooms just yet.

"So which dives did you learn while you were Altissia?" Ignis asked after setting down his bag on one of the benches by the pool.

"I just learned a lot of the basic dives. The forward pike, forward tuck, swan dive, you know. The basic dives." You said as you set down your bag then proceeded to take off your warm-up suit.

"Can you show me?" He asked as he stood there watching you as you folded up your jacket and set it on the bench.

"Sure." You said as you bent down as you took off your pants.

Ignis couldn't help by swallow as his hands started to urge to touch you as you stood back up after taking off your pants. He always loved how your swimsuit hugged your body. But it did cause him to have a hard time restraining himself from reaching out and wrapping his arms around you. Whether this was as you stood in front of him or while you were in the water with him during practice.

"I have to warn you though." You started to say as you set your now folded pants on the bench and grabbed your body shammy from your bag. "My start is a bit off. I can't seemed to get the footing right."

"Really?" He asked as he forced his focus back to the task as he gave you a confused look. "Then how do you do your dives?"

"Oh, I usually just bounce on the end for a bit before I dive." You casually said as you walked over to the board.

"So you just ride the board? Then you dive?" He asked with a slight smirk.

"If that's what you call it, then yeah. It's not like I'm competing or anything. So why not?" You said as you climb up onto the board.

He stood there confused as you smiled back at him. Then you tossed your body shammy on the deck and adjusted the fulcrum back so that you could get some air with each bounce. Then you walked out towards the end. Then right before you reached the end, you lifted up one leg and started bouncing on the end of the board.

But unlike when Ignis dove, you didn't go straight into the dive. Instead, you continued to bounce for about five times which had you up in the air about twice your body length. Finally on the sixth bounce, you bend your legs as you swung your arms in a full circle as you threw yourself into the air with both arms above you as you straightened out. As you became airborne, you moved your arms out to your sides as you leaned forward while you arched your body slightly back as you flattened out into a swam dive. Then you slightly bent forward further so that your body would now start to come back down. As your body started to come back down with your head first, you put both hands back in front of you so that you could safely enter the water.

The cool water seemed to envelope you as you entered the water as you did a forward somersault under the water to prevent you body from going to deep. Then you easily swam back up to the surface. Ignis stood there with a smile as he gave you a couple claps. You smiled back at him as you moved to the ladder and climbed back out.

"That wasn't too bad." Ignis commented as he smiled back at you. "But can you do it with less bounces?"

"I can. But then the entry has a huge splash with it." You commented as you started to dry off with you body shammy.

"That can be corrected by your approach and hurdle on the board." He said as he walked up to you. "You do know how to do the approach, right?"

You shook your head as you looked at him. He gave you a grin as he shook his head.

"That explains it then." He said with a smile.

"Can you show me how?" You asked as you gave him a innocent look.

Ignis narrowed his eyes as he gave you a slight smirk.

Is she toying with me? The first thing that all divers learn is the approach that leads into the hurdle and entrance before they are even shown a single dive. He thought as he studied your face. Or perhaps she is legitimately trying to learn the right way.

"I can." He slowly replied as he walked up to you.

You simply smile back at him as you stood up straighter as he walked up and stood beside you.

"We'll start on the deck first, then we'll take it to the board." He said as he tried to concentrate on the dive and not just you as the water made your skin shine as if begging to be touched.

"I'll show you the traditional 5 step hurdle." He said as he stood up straight beside you as he looked straight ahead of himself so that he could concentrate.

"When you first start, you need to be standing tall and straight." He said as he stood straight up like a statue with his chin straight as he looked forward and his arms straight by his side.

You looked at him carefully and stood the exact same way.

"Now with this, I want you to remember that your will always start with your non-dominant leg." He said as he kept his eyes forward. "So when you start into your dive you will lead with that foot and will step forward five steps. Your first step will be really short and will slowly increase in length as you reach the end of the board."

Ignis started out on his left foot as he slowly moved forward four steps as he talked about it. You watched carefully and mimicked his movements.

"Your last step will be the longest and will be what we call the driving leg. For you will be using it to press down on the board as you lean into the step." He said as he leaned forward on his left foot and glanced over at you as you did the same thing that he did.

"As your pressing down on the board, you should have your arms behind you." He said as he had his arms just behind him as he leaned into his step.

You moved your arms back to match his.

"Now as your non-dominant legs presses down on the board and it starts to move down, you will be getting ready to straightened out that leg while you quickly bring your arms straight up over your head as you lift the other knee to a 90 degree angle." He said as he stood straight up again on his left leg, as he brought up his right knee so that it was sticking straight out from his body, and he swung his arms straight up to his head.

You stayed still for the moment as you tried to figure it out.

"So once the board starts to come back up, you will be doing three things." He began as he put his arms and knee back down, as he leaned back into his step.

"One, you will press against the board with your driving leg as you straighten it out." He said as he patted his left leg as he straightened it up a few times to show the motion, before leaning back into again.

You stayed still since he went back to the first position.

"Two, you will quickly swing both of your arms straight up to your ears at the same time as you start to throw your body up into the air." He said as he swung his arms quickly up to his head as he stood up on his left leg again.

You quickly swung your arms straight up to your ears as you straightened up as you watched him.

"And third, you'll bring up your other knee to 90 degree angle as a means of bring more force to the momentum of the upward thrust as you straighten out your other leg as you go into the hurdle." Ignis said as he finished the movement with him standing straight up, with his arms above his head and his knee straight out from himself.

He glanced at you and saw that you were in the same position as you watched him carefully. He smiled to himself as he noticed how into it you were. He loved that part of you. You could always easily concentrate and pick up on any movement that he asked of you. You truly did have the gift to mimic his every move, in every aspect.

"Let's try just that part as one smooth movement." Ignis said as he dropped his knee and arms and leaned back into the last step.

"Everything will quickly move at the same time." He said as he quickly straightened up and swiftly lifted up his knee and arms.

You quickly did the same thing and held the pose with your arms and knee in the air as you stood still.

"Good." He quietly said as he slightly grinned at you precision. "Just be sure to keep your toes pointed whenever they are in the air.

You simply nodded and pointed the toes as requested.

"Do it again." He quietly said as stared at you.

You put everything back down as you returned to the start of the hurdle. Then you swiftly swung everything up as stood back up straight and tall.

"Perfect." Ignis almost whispered as he admired your body in perfect form.

"Next you will drop you knee down as you point your toes so that both feet matchup as you are in flying straight up from the board." He said as he watched.

You kept your head straight as you dropped your knee and stood on your tiptoes as you waited to hear what was next.

"The last part is just as quick as that, but requires a lot more force since this will in a sense, throw you into the dive." He said as he stood back up to match you.

"As you come back down on the board, you are going to bend your knees while circling your arms back behind you once again.." He said as he swung his arms back and bend both legs so that he looked like ski jumper who's flying down a ramp.

You did the same motion as you kept your eyes on him.

"The last part is similar to the last bounce. For you will swing up both arms around in front before returning them to you ears. All while you straighten back out both legs as you push off from the board with a forceful jump towards the water." He said as he at slowly swung his arms around and stood back up straight.

"With this bounce though, you will put a lot more force behind it since this will launch you into you dive." He said, then he got back into the skier's position.

Then he quickly swung his arms around in a powerful upward swing as he pushed off hard from the deck. The movement launched himself into the air. He kept his whole body straight with his arms above his head and his toes pointed down while he was in the air and as he came back down on the deck. You couldn't help but marvel at how high he could jump from such a simple move. It explain how the board could throw him so high in the air.

"Give it a try." He said as he dropped his arms and turned back to you as you stood there in awe.

"Right." You said as you broke your gaze with him as you tried to refocus again.

You repositioned yourself again so that you were back in the skier's position. Then you quickly swung your arms around and up as you pushed off from the deck as you leaped into the air. You didn't jump anywhere near as high as he did. But you did get a better idea of it now.

You had learned how to do this in Altissia. It wasn't quite as strict at this, but then again you had to find a way to get him to do the dives and not concentrate on the accident from the meet. And drills like these always seemed to break him out of his nervousness. You just hoped that it would be enough so that he would be able to show you on the board next.

"Good. Try it again." He said with a smile.

You gave him a nervous smile. Then you did the full motion once again as was even able to get more air that time. You looked over at Ignis as he was smiling while nodding his head. So far the drills were working with distracting him. But would it be enough, you could only hope.

"Ok. Now we'll run through the whole thing one bounce at a time until you are comfortable with it. Then I'll have you run through the whole thing." He said as he gave you slight grin.

You could tell by his smile that he was still a bit nervous about what would follow. Your heart slightly fell as you realized that it wasn't enough yet. You were going to have to get more aggressive with the submersion with him. Which meant that you were going to have to mess up on purpose, but not to the point that you were going to hurt him or yourself.

"Okay. So show me your stance." He said as he stood back and watched.

"Alright." You said.

Then you stood with your shoulders back, just a bit to far so that your chest was pushed forward. You also had your feet apart as you stood there with your head down. As you stood there, you started to feel a bit nervous. You wanted to make it look off, but at the same time you didn't want it to look like you hadn't been paying attention either. You were afraid that he might be offended if it was too bad.

But right as you went to straighten out a bit, he walked up behind you and ran his hands over you as he straightened you up himself. You felt your skin tingle under his touch as he placed both hands on your thighs as he slightly pressed them together, which made you move your legs together. Then he slid his hands up your arms as he started to straighten out your shoulders so that your back was straight and your chest wasn't to far forward anymore. Then your heart rate started to increase as you felt his lips run across your neck from behind you.

"Eyes forward my love." He in a whisper.

"You should only be looking at the end of the board. And nothing else." He said then gave you a gentle kiss on your neck.

Your breath caught and you closed your eyes as you felt your body starting to fall under his spell as his hands ran down your arms as his lips caressed your neck. "How can I when I'm distracted by you?"

"Am I sensing a bit of reverse deja vu going on here?" He asked as his arms wrapped around your waist.

"Huh?" You said back as you tried to open your eyes again as you body seemed to be heating up under his touch.

"The last time we were in here like this, was right before I tried out for the rec team's dive team." He said with a heated breath before he kissed the back of your neck again.

"There's one major difference though." You said as you turned around in his arms so that you could look at him.

"Oh. And what's that?" He asked as he pulled you tightly against him once you were facing him.

"You were having stage fright issues then." You said as you wrapped your arms around him neck. "Even though you had an audience the whole time."

"Hmmmm." He said as he gave you a heated look back. "I think someone's memory is a bit fuzzy."

"The only one with a fuzzy memory around here is you." You said as you started running your fingers through his hair. "Or are you purposely forgetting that Gina was always watching you when you dove."

"Your the only one I care about watching me. I wasn't lying that day when I said that I wanted you to distract me and support me." He said as he looked longingly at your lips as his eyes started to darken. "I dive my best when your around."

"What about what happened at the meet then?" You asked as you were a bit confused now. "The coach said that you failed on your dive because of me."

You watched ignis eyes soften and look slightly hurt as he stared at you with his gorgeously dark emerald eyes.

"I didn't want to tell the truth to the coaches. I didn't want to hurt that professional relationship. But the truth is, they were the reason that I was distracted. Everything that they said before I started, kept running through my head. I couldn't concentrate." He finished as he dropped his gaze.

"Why didn't you just tell me?" You said as you ran your hand over the side of his face before you ran your fingers around his ear.

"I never got the chance until right now." He quietly said before he glanced back up at you before he dropped his gaze again.

"I was a nervous wreck as I was getting on the board for the last dive. They had me questioning my very calling, compared to diving. I didn't know what to do anymore." He said as he started rubbing your back with his fingers.

"That was until I looked at you." He said as he looked back up at you as he raised one hand up and ran his fingers across your cheek. "I knew then that no matter what I chose to do, I would always have your support. And that was all I needed to know. Everything else would fall into place. For I knew that the two of us would serve Noctis together and that's all that matters."

"Always and forever." You said in a heated whisper.

Then you leaned in and gently placed your lips on his. You both deeply exhaled as if you were both relieved by the touch. Then you pulled each other tighter together as you deepened the kiss. You then slightly parted your lips as felt his urgency for more starting to course through his fingers as they started messaging the smalls of your back.

"Uhhhgg." You both heard coming from the hot tub. "Again? I swear you two are so predictable."

You pulled away and you both looked over and saw Gina sitting on the bench by the hot tub. But this time she was practically sitting on the smooth talking valet's lap. She shook her head and stood up. Then she straightened out her clothes and grabbed his hand as he frantically zipped his pants and pulled his shirt back down.

"Come on Jeff, there's only enough room in here for one couple." Gina said as she pulled the valet up from the bench and towards the door.

Jeff looked at you two with a pleading look as if he was scared that you might say something about what they were doing. You both smiled back at him and shook your heads. Then once they had left the room, you both looked at each other and slightly laughed.

"I guess some things never change." You said as you ran your hand through Ignis hair as you let the heat start to take over again.

"I'm glad some things never have." He said as his eyes went pitch black.

Then he leaned back into you and gave you a heated kiss again as he slipped his tongue into your mouth. You tighten your arms around his neck as you pulled him closer to you as you both explored each other mouth. Then after a few heated sensual kisses, you slowly backed away from him.

"Oh course we still don't want to be caught ourselves by my dad or your uncle." You said as you loosen up your arms.

"No I suppose not. And we really should get back to your diving lessons." He said then gave you one last quick kiss.

"Well, I'm ready when you are." You teased back before giving him a quick kiss before you removed your arms from his neck.

He then nodded and dropped his hands as well. "Let's run through the ground work again then."

"Yeah." You smiled back, then you stood beside him again in the perfect stance as you waited for him.

He smiled back at you with a knowing smirk.

******Author Note******

Okay, there are two things that need to be addressed right off the bat. I apologize if the last couple of chapters have been a bit confusing when it comes to Paul and Tracy. They have proven to be a very complicated couple to write about. From their past history to the present time for them, nothing is simple for them. Kind of like a couple relationships that I have had in my past. (Which is why I had to start another book so that I could get at least one of them out of my head.) But no one ever said that love was simple. Which is why their lemons are even more complicated.

Second, I wanted to celebrate hitting 11k reads with all of you. For you are the reason for that amazing number. You truly have helped to drive this book to what it is. Which is why I'll be sad to see it come to an end. But as we all know, all good things must come to an end at some point. (Don't worry, I still have a few more chapter for this one. 😁)

Well, now that Ignis has seen that nothing is going to stop you from helping him. He can truly start to overcome his fear of being hurt as he once again steps onto the diving boards that he has loved so much for a very long time.

I hope to see you next time, when we'll see how Prompto is handling Paul's extensive weapons training. Does he truly have the stamina and right mindset to do what Paul is asking from him? We're about to find out.

Thanks for reading. :)
