Blackjack spiraled lazily towards the ground.

"We'll see. Besides you already had one."

He didn't respond. Beat him.

A crowd of campers swarmed, leaving an opening for Blackjack to land.

And so he did.

I hopped off and patted his neck. "Thanks."

Luke dismounted and stood beside me.

"Who are you?" Dakota demanded.

I rolled my eyes. "I'm a member of the Chaotic Elite."

"I thought all of the members came." Annabeth spoke.

Again I rolled my eyes. "I am the reserve commander. I was handling something on our base planet when Chaos called back Omega."

Luke decided to add something. "Normally her and Omega are kept separate. The last time they were together the palace was half destroyed."

Annabeth blinked. I laughed remembering that incident.

I had been practicing my creation powers and Luke surprised me.

"What's your name?" Thalia asked, hope in her eyes.

I smirked. "I am Chaotic Tide. I need to speak to, oh what's his name?"

"Chiron?" Thalia offered. I nodded.

"Yes. Chiron. Can you take me to him?"

As I suspected she would Thalia nodded her head.

She lead the way towards the Big House, with Nico beside her.

I skimmed her thoughts. Hey! Don't look at me like that. I need to know what she's thinking.

This is Percy. Right? She doesn't act like Kelp Head. Too mature. I guess it has been five years.

Still. Perce wouldn't be acting like this...would she? With me and Nico and Grover at least.

Unless we did something to make her not trust us. That would explain not telling us when she left. I miss her.

I stopped and turned my head.

Luke was beside me. Why?

Oh wait. He doesn't want me left alone.

"Alpha go talk to Fletch." I ordered.

Thalia stopped and turned to watch this play out.

Luke shook his head. "I'm not leaving you alone."

Sighing I tried to push him. Generally that works to get him to listen.

But this time he grabbed ahold of my arms and pulled me towards him.

"I am doing this for your own wellbeing. Got it? I'll get permission from Chaos if I need to." He said in a hushed tone.

I knew I was beat. I nodded.

Letting go of my arms he stepped back.

I turned back to Thalia and Nico.

"Uh. Let's go." I said awkwardly. They're staring. Why are they staring?

Thalia shook her head. "Yeah. This way."

We continued towards the Big House.

We were almost there when Chiron trotted over.

"Hello. Judging by your outfit you are a member of the Elite."

I nodded. "Chaotic Tide, reserve commander. Omega had to deal with something involving mutated rabbits." Don't even ask. I actually had to before.

"Wait. Your commander has to deal with mutated rabbits?" Nico snorted.

I smirked. "Well when they eat flesh and explode I'm pretty sure that's a good reason to have her do it."

They blinked.

Laughing I opened a mind link with Luke.

Are you-

No.

Okay. You know they won't be mad at you right?

I know. It's just that- that I feel bad.

Trust me Luke I know. Oh can you ask about Grover?

"Where is the satyr Gregor?" He messed up the name on purpose.

"You mean Grover? He's-" Nico was interrupted as Grover ran over.

"I swear I sensed her. I swear." He was ecstatic.

"What are you talking about Grover?!" Thalia slapped him.

Shaking his head Grover replied. "I needed that. But I swear I sensed Percy for a moment."

Uh oh. I want this to be a semi-secret.

"I need to speak to you." I said and started walking towards the woods.

I heard them following me.

Luke! Just do it. You lost the bet fair and square.

Guys can you talk about this later? I interjected right as we reached Zeus' Fist.

"What did you want to say?" Chiron asked.

I smiled. "Wow. Don't recognize me? I'm surprised Chiron. Although it has been five years."

His eyes widened and he put a hand on his bow. "Prove it."

G-Man. I sent through the empathy link.

Grover tackled me. "It is you!" He cried into my shoulder.

I pushed him off and took off my mask. "Hey guys."

Thalia punched me but she hugged me afterwards.

Nico. Well. He just hugged me and cried.

And Chiron?

"Percy my girl. It really is you." He wrapped his arms around me in a fatherly hug.

"I've missed you guys." I mumbled.

I felt something fall onto my head. Whatever it was it was wet.

Then I realized.

Chiron's crying.

I returned the hug.

"After I read your note I thought we would never see you again." Chiron pulled away.

I shook my head, a gentle smile falling onto my features. "I thought I was leaving forever. Never did I think my uncles would give me the option of being in the Army."

"I thought Omega picked out the Elite?" Thalia asked.

"She does." Luke answered sitting on a boulder.

"Omega picked me out and Chaos informed Zeus and Hades. The two of them offered me the job. I figured I had a better chance of surviving."

Nico nodded. "Less chance of us finding you. Less chance of monsters attacking you while you live your life."

I remembered what Hestia told me.

"Thanks Nico."

"For what?"

"Telling everyone I was staying in your cabin."

Nico was surprised. "How did you know?"

I smirked. "I have my sources."

Grover laughed. "Two days after you left everyone realized it couldn't have been you. Cause stuff was still showing up in your cabin."

"And when they went to look in Nico's cabin he told everyone no one had seen you for two days." Thalia added. "Unfortunately the new campers don't tend to believe us when we tell them you're a hero."

That I can understand.

"Are you going to play tonight?" Chiron asked.

I looked at Alpha. "You decide."

He hesitated. I don't know.

I sighed. "I guess so. But what will the teams be?" I looked to Chiron.

"Hunters against Campers. You could go with the Hunters seeing as you have at least two former members."

"Can I be with the Hunters? I really hate Dakota." Nico asked.

I smiled. "How about me and the girls with the Hunters and the guys with the campers?"

Chiron nodded.

"Sorry Nico." I added.

Thalia smiled. "Let's kick that twerp into next year!"
