Extrovert

I need conversations with people almost all the time
otherwise the unwanted thoughts start creeping
into my mind like snakes, paralyzing me.

It doesn't even really matter what we talk about
or whether it's face to face or via text messages
into the early hours of the morning.

Sometimes I quite like being alone,
especially when writing,
but other times being alone feels lonely.
