Anxiety. I'm sure all of us are scared and nervous of a certain person or situation.

To me, anxiety comes from fear. The biggest fear for anxiety is fear of being judged. 

A lot of people are scared of the public, of all the eyes and the stares that are laid upon them when they talk. We are afraid of being judged.

People want to be liked, they want attention and time of other people. That is normal. At least if it's not in an obsessive way.

If you want to be liked, you can't be judged. You have to show the side that people want. 

I think, this is what makes people anxious.

In my opinion, you can learn how to deal with society, people are just never taught how to do so. I think it's wrong (just like I think it's wrong that we're never taught how to clean up -_-)

We are always expected to deal with people. Others tend to think that dealing with people comes from birth, and that you don't need to learn it.

It is, in some ways, correct. But it is only correct if you don't have any traumatic experiences with people.

A lot of people had negative experiences with other people, some worse than others. Someone maybe got bullied while the other got rejected by their friends.

No matter what it is, all of these examples are negative experiences with society which impact how we later behave with people.

Another factor (of course not the only one) of anxiety is time.

People often loose track of it, not being able to finish everything they want and this leads to stress and, in the worst case, to fear and anxiety.

No matter what makes you anxious, you can talk about it here. Also, please seek professional help. As a person who goes to a therapist regularly, it really helps, trust me <3
