Let your jaw hang as far as you are comfortable, and breathe through your mouth. You don't need to meditate, or track your breathing, or be calm or anything. Just know you are breathing and let that be your anchor to what keeps you together.
You are breathing.
You are okay.
Things are okay.
Things will be okay.
You are 100% capable of anything you wish to do or become. Even if it's becoming the next Walt Disney or doodling a nice picture on your homework. You have so much opportunity to be happy and content.
But before all that, I just need you to breathe through your mouth, close your eyes, and let yourself know that breathing is okay, and you are okay.
