ISA-ISANG in review ni Simon ang mga video footages sa laptop nito. Pinatawag sila ni Iesus dahil nawawala ang ledger nito. Kasama niya sila Juan, Sep, Vier, James, Au and Tor. Wala si Jude, he went back to the US, may aasikasuhin lang for five days. Hindi na nga niya ito hinatid kaninang madaling araw.

And she perfectly remembers that ledger in Iesus' underground museum.

That mysterious ledger.

The only question now is, who stole the ledger?

Sa dami ng mga CCTV cameras sa buong bahay ni Iesus at sa higpit ng buong Faro de Amoré paano nito nasalisihan si Iesus?

"I can't see anything," reklamo ni Simon, "there was a black shadow of a man on the first video, past 15 minutes after 3 am. Pero bigla na lang naglaho."

"Do you think it's a human?" asked Iesus.

"Let me see," ni Vier. Lumapit ito sa likod ni Simon, bahagyang yumuko. "Zoom the video." Tumalima si Simon. Naningkit ang mga mata ni Vier. "He's definitely something. I couldn't tell."

"Ano bang mangyayari kapag nawala ang ledger?" tanong niya.

"Anything could happen," Iesus answered grimly. "Those items in the underground museum were placed there by my ancestors with a reason. We couldn't let that ledger taken away from me or worse could happen."

"It's inevitable," Vier added.

"What else did you see?" ni Tor.

"There were glitches in most of the videos," sagot ni Simon. "Para bang may dumaan pero 'di naman nakikita."

"Maybe we can look at those specific locations and let Binig and Champo trace any footprints if meron talaga," ni Juan.

"We could do that," sang-ayon ni Sep.

Sino ba naman kasi ang gustong nakawin ang ledger na 'yon?

"What about the latest CCTV camera you've installed, Sus?" tanong ni Vier. "'Yong nilagay mo sa tree house na nakaharap sa balon."

Vier is referring to the wishing well na walang tubig. Pababa 'yon ng underground museum pero may matibay na metal grid frame 'yon and a special kind of glass window. It creates an illusion kapag sumisilip ka sa balon na 'yon and it wouldn't be feasible to access the museum through there.

The person has to get inside the house.

And that person may have been in the house to know such things.

"I don't think na install na 'yon. I didn't see the technician after I've instructed him."

"Let's still try," ni Simon. Mabilis ang mga daliri nito sa pagtipa sa laptop. Halos hindi niya masundan ang pagpapalit-palit nito ng tabs. Hanggang sa mahanap nito ang isang particular location – 'yong sa may treehouse na video. "Okay, let's wait."

Ilang segundo ang lumipas at may lalaking dumating. A man in his black hoodie jacket but he seemed familiar. 

Pero impossible kasi...

Bahagyang may ilaw ang bahaging 'yon.

"Turn around, turn around," Simon mumbled while anxiously tapping his fingers on the table.

Halos hindi na yata huminga ang lahat lalo na nang bahagyang lumingon ang lalaki. She felt her heart drop when she realized who it was.

"Jude!" singhap niya.

Simon paused the video. Nilakihan nito ang mukha at ganoon na lang din ang panlalaki ng mga mukha rito.

"Jude!" kompirma nito.

"B-But –" she couldn't finish her words. 

How was it possible?

"Mari, what time did Jude leave?" seryosong tanong ni Iesus.

"4 am ang flight niya, umalis siya bandang 2:30 am kanina." Sinubukang niyang i-process ang nangyayari. Why would Jude steal the ledger? "But since I couldn't accompany him ay si Balti ang humatid sa kanya kanina."

Naigala ni Simon ang tingin sa paligid. "Where's Balti?" Mukhang ngayon lang nito na realize na kanina pa nila hindi kasama si Balti.

"Find Balti now," Iesus demanded. Ibinaling nito ang mukha sa kanya. "Call Jude, Mari. I need to talk to him as soon as possible."
