A starry but a dark night,
studded with dim, blinking lights.
Nothing in my hand but a pen and a book,
yet my face shone with a content look.

It's a sense of serenity, that I have found,
it's so natural, as much as the earth is round.
With me, it's not the future, or the past,
just me, and my present thoughts that last.

How fortunate it is, to sit beneath the sky,
even in the ground, it feels like I can fly.
I pen my thoughts doen, softly and merrily,
for I have found a happiness, even if it lasts momentarily...
