After a year since 2B and Y/N arrived in Moonbase Luna, waking up every day to enjoy the luxuries that are accessible for him, eating food that is specially made for him by 2B who personally cooks and some androids that are tasked to get food back on earth to ensure a steady supply of it. These events always repeat, as Y/N soon understands the base's section. However, 2B always wants to give him a different style of clothing, a different hairstyle. 

Y/N always looks himself in the mirror, seeing how he changes through each passing day. He was happy at first, but this time, he feels empty. After all, he was a human, the last remaining reminder of humanity. 

This time, he did his usual morning routine and left his room, it had been weeks since he saw 2B after she was tasked to eliminate a group of targets on the Earth's surface. He greets the other androids in the corridors, some are exact copies of 2B, the only difference is their number on their tags.

Y/N: 'Now that I think about it, the 2B I knew has no number... nor a tag... weird...' he thinks, looking at the emotionless 2Bs walking by

He enters the specially made room, a small dining room with a kitchen beside it, perfect for 1 human in this base. He starts to cook his food because 2B is still away, he ate alone and then washes the dishes. After drying his hands on a towel near the sink, he turns to be greeted by A2.

A2: "We need to talk, Y/N" she says, her cold tone could compare to the cold touch of death

Y/N: "What is it.... What's your name again?" he asks

A2: "A2"

Y/N: "Right, A2. What do you need to talk about?"

A2: "It's 2B, her signature went off from the map" she says, standing straight, waiting for the man's reaction

Y/N: "WHAT?! Since when?!"

A2: "2 weeks, 3 days, and 21 hours" she answers

Y/N: "That long?! Shit! I need to do-" he says, but A2 stops him by raising her hand

A2: "No need, 9s has already been sent to Earth to find 2B. I only informed you today to let you know that a new cook will be assigned for you" A2 says, and before the man could even talk, she left the room, closing the door behind her

Y/N: "3 weeks... I don't trust 9s capability for that mission... I need to do something... Right, the armory! I might find my weapons there." he says

He ran up to the door and pressed a button, the door slid up to reveal A2 standing on the other side...

Y/N: "Whoa- Fuck... What're you doing there? I thought you left for the brid-"

A2: "You're not allowed to leave this base, Y/N" she says, grabbing both of his arms

Y/N: "Argh! Says who!"

A2: "We are tasked to protect Humanity, and you're what's left of it. We cannot allow you to take away our... purpose"

Y/N: "We?"

A2 pulls him out of the room, Y/N tries to resist, only to meet more androids in the corridor, blocking any way of escape...

Y/N: "What are you going to do to me?" he asks, gritting his teeth, still trying to get A2's hands off his arms

A2: "Y/N L/N, you are to be grounded to your sleeping quarters" she says, as androids move in to carry him away from A2 and towards his sleeping quarter

Y/N: "Hell no! Let go of me! That's an order!" he shouts

2b (2B is the original, and 2b is the clones): "We don't follow orders from you, human" she says

After some more turns, they reach his room and push him in before the door slid close.

Y/N: "Let me out!!! You freaks!!! You know what, the screws on your head must be loose!!! I have PhD on... Fuck... what was that again... En.. Engineering!" he shouts, slamming his fists on the door

Timeskip

The door slid open, as 9s walks in the room, lights out...

9S: "Mr. Y/N? Ar-"

He ducked as a lamp flew over his head and hit the wall behind him, and Y/N jumps out from his hiding spot and dashes for the door, but 9s is faster, he grab Y/N leg and threw him to the bed

9S: "Mr. Y/N, please listen, I know that you need to go out and find 2B, but we can't just let you out to the dangers of Earth" he says

Y/N: "Oh really?! I lived with death right on my side, my world was already at war before you androids were even built! You were all just a blueprint back then! Nothing more but blueprints! So stop with your nonsense, give me a weapon, and let me leave... NOW!" he says, his voice growls in anger

9S: "I'm willing to make my stand here, Mr. Y/N. I will let you leave, if you can even get-" he says and unsheathes a sword from his back, but while talking, Y/N took a risk and threw a big pillow at 9S

9S quickly sliced the pillow into two, but the feathers inside it scatter around him, blocking his sight, as Y/N took the chance and dashed out the room, and slammed the button, breaking it as the door slid closed

Y/N: "As long as 9S is trapped in that room, he can't notify the other androids" he says

He made his way to the armory, sneaking past other androids. He looks at the vast weaponry the base has, but only 2 weapons catch his attention, a heavy pistol and a sword.

Y/N: "This heavy pistol is a perfect replacement for my old one... But this sword, however... it's not even sharp" he says, giving a few test swings

He quickly loses interest and was about to place it back, but once he somehow presses a button, the katana glows red, and gives off a hot temperature, by surprise, he let go of the katana as it hit the ground. He get his composure, he grabs the sword again and pressed the same button. He looks at a metal cabinet and swings the sword, and just as he expects, it can kill- I mean, it sliced through like a sharp knife to a paper.

The Moonbase Luna's alarms went off, as Androids were alerted to quickly head to the shuttle pods, as the human, gets in and left the moonbase, with supplies, weapons, and armor that might help him during his search for 2B...

Y/N: "Damn, this suits me like my old armor, balance for defense and flexibility... perfect" he says to himself, as the shuttle is now entering Earth's hemisphere

9S: "I'm sorry, I let him get away" he says, as A2 stands over him

A2: "What you did is better than getting the human injured... Now, we need to send a small group after Y/N, and you are included in that group" she says

9S: "I understand... I'll bring him back"

He left the command room to meet the small group of androids that will soon go after the human, A2 looks at the wide window to see Earth, with Y/N's shuttle entering the Earth's hemisphere...

Timeskip

A wasteland, ruins of a once-powerful civilization, at the streets, a shuttle lay dormant, until the door blasts open, Y/N walks out and checks his surroundings... 

Y/N: "Hell of a bumpy ride, I might have a broken spine if I didn't wear this armor... Lucky me" he says, as he walks down the streets, his first task is to get away from the site, as far as possible, not wanting to be found by the androids that early...

Beneath the ruins, through the catacombs that once called subway tunnels, not too far from the shuttle's crash site.

POD: "There's a new signature appeared from the south" it says floating beside 2B

2B: "Have they finally found us?" she asks

POD: "No. A different signature, but a familiar one. It's-"

2B: "Y/N" she whispers, realizing who the signature might be coming from

POD: "Affirmative, the signature is indeed from Y/N L/N" it comments

2B: "He came back... He came back to me..." she whispers

She quickly turns around and started sprinting, finding the nearest exit of the tunnels.

Timeskip

As 2B sprints out of the tunnel and now heading to the ruined city, Y/N was now being chased by the androids, as he tries to duke them but failed. After all, how can a person outrun or escape a group of androids that has assistance from Moonbase Luna with a (Fucking) precise radar. However, this also gives him another group that is tasked to eradicate humanity, the bots (I forgot the names. Let's just call them bots), he grabs his pistol, and fires at every bot blocking his path. The Androids however are now breaking off into 5 groups, 3 members each. 9S and the other 2b clones kept chasing the human, while the other groups are to go to different paths and try to flank the human.

Y/N: "How fucking convenient! Your radars and scanners are insane! I call it hacks!" he shouts, standing in the middle of an intersection, with 4 groups blocking his paths.

9S: "Mr. L/N, you will be taken under our custody, but, you stealing the armor and weapons from the armory will force us to apprehend you-"

Y/N: "And I will gladly retaliate you bitches with this wonderful pistol! I bet none of you can get close with my sharpshooter skills" he says, as he walks mockingly in the middle of the intersection

The 2b clones are standing still, not knowing how to proceed in this situation. 9S pulls his sword from his back, as Y/N stands his ground. The wind picks up a huge dust cloud moving down the road behind 9S, also accompanied by a shrieking noise caused by the wind, and this gives a disadvantage for Y/N. As dust clouds cover 9S' position and still move closer to Y/N's, he grabs the handle of his katana with his other hand. As the shrieking sound of the wind lessens, and the dust cloud halts...

Y/N: "Oh no... I can't see the damn thing-" he says, and sidestepped to the right, as 9S's huge katana sliced down to Y/N's last position.

Oh, if I may add, the shock on 9S's artificial face was enough to know of how a half-human manages to easily, I repeat, EASILY sidestep an Android's attack. Well, that's because of Y/N's armor boosting his limit and the helmet that has a module to see through debris but limited by range, but enough to give Y/N the edge.

Y/N: "Kidding~~~" he said in a sweet-like-tone of voice, as his pistol aimed at 9S head, between the eyes. "Cheesy it may be, sayonara, kid" he says

But out of nowhere, the ground shook, which gives way and creates a huge hole, engulfing Y/N, 9S, and the Androids. This event was all captured and monitored back in Moonbase Luna, which soon contacts the 5th group of androids on the surface to investigate, as the signatures of Y/N, 9S, and the others went off the radar.

POD: "Report. Y/N's and other Androids' signatures went off." It said

2B: "What happened?!" she asks, moving closer to the last know signatures

POD: "Unknown- Alert! 3 signatures appear near the last known of Y/N's location" it reports

2B: "They did this! No- I need to make sure first" she says and continues on

10 minutes later, 2B arrives to see a weak version of herself are around the huge hole that leads to nowhere unless 2B gets to have a closer look...

2b #1: "The scan is complete for the 5th time, no signatures... The human might be dead" she says, as the other 2b clones are surveying the area

2B: "Y/N... Dead? No, that can't be true..." she whispers, her artificial emotion control is destabilizing, her eyes went blood-like-red.

She dashes forward to the closest clone and decapitated it quickly, gaining the others' attention. Her iris glitches, eyeing down her enemies.

Meanwhile

Enavloped and surrounded in darkness, he activates the suit's flashlight as darkness moves away from the said light...

Y/N: "Fuck, I think my leg is broken" he said

While examining his now broken leg, he hissed at the touch. Then, two arms snakes from behind and restrained him, his light helps him to identify that a android 2b has found him.

2b: "Human secured" she says, gripping her hold onto his arms.

9S: "Contact to Moonbase Luna, we secured the human. Requesting for immediate evac shuttle" he radioed, but receives no answer. "We need to head up, our signal from Luna can't reach us down here"

Y/N: "Fuck! At least help me with my leg!"

9S: "No"

2b: "I'll help"
