He came back home late, Naina was waiting for him.

"Rajveer kab se tumhara wait kar rahi hu.. Itni der kaha laga di thi.. " She questions him,  he was rubbing his temple sitting on couch, "acha chalo khana kha lete hai" He didn't replied. "Kya hua... Chalo na" She again asked still he didn't moved "rajveeerrrr.... Utho na"

When he didn't budged she held his hand he got irritated and screamed at her "kya.. Rajveer Rajveer Laga rakha hai.. Nahi khana mujhe or tumhare sath to bilkul bhi nhi" She looks baffled with his sudden change in behalf.

"Ek baat puchu... " he stares at her "are you PMSing? " He got startled and stared her angrily "nahi mera matlab achanak se kya ho gaya tumko... Sham tak to thik the".

"Zara si izzat se baat kya kar li sar pe hi chadti ja rahi ho..... Apni aukaat mat bhulo.. " He tries to hurt her.

"Aukaat" She smiles "mujhe to meri aukaat yaad hai lekin shayad aj sham tum bhul gaye the ki meri kya aukat hai" She indicates towards the kiss they shared in his cabin.

"Ha bhul gaya tha.. Lekin samay rehte yaad agaya... Or ab tum bhi yaad rakhna... Hamare beech ek diwar hai or wo diwar hamesha hi hamare bich bani rahe to hi acha hai... " Saying this he left.

"Me janti thi, Anurag ke wapas ane se ye to hoga hi... Lekin itna asar.. Ye nahi  malum tha" She said sadly.

Sonipat, Hotel Eden Greens

Rajveer and Naina were in Sonipat for their new project of five star Resort, They were talking when it was necessary only, though it was always Naina who tries to intiates first but whenever she tries to talk out of professionalism he always ignored her.

They were going back to their hotel from the site when their car broke down in middle of road..

"Sir Gaadi Ka engine zyada garam ho gaya hai thoda wait karna padega.. Jab tak ap waha samne dhabbe pe jake kuch kha lijiye.. " Said Driver.

He nodded and left for Dhabba without waiting for her.. They sat down on cot, the wife of the owner comes there and asks for their order for food, and later she compliments them.

"Waise ap dono ki jodi bahot sundar hai.. Nayi nayi shadi hui hai kya" She assumed Naina to be his wife as today she was wearing a dark pink chudidaar with lots of bangles.

Rajveer was about to deny but naina cuts him "thnkyou ji, waise abhi shadi hui nahi hai hone wali hai.. Ye mere hone wale wo hai" She said blushing.

"Are wahh ye to badi hi achi baat hi.. To shadi se pehle sath waqt bitaya ja raha hai" She asked and naina nodds blushing while Rajveer ignored them.

Nain saw some crowed gathered in front of dhabba but could not see properly " Wo waha kya ho raha hai" Naina asks her.

"Wo... Wo to jee pyaar ki pariksha di ja rahi hai" She stated.

"Pariksha..?" She was confused, this brought rajveer's attention also.

"Hanji, wo kya hai na ki aj kal ke jodo ko ek dusre ke pyaar pe yakeen to hai nahi isiliye wo jode ek dusre ki agar chahe to pariksha le sakte hai.. Jalte huye angaro pe chalkar".

"Or angaro pe chalne se unka pyaar sabit ho jayega.. Kya gaurantee hai ki wo sach me unse pyaar karte hai...ya fir sirf ek zid hai" He said looking at Naina.

"Hmm... Ye bhi hai" The lady went away.

"Pyaar to ek dusre par bharosa karne se sabit hota hai, na ki dusro ki baton me akar... Agni pariksha to sita maa ne bhi di thi.. Lekin akhir me hua kya..". She said directly looking into his eyes.

"Itna hi bharosa hai or itna hi pyaar hai to khud kyu nahi de deti ho ye pariksha" He provokes her.

"Mere pariksha dene se... Kar loge bharosa? " He didn't replied, They kept on looking at eacthother.

"Sir gaadi thik ho gayi hai, apka ho gaya ho to chale? " There reverie broke, he avertes his eyes from her, he got up.

"Ha, tum gaadi start karo, mein payment kar ke ata hu" He left to made payment and returns back in to the car.

"Sir, madam to abhi tak nahi ayi hai"

"Nahi ayi.... Ab ye kaha chali gayi" He tries to call her but her phone was in the car itlsef,  he went near the dhabba again but she wasn't there. He got tensed "ab ye ladki kaha gayab ho gayi... Kaha dhundu isey" He ran his fingers in hairs. Then somethin stuck him.

He ran in that direction where he suspected her to be, and there she was,  walking on the burning coals. He was shocked and numb watching her walk on them. He never thought that she will actually walk on them. Words were not coming out of his mouth. He wanted to call her back ask her not to do it but he wasn't able to do so.

Her face was devoid of any pain or discomfort, rather her face was shining with confidence.. That was enough to wake him up,  before she could proceed more he ran to her and picked her up in his arms. Both gazing deep into their eyes.. Conveying their unsaid emotions.

Keeping her legs on table, he was applying ointment on her feets, her epidermis were having mild burns but still it was paining like hell, it was burning.. She hissed in pain, he stopped and gave her a angry look.

"Itna pagal pan lati kaha se ho, mana ki meine tumhe gusse me angaro pe chalne ko kaha lekin khud ki bhi koi akal hai ki nahi... Meri itni hi baat maan ni hai to chali kyu nahi jati ho meri zindagi se"

"Aise kaise chali jaun... Ab bhi 6 din baki hai.. Mein nahi jane wali"

He got serious "dekho naina... Ye sab jo tum kar rahi ho uska fayda nahi hone wala or na hi tumhe kuch haasil hone wala so it's better if you stop trying," Saying this he stood up to leave for his room.

"Kya tum mujhse pyaar karte ho" Hearing his words he halts in between. "Agar ye galatfehmi ki patti tumhari akhon par na bandhi hoti to kya tabh bhi... "

"Mein sirf apne aap se pyaar karta hu.... Or rahi baat galatfahmi ki to mujhe apne bhai pe pura bharosa hai... Wo kabhi mujhse jhut nahi bolega... Galat tum ho or usko accept karo" He said sternly.

She too got up. With difficulty "mein galat nahi hu Rajveer, galat Anurag ne kia hai.. Tumhare bharose ka galat fayda utha ke.. Tumhe mohra banaya hai usne"

He got enragged "don't you dare Naina, mere bhai ke bare me.... Not even a word. Uske jazbaton ke sath tumne khilwaad kia hai.. Usne to sirf tumse pyaar kia tha"

She too got hyper "pyaar!!  Wo pyaar nahi uski zid thi.. Or jab wo zid puri na ho saki to usne mujhse badla lene ke liye tumhe mere bare me jhoot bola"..

"Me janta hu apne bhai ko wo jhuta nahi hai... Jhooti tum ho Naina Singh Ahluwalia, dusro. Ke emotions ke sath sirf khelna janti ho, apna dill behlati ho.. Or jab mann bhar jaye to unhe apni zindagi se bahar nikal fenkti ho... " He said in disgust.

"Bakwas band karo apni... Bina soche samjhe kuch bhi bole ja rahe ho... Tum soch bhi kaise sakte ho mere bare me aisa kisi ne keh dia or tumne mann lia...  Tumhara bhai koi dudh ka dhula nahi hai, uss se shuruwat se pata tha ki mere dil me uske liye koi aise jazzbat nahi... Meine usey kaha tha ki mein usey sirf dost ki nazar se dekhti hu". He didn't paid any heed to her.

She was almost screaming "Galat mein nahi uski niyat hai.. Jab wo mujhe paa na saka to usne itni ghatiya harkat ka sahara liya.. Ghin ati hai ki kabhi use meine apna dost mana tha.... Wo ek ghati... " Before she could say more his action shocked her..... He slapped her.

He was stunned of his own action, and left her room without saying anything.

He was drinking sitting in bar, it was his third drink.... Alcohol was not able to curb the guilt building inside him, he wasn't able to believe.. How can he raise his hand on a women, what has he done.. This unacceptable, what has gotten into him.. How can he behave like this... Angry on himself, wasn't able to face her.. Not able to bear that shock and the look of unbelieve on her face.

A staff of hotel came to him, he told him that dinner is served.. He denied  to have it... And asked if Naina had hers, he replied that she isn't opening the door of her room.. Gathering enough courage he went to her room tried opining the door but failed... He asked room service to prove spare keys when he went inside... He didn't found her, he even tried reaching her through call but it was unavailable.

He searched everywhere in hotel but did not found her anywhere, he sent hotel staff to find her but everything was futile and in top of that it was raining cats and dog outside...where she would be? It was all because of him that she left.
