Shaka pov
I was working in the kitchen of the café/restaurant when Mu and our adopted daughter, Shun, came in. I had my long blond hair up in a high ponytail and my blue eyes showed concentration. Being two females raising a daughter and two sons wasn't easy. Mu had her violet hair down.
" Mama. Can I help?" I smiled and spoke.
" Sure. Come here." Shun came over and I put a apron on her. I tied up her long green hair.

At only five Shun wanted to be like me and bake and cook. Her big brother Ikki, who was seven, liked to work also but wanted to be a businessman like Mu. Little Kiki, who was only two, was basically attached to Mu.

After I got her hair fixed, I let Shun decorate a small cake while I worked on some other things. Mu came over and quietly watched our daughter work. It wasn't long before I felt two arms snake around my waist and a head lay down on my shoudler. I chuckled and continued to work.

Mu could be very affectionate but normally wouldn't go very far in public. I however could be affectionate in public.

" So what are we going to do for dinner tonight?" Mu asked.
" I don't know. Is there anything in particular you want?"
" Not really. I'm fine with whatever." Shun spoke up.
" Pasta." Mu looked shocked while I laughed.
" Pasta it is then." Just then Aphrodite and Deathmask came in.
" Well you all look like you're having fun." Aphrodite said and climbed up onto the counter. I rolled my eyes.
" Off."
" Ah. Come on Shaka."
" Off. Now."
" Fine." She rolled her eyes and gave a dramatic sigh as she got down. 

Aphrodite and Deathmask were friends of mine and Mu. They were also our business partners. We had known them since we were little. Aphrodite had her blue hair tied up in a bun. Deathmask had her short purple hair down.

" You're no fun." Aphrodite leaned on the counter and pouted. I gave her an unamssued look.
" That may work on others but it won't work on me Aphrodite. It never has and it never will."
" Ugh. I do not understand how you deal with her Mu."
" She's different with me and with our kids. Probably because we don't annoy her." Shun came up.
"Mama. I finished." I looked over and smiled.
" Good job honey." Shun grinned and hugged me. I chuckled and hugged her back.

Late that day I was in the kitchen at home getting dinner ready. Mu came in and slipped her arms around my waist. She began kissing my neck.
" Mu. I'm cooking."
" I know. But it's done." I chuckled and turned the stove off. True it was done. I turned around and put my arms around her waist and drew her close.
" Someone sure is needy today." I said with a smile. Mu rolled her eyes.
" Shut up." I kissed her deeply and then kissed her neck. She hummed with pleasure. I chuckled and pulled away teasing her. Mu gave me a look and I laughed. I drew her close and began playing with her.
" Shaka. Not here."
" Oh really? Cause a second ago I could have sworn this is what you wanted."
" Not funny." I drew my hands back and went to wash them. I pulled Mu close and spoke.
" How about we have some alone time tonight? After the kids go to bed."
" It's a deal."

After dinner we got the kids ready and let them watch TV in their room.

I got changed into a pair of pajama shorts and a black tank top. I let my hair down. Mu came in shortly after and layed on her back on the bed. I chuckled and stroked her hair.
" Tired?"
"Just a little." I hovered over her.
" Well I think I have a way to help." She smirked.
" Oh really?" I laughed and bent down. I kissed her deeply and let my hands roam. It wasn't long before she was moaning.
" Shaka. Hurry." I chuckled and moved slowly across her body.
" Are you sure you don't want me to take my time?"
" That's......that's just cruel." I chuckled and took her clothes off. She soon returned the favor with my clothes. We kissed and played with each other. I kissed my way down her body until I was in between her legs. I began pleasing her.
" Shaka." Mu moaned. I smiled and continued.

After we had fun we layed in bed. Mu was combing my hair with her fingers.
" Shaka."
"Hmmm?"
" Do you remember when we first met?" I chuckled and sat up.
" You mean in preschool?"
" Yeah."
" What about it?"
" I think I developed a crush on you way back then. Before I even knew what that meant." I smiled and leaned over. I gave her a kiss.
" You aren't the only one."
" Why did you wait?"
" Why does anyone wait to tell their crush the truth?" Mu looked shocked.
" You were scared of rejection?" I smiled wryly.
" Not just that. I was also worried that our friendship would fall apart. But I'm glad we told each other the truth. Otherwise I couldn't do this." I kissed Mu deeply. After we pulled away I got up.
" Let's get dressed and get some sleep." Mu nodded. After we got dressed we layed in bed. I pulled Mu close to me. I buried my face in her long lavender hair.
