I decided to stay at Dinoysus to do some paperwork. I finalize the paperwork to get approval for Dinoysus to become a venue for parties and such.

RM was helping me to find someone tobecome an event coordinator for the place. God know I wouldn't be able to handle it.

I'm hoping this would bring extra money so I can pay off my dad. I hate that Lili is suffering so much because of this.

That girl has so much patience. I can't believe she is still sticking with me. The thing I like most about her is how much faith she has in me. It's like I don't want to let her down and I want to work hard for her.

Thinking about her wasn't enough, I wanted to be with her. I know working late hours wasn't the idea I had to get close to her but I needed to do so I can make her and I to work.

I decided to text her.

Me:
Hey doll, I'm not going to make it home. I'll see you this week.

Lili 💛:
Okay. I miss you.

I smile at her text.

Me:
Me too. Let make sure we have dinner on Tuesday night.

Lili💛:
Are you sure? I know you are busy.

I frown at her text.

Me:
I'm sure. Did you not want to have dinner with me?

Lili💛:
No I do. I just know you are busy.

Me:
I am but I really miss you. I actually want to tell you something.

Lili💛:
Am I in trouble?

I laugh at text.

Me:
No doll, I just want to tell you something.

Lili💛:
Okay, I'll see you Tuesday night.

I put my phone away, and there is grin on my face.

"Wow, you just really like this girl."

A familiar feminine voice caught my attention.

Umji.

My good mood just disappear in an instant.

"What are you doing here?" I ask her.

"What? No kiss for your fiancé?" She pouts.

I roll my eyes at her attempt trying to be cute.

"No, so what is it exactly you want ?" I ask her again. I was putting away some paperwork when I saw sitting down at a bar stool next to me.

"Your girlfriend came to see me yesterday." My head rise, looking at her in complete shock. I notice a small grin on her face. "Yeah, you heard right. Lisa came to see me."

"Why?" I ask.

Umji shrugs her shoulders, "She wanted to talk. I guess she was trying to figure exactly what was going on."

"Did you tell her?" I ask in fear.

"Of course I did."

My fist balled up in anger. Now Lili knows exactly how fuck up everything is. But she hasn't said anything.... yet, at least.

"I'm guessing since you didn't know, and you had that sickening smile on your face, she is still going to try with you?" Umji ask.

"I guess she is." I grin with knowing that I still have Lisa.

"You know, you are going to end up hurting her right?"

I sign out in defeat. I know what Umji is saying. I know that I'm being selfish by keeping her with me but  Lili means a lot to me, I can't let her go.

"I don't want to hurt her but-" I hesitate with my reasoning.

Umji noticed my hesitation. Her eyes show understanding.

"You love her." She finishes my sentence.

My heart stop with the word love. My feelings for her grew more than expected. I want to protect her at all cost, as long as she is with me.

"If you love her, then tell her. I think she loves you too, but a person can take so much." Umji said.

My eyes went to her in confusion, "Why are being so calm about this?"

"Because it takes a real women to go up against all this. And she seems like a great person..." Umji looks at her fingers nervously. "She reminds me of Soo Jin."

My breath hitched at sound of her name.

"But the biggest difference between the two, Lisa is standing up to what is wrong while we all fold into our parents words and demands. She is doing something that we all wanted to do." Umji said, she took a deep breath and stands up, "and I respect her for that."

I saw Umji looking around, "I heard you are turning this place into a venue for the morning." I nod my head. "You are going to have to make this place more lively..." she sniff the air and made a face with disgust. "And please do a deep clean to the place, it reeks."

I gave Umji a gentle smile. "Thank you Umji." She returns the smile and walks out the club.

I sat their on the bar in silence thinking about what Umji said. Umji was oddly nice and I can't remember when the last time we spoke as if we were actual friends.

That girl Lisa has that effect on people. I have no idea how she does it but one conversation, and people change.

That's why I want to do better, I want to make her proud of me. I believe she I worth it all. I'll give up both club to pay my father back so I can be with her.

Thinking about made me miss her more. I got off the stool, grab all the paperwork and walk out of the club.

I need to see and be with her.
