Gene's P.O.V

"I'm Gene." I say as I shake her hand.
She looks behind her.
"I know we literally just meet but....." She leans in WAY too close.
"I feel a c-connection..."
Zenix starts growling.
"DOWN DOG!"
"Hey! Don't call my friend that!" I said grabbing her wrist.
"Oh sweetie! Don't-" she grabs my arm and puts it behind my back.
Before she can twist it another girl came running and pinned her down. She struggled at first.
"If you know what's good for you...then you would run like the little pathetic animal you are." She says shoving her away.
"Thank you so mu-"
She turns to reveal to e/c orbs I've stared into before.
-Y/n...."
She smiled weakly and walks away. I was going to walk after her when I feel a hand on my shoulder.
"Hey."
I turn around to see that Xavier kid.
"You must be Gene! I heard Y/n speak a lot about you." He says walking in front of me.
"S-She did? What did s-she day." I feel my cheeks burn.
"That you are her ex. She said that she is glad you broke up. She told me 'I don't know why I would date a loser like him! Such a jerk.' She said that while laughing." He said smirking.
My heart sank. I looked down and started to walk away. Sasha and Zenix immediately grabbed my shoulder and turned me around.
"We all know you are lying! Y/n would never say that! She loves Gene too much! You have no idea what you are talking about!" Sasha yells while grabbing my shoulders.
Zenix starts to growl.
Xavier chuckled, "Then why did she kiss me?"
Zenix gasps and his ears and tail pop out. Sasha gasps, grabs her jacket and puts it over Zenix's head.
Xavier laughs, "Wow! I guess I was right. I knew something's was off with you! You are a werewolf. HaHa!"
Zenix takes off his sweater and wraps it around his waist.
Xavier questions, "Wait...Were you always a werewolf? Or were you transformed?"
Zenix sweats, "My Mom was w-werewolf...I-I got most of my genes (hehe Gene) from my dad! I'm a late b-bloomer!"
Xavier raised an eyebrow, "Are you sure. You don't seem sure..."
Sasha yells, "He is sure!"
Xavier starts laughing, "If I am correct and you were transformed...that means...Ultimas do exist! HAHAHAHAHAHA! MY FRIENDS NEVER BELIEVED ME! WAIT UNTIL I TELL THEM!"
All of our faces went pale. I ran as fast as I could to try and find Y/n. I saw her with Aaron. I ran towards them but was quickly stopped by Zenix and Sasha.
Sasha says, "I wouldn't do that if I were you."
I look at her, "What why not?! I need to tell them th-"
Sasha interrupts, "No you don't. You want to go with Y/n..Gene..I know you. When we went to visit you after she left for FCU, you cried and cried saying you want to hold her, touch her silkily hair, and kiss her "sweet" lips. I know you still love her but right now we need to respect her father's decisions. No matter how much we want to, you know we can't."
I look down.
I look at them as they walk away. I think to myself.
We have an Issue....
