Kookie's P. O.V.

It was a weird feeling being standing in middle of a hotel lobby waiting for my first love. Soo Jin arrive around 4 in the evening yesterday, since it was getting late and she was a little tired, we agree to wait for lunch today to meet.

My palms were sweating, and I wasn't quite sure exactly why I was so nervous. My thoughts froze the moment the dark wavy hair girl with bangs walking towards me with elegance and confident. Her red lips widen when she caught the sight of me.

I nervously gulp and smile back. We met halfway one another.

"Kookie, it's been so long. You grown up well ."

I give her a small smile. "You did as well."

Her smiles was filled with gratitude and I couldn't help but feel happy.

"Are you hungry? Let's have lunch in the cafe." She suggests.

I nod my head in agreement and follow her. When we arrived the host caught the sight Soo Jin and immediately let us in. They didn't walk us to the table, Soo Jin just picked a seat and sat down. I look around confuse, not understanding what was going on.

When we sat down, a waiter came by and brought Soo Jin a yellow smoothie and a water for me. My confusion deepens since we just got here and we didn't talk to a staff member.

"Can I get you anything to drink sir?" The waiter ask me.

I shook my head. "No, water is fine." The waiter nods his head and left.

When he was gone, Soo Jin looks over at me and we both silently smile to one another. It was a nice silence.

"My sister contacted me a few months ago." Soo Jin starts off. "I heard you have a girlfriend. Like an actual girlfriend." She said.

I became a little nervous at Soo Jin mentioning Lisa. But I wasn't afraid. "Yes, I do. Lisa is amazing."

Soo Jin didn't change her facial expression. "My sister isn't handling things well is she?"

I give her a small chuckle. "No, she isn't. Lisa understands. She feels for her but that doesn't make it any less easy for either of us."

"I see. And you like this Lisa girl?"

I look Soo Jin in the eyes and I can see the girl that I admire. Her eyes still sparkle and she still have this kind warm-hearted vibe. But I didn't feel a pull to her. She is just someone I am comfortable with.

My mind goes to the girl that I live with. The witty strong spirit girl. The girl I love.

"I love her."

Soo Jin eyes widen at my confession but I didn't show any regret. I love Lisa and she is going through so much because of my situation but she is sticking by me because we love each other. It's about time I show her I am in it. I can start by closing a door from my past.

Soo Jin eyes were observing me. Her head tilts a little and her lips stayed closed. After a moment of silence, Soo Jin smiles widen.

"Umji already told me you guys are in love. She said that she never seen you like this since high school. I just wanted to see it myself." She starts. I noticed a small hint of sadness, but it was gone in instant. "I am happy for you. I really am, but I am sorry you are put in a horrible situation."

"Thank you. I do appreciate it."

Her eyes went to her yellow smoothie then back to me. "What are you planning to do? Umji said you are trying to do something but she wouldn't tell me."

I was hesitant to tell her but I do feel like I can still trust her. "I'm planning to change my club a little. If that doesn't work, I'm planning to sell one of them."

Soo Jin eyes widen once again in surprise. "You love your club.. you are willing to sell them."

I raise a brow, "How do you know I love my clubs?"

Soo Jin laid back in her seat, offended. "Do you really think I don't check up on you? I miss you..." my eyes widen, and she noticed. " as a friend." I sign out in relief. "I hate how our life is. It's control by our parents, money, business and pride. It's not a life I would want my kids to be raise in. And I will not let them live this kind of lifestyle. I care about you as a friend. And when I found out you were happy with a girl, I was relieved."

Confusion was written all over my face and her lips went to a straight line. "I am happy with my life. I hate the fact i was force into this but Dino and I love each other. When Dino and I were happy, I found out you were this international playboy, I felt guilty. But then this girl Lisa comes into your life and seeing you like this." Her hands gestures to me.  "Makes me really happy."

I was speechless with her words. This girls is twice amazing as she was in high school. How can she stay this amazing. I have nothing but respect for her. And from the looks of it, I can even if she hasn't met Lisa yet, she likes her already.

"Soo Jin, thank you for meeting me. This helped me a lot. I can't thank you enough for supporting me and being happy for me. I am happy for you and Dino, I'm glad our life turned out for the best."

I saw her opening her mouth but stop with a person was next to our table. I man I haven't seen in along time was in front of me with a smile.

"Jk, it's good to see you."Dino greets me.

I saw Soo Jin gets up from her chair and gives a gentle kiss to Dino on the cheek.

"Dino. It's good to see you too." I reply back.

Dino turns to his wife, " Have you told him?"

I look at Soo Jin with knitted brows. Tell me what? She smirks at my expression.

"Not yet. I think we should wait for a better time." She tells her husband but she was looking at me.

I heard a small chuckle, "okay, but we are going to be late. We have to go." Dino tells his wife.

Soo Jin nods her head and both Dino and her look at me.

" We will see you again Kookie. Please tell Lisa we said hi and we look forward on meeting her." Dino tells me.

My mouth widen at surprise and they said goodbye like we were friends. The couple both turned around with a knowing smile. I didn't understand what was going but as I look at the two, they look genuinely happy and sincere.

I know it's been awhile. I have my first exam for the semester tomorrow and I been so busy. I am sorry. I finally know where exactly how I want this story to go and I hope I can finish it soon. Thank you for being patient with me.

Happy late birthday to our sunshine. : J Hope. I hope you all had a great day because that's what J Hope would have wanted.

And have you see Lisa's hair. Home Girl is BEAUTIFUL. She is truly a beauty.
IU is at the airport as well when Lisa was at the airport. Ahhh....

Anyways, it's  five days till the album is released. James Corden and Jimmy Fallon next week. I'm so excited!
