I Feel Unapprieated

I sometimes feel as if my comments
get lost in the void of conversation.

As if everyone around me is having their own private
conversation right in front of me and I'm just slowly
getting more and more unappreciated and ignored.

I don't say anything though. I just tuck the pain neatly
in my heart, carrying on as if nothing has changed,
when in reality everything has.
