It's Saturday and I finally moved all my things into my new apartment. Rose was helping me settled in and I can't be more grateful for her help. This was all possible because of her.
Rose and I decided to go the grocery to buy food to have in the fridge. As I was in the noodle section making sure I have enough ramen, Rose asked me a question that has been on my mind.
"Have you mean Kookie yet?"
I thought it was weird that he didn't care who he was going to live with him but it got weirder the fact that I still haven't met him. Rose did said he was a workaholic but it was starting to freak me out that I still haven't seen him.
I shook my head answering her question. I turn to see her frowning.
"Really?"
"Yep, I been here twice this week excluding today hoping to see him and introduce myself but all the times I stop by he was never there." I explained to her.
My mind keeps going back to what Rose said, how he was handsome is and how he has lady visitors.
"Rose, how does he look like?" My eyes were still on the shelf, not wanting to look at her after my embarrassing question.
I'm just curious.
"Well he's tall, for one. He works out a lot, and it definitely shows. He has a very confident aura, which I think a lot of girls like about him." While she was describing him I turn to look at her and watch her reaction. "He has nice hair. Oh he has these two adorable front teeth like a bunny! Very strong jaw structure." She stops after realizing that I was looking at her.
She tug a piece of he hair behind her ear blushing
"Rosie! Do you like him?" I asked with a teasing tone.
She gasp at my question. "Yah Lisa, he just handsome!" She yells at me. "He's not my type anyway."
I tilt my head, "Why? What's wrong with me?"
I heard her laugh at my question. "I would say nothing but he's very to himself. I need someone who can handle me, he seems like he would get annoyed easily. And I heard from Yoongi, that's he's very competitive and focus. Like he's too serious." She shivers at her words. "Yeah, I need someone more loose." She finishes.
I nod my head I understanding. Rose is very cheerful and very outgoing. I never seen Rose with a guy she interested in but I do know a lot of guys thinks she's beautiful but she never glance a guys way. I know if you want to be Rose, you would have to be patient but keep her in line at the same time.
Being with someone so serious will loose patience with her.
"You said he's a workaholic, what does he do?"
Her eyes lit up at my question. "Oh owns two night clubs. Yoongi sometime DJ at the clubs."
I was surprised with Rose answer. He owns a night club? How is that even possible? Something doesn't add up.
"Wait a minute, how can he own night clubs and not be able to afford a place?" Clearly you can tell the confusion in my voice.
"Well that's kind of a long story. Yoongi never exactly explained it well, but he did say he wasn't alway successful, which is why Yoongi DJ for free."
I listened to Rose and it does make sense per se. It's just sounds a little sketchy. I decided to drop the subject and maybe I'll be able to talk to this Jeon Jungkook guy myself.
Rose and I were done and checking out of the grocery store. We went back to my new place and stocked the fridge. The fridge did have other beverages and food, so he must be actually coming home.
Rose and I hung out for the rest of the afternoon, we had dinner and drank wine to celebrate my new place. Moving to the city without knowing anybody was hard but when I met Rose we became instant friends. She would always talk to me first and help me know the city more.
It was getting dark and Rose decided to leave.
"Be safe going home." I tell her as we hug each other and said our goodbyes.
"I will, today was fun. Thank you for letting me tag along."
I laughed at her thanking me. "No Rose, thank you for all this."
She gives me a sincere smile. "It's not a problem. I'm glad it all worked out." She stops as heard thunder. And looks at he sky and you can clearly see a storm is coming. "Will you be alright?"
I didn't want her to worry about me but I was secretly scared of the thunder. She did so much for me already. "Yes, now go home."
She nods her head ok.
"Hopefully Kookie will come home and you will finally be able to meet." With that she walked out of the corridor of the apartment as the rain started to come down.
I walked back in locking the doors and turn off the kitchen lights. The place was quiet and the window were wide and you can see the the thunderstorm as if you were outside.
It was starting to rain hard.
I was trying hard not to be scare but as I heard each thunder I shriek.
I decided to go back to my room and ignore the rain.
But I heard a thud outside.
I froze at my spot terrified.
Somebody is outside.
I slowly walked towards the door, looking around to grab something I can hit with.
I looked in the living room closet and saw a baseball bat. I picked up the wooden bat and tip toe towards the door.
As I got closer I notice the door knob jiggling.
I stood there waiting by the door for the intruder next step. As I was waiting, not only did the thunder making my heart pounding out of my chest, the lights decided to turn off.
As if I wasn't freak out enough.
Then the door swung open and instead of hitting the intruder, like I planned, I ran towards him yelling because the lights went off.
I didn't touch him, I just stood next to him screaming.
The intruder was surprised, to say the least.
He looked around as if he was confused.
"Who the hell are you?" He yelled.
I finally got my thoughts back together and stepped away from him and raise my hand as I was going to do Karates on him.
He raised an eyebrows at my action.
I know I look ridiculous but I don't know who he is.
"I live here. Who the hell are you?"
He tilt his head and a light bulb went on in his head.
"Ahh your my new roommate."
I registered what he was saying and then put my hands down.
"Oh, your Jungkook." I chuckle in embarrassment.
He cross his arms together across his chest.
"And you are Lalisa."
