Q: In Warriors, plenty of cats are described as golden-brown. Are they the same thing as ginger cats?

A: Actually, no! Golden brown cats are their own seperate thing, but aren't a fur color either. It works the same way as silver cats do, where the pigment is suppressed in certain areas of the body, except the fur turns golden instead of silver. I would have made a page on them, but I'm still pretty unsure on the genetics of golden cats myself, and I don't want to spread misinformation. Some people have tried to teach me about them, but honestly I still didn't understand. So until I can properly understand how golden cats work, I won't explain them.
