"Sorry I'm late - traffic's a bitch! What are people even rushing around for - it's Saturday!" Chaeyoung took the seat in front of her and whined. "I'm so hungry - all I could think about on the way here was food!! I know you're annoyed and you're gonna scream at me but wait - let me go order first!"

Lisa suppressed the smile and need to respond to the girl. She looked so out of breath - as if she just ran a mile! Lisa wasn't going to scream at her for being half an hour late. Not today. She hardly even notice the fact that it had been half an hour - as she had 'company' to distract her! Speaking of which -

She wasn't sure why she felt the need to tell him that - probably because she didn't want him to think that she purposely went silent.

His formalities and politeness hadn't fail on making her smile. I mean...aside from his obvious love for leather jackets and the color black that makes him look like a mysterious and dangerously hot-looking mafia - or is it a knight - there's really not much to dislike! I wonder if how many times in a day that he gets a woman's phone number -

"Okay! Let's do this! Don't be too loud -" Chaeyoung huffed as she sat back. The guilt on her face started appearing and Lisa laughed.

"Chill, Chae! I'm not mad and I definitely won't be loud,"

"Eh? You're not? But you're always shouting at me, even if it's only 10 minutes!"

"Would it make you feel better if I do? I'm really in a good mood -"

"Ooo...did you meet a hunky horse coach or something? Is that why?" Chaeyoung squinted her eyes sideways, making her laugh again.

"My mom got to ride for the first time in 3 years, is that not good enough of a reason?"

"Oh yeah...of course it is!" The girl leaned forward. "So not a hunky horse coach?"

And that's why we're soulmates! The girl just gets her so much that it's close to creepy! Lisa pursed her lips before leaning forward, mimicking her friend's posture.

"Chae...if I move away for a year...we'll still be friends right?"

"What? Yahh are you planning to move??"

"My dad wanted me to do my Master's in Canada after this -"

Chaeyoung's face fell and she pouts, looking like she's about to cry. "You...you said you're in a good mood and now you're telling me this? Is this suppose to be good news?"

"Yaa...don't cry before breakfast! It's still a long way to go and I haven't even decided yet,"

"Then why would you tell me now?? You know how emotional I'd get if I'm hungry - who's gonna look after me if you're not around? Who - who am I gonna cry to if Jimin annoys me?!"

"That's what you get for always replacing me with Hyeri - go cry to her," Lisa laughed, obviously enjoying the look on Chaeyoung's face right now!

"It's not the same! No - I won't let you go!" The friend crossed her arms across the chest and her lips curved downwards in protest. 

Lisa just smiled, appreciating the subtle love she felt from the girl. "Tell me that again once you're full, and I might reconsider,"

What are you up to?

She sent the message before taking out her purse for some cash. She had the cab drop her at the flower shop where she parked her car this morning. Once she'd hand over the money, she got out and saw Irene closing the store.

"Unnie!" She hopped from behind and the woman jumped slightly.

"Oh - you scared me! Yahh don't do that!" Irene slapped her shoulder weakly and she giggled, muttering a couple of sorry-s. "What are you doing here? I thought you're with your parents -"

"Ahh this morning, yes. I parked my car here cus I needed to take the bus and train there," She gestured to the opposite street where the vehicle is. "How come you're closing so early?"

Irene got up from locking the shutter and fixed the bag strap across her shoulder. "I need to pick my parents up at the airport. They're visiting remember?" 

"Aahh...yes," Is it this week? Phew...thank God I bumped into her! I didn't even remember the date!

She recalled the favor asked by the elder last 2 weeks. Irene's parents are visiting for 4 days and she needed Lisa's help on taking care of the shop this Monday and Tuesday. She hesitated at first because it'll be the first time for Lisa to be handling the store by herself. But Irene's been such an understanding boss and a kind friend that she didn't have the heart to say no.

"I have to go now. You drive safe okay? Remember, Monday and Tues - oh wait - is that your phone or mine -"

Irene scrambled through her bag and Lisa took her phone out to check. "It's mine, unnie," She says, the smile never leaving her face. 

"Annyeong," She answered as Irene waved goodbye. 

She heard a little chuckle before his voice appeared. "Look to your left,"

"Eh?" Lisa turned immediately, confused as to why. There he stood...about a 100 metres away from her...holding a hand up but not quite waving it. He smiled shyly as he walked closer and she felt her heart melting.

It's not the first time she looks at him, but for some reason he seems different. The sun had bless itself to peek and touch on his perfect face. The slight whisper of the wind flowed calmly through his slightly messy hair. Is it just her or has everything went into a full-on, slow-motion scene? 

His gaze - as shy as it is - was kept just on her, and it makes her nervous. When he stopped in front of her, she spotted one corner of his mouth twitching. He began unbuttoning the glove on one hand and taking it off swiftly. Damn it - even just that makes him look sexy as hell!
