To put this in simple terms, the mall was amazing. It was probably the biggest mall I have ever seen, and probably will ever see. It was set up like any normal mall, with shops on the outside, and shops inside.

"I'm pretty sure that they placed this mall in the center of the city." Grace said. "I know it sounds cliché, but most of the roads come here."

"So where are we going anyways? This place is huge!"

"Game Galaxy," Grace pointed straight ahead. "It's in the very back of the mall. We aren't in any sort of rush, so if you wanna stop by somewhere on the way up, then we can."

"Alright seems cool!"

  On the way up, Grace seemed to walk at a slower pace so that I could look at everything. Just in the side we were on, the mall had so much stuff compressed into one space. We did stop by a Starbucks really quick, because Grace "needed her frappe".

  It was kinda weird, because the workers at Starbucks were actually having conversations with us, just like we were some friends that stopped by or something. Just like everyone else, they asked me who I was, and what I was doing here. It's weird how well everyone knows each other.

  I wonder if Grace knows everyone. "So do you know everybody here?"

  Grace just laughed. "If only. I usually go to the same couple of places, and it's usually the same people who are working each day. Now if we are talking about people our age, then yes. We all go to the same elementary, middle, and highschool. It gets boring after a while though..."

"I wish I could have it that way. Back in Cali, I knew nobody. There were so many schools, that once you finally got to know someone, then they would leave you for a different school."

"It's definitely not like that here." Grace took another sip from her drink. "Oh look we're here! Oh and don't let your jaw hang open to long. You might get flies or something!" Grace laughed, and I stood there gasping.

  Game Galaxy was probably the best video game store ever. It had two floors, but the first one seemed to be more like a lounge. It had a small coffee shop, and on the far back wall was around 10 TV's with random games playing.

"Hi welcome to Game Galaxy how may I help you?" The lady had a cheery look on her face, and she was staring at me, waiting for a response.

"What?"

"Do you need anything?" The lady asked again, but this time she was giving me a weird look.

"He's fine!" Grace pushed me away from the entrance. "Thank you though!" The lady just shrugged and decided to go with it.  I wonder how often she gets stuff like this. "Now stay here. I'm gonna go find Jawan and Matt!" Grace ran up the stairs, to what looked like a library. Except instead of books, they had video games.

"Yep she's a beauty!" I felt a arm around my shoulder and I almost screamed. "Don't be so alarmed!" I turned to see who was touching me, and it was some guy who looked to be no older then 18 or 19. His name tag said Joe.

"Uh Joe, why is your arm around me?"

  Joe let out a big chuckle and slapped my shoulder. "I'm glad you learned my name!"

"Uh yes?"

"Sorry if I'm disturbing you- hey look!" He reached into my sweater pocket and pulled out the WWG pamphlet.

"Dude what the heck!" I tried to snatch it away from him, but he wouldn't let me.

"Listen, if you are planning on doing this I can help! My friends cousins sisters boyfriends best friend works at the MLG corporation place. He knows a lot about this tournament!"

"But it's not even hosted by MLG!" I did a mental face palm.

"So? If you re-arrange the letters in WWG, you get MLG!"

  This time I did a real face palm. "Where did you get that from?

"Don't worry! I dropped out of highschool to come work here!" Joe smiled. "I know everything about anything video games!"

"That makes sense..." I thought I said that under my breathe but he heard me.

"Is that a fat joke?" He looked really offended. "I try to watch my weight ok!" Now that I look at him, he probably could cut back on some of the junk food. Not to be rude or anything!

"What? No! I said nothing like that!"

"Good. Anyways let me tell you about the competition!"

  I decided there was no fighting it. "Fine."

"So, the first thing you need to know about the competition, is that there will be tons of small clans try Harding it." I expected that. "But the thing that makes this different then all the others, is what game you will be playing. Every round you will be put on a different console, and you will be playing game from Advanced Warfare, to Mario Kart. Never expected to see Mario Kart at a MLG tournament did you?" Joe laughed. "That's all I have for now. Um come back to me next week and I will see if I can learn anything new!"

"Um ok. Thanks Joe?"

  Joe did a bow, then he headed into one of the back rooms. I decided to head over to a TV and see what was up.

  The TV's each had different games going on, and most of them were full, except one. It was this girl, and she sat there alone playing Minecraft. She looked bored out of her mind, so I decided to go be bored with her.

"Hello there!" I sat down in one of the bean bag chairs and grabbed a remote. "Mind if I join?"

  The girl shrugged. "Go on ahead. I hate this game anyways."

"Then why are you playing it?"

  The girl looked me straight in the eyes. "I don't know to be honest. You can take over, I'll go and watch."

"I don't like Minecraft either..."

  The girl looked at me and laughed. She pulled out her phone and wrote something down on a napkin. "I'm Bailey." She smiled. "You should call me or something. I already can tell that we could be good friends!"

  I was left speechless as Bailey headed out of the store. She was wearing a Halo sweater, which meant she had to be some sort of gamer. I think I may just call her up later.

"Ryan who was that brown haired girl?" Jawan had a smirk on his face.

"Just some girl!" I shoved the napkin in my pocket.

"Suuure!" Jawan had a huge smile on his face. "Just some girl."
