The whole school was gossiping and talking about the Fall Formal.

This was the first dance (y/n) had been to this year with her friends.

Of course since she wasn't in much of a romantic relationship with anyone, she just thought she'd go with her friends.

Alex had asked Amy the other day, with a bouquet of roses in her locker.

Ted had asked Touca, by giving her some chocolates.

Buster was going to go alone, but Marie had insisted they go together.

(y/n) wasn't really into school dances anyways. She was always a tomboy. Hated dresses. Doing her hair all fancy shamcy. Yeah, wasn't really into that stuff.

Freddy; thinking it was a good idea, was going to ask (y/n) to go with him. He told everyone that it was just because he felt bad for (y/n) for not having a date.

(Hailey: -_- admit it Freddy has a crush on you.)

Now even though he didn't want to make asking (y/n) a big deal, he wanted to do 'The Big Ask' thing those romantic guys do for girls.

(That's never happened to meh ;-;)

(Wow I am just so evil now >:3)

I was walking to lunch with Amy, Touca and Marie after Math class.

They were talking about how excited they were for Fall Formal.

I let an annoyed groan escape my lips.

Amy noticed, "You ok (y/n)?" She asked.

"Yeah, its just I'm kinda the only girl who doesn't have a date." I replied.

"Well maybe someone will ask you." Touca suggested.

"Yeah! I bet they are just waiting last minute to ask." Marie added.

"Thanks girls, besides even if I don't get asked then I get to hang with you guys anyways!" I said.

"Yeah man!" Amy cheered.

We then reached our table, only to notice the guys weren't there.

"Where are the guys?" Touca asked.

"I thought they'd beat us." Amy sighed.

Then all the guys except Freddy walked in.

"Hey guys where's Freddy?" I asked.

"He said that he wanted to ask you something on the rooftop." Ted said.

"Uh ok." I turned to the girls, "I'll see you later I guess."

I then down the hall and up the four fleets of stairs.

(There goes your weekly workout)

Once I opened the door and entered the rooftop, I immediately saw Freddy standing by the greenhouse.

(Yes there is a small green house on the roof... don't judge me!)

"Freddy?" I called out to get his attention.

He turned around and smiled at me, "Hey (y/n) your just in time." He exclaimed.

'Ok now I'm confused.' I thought.

"In time for what?" I asked.

He grabbed my hand and guided me to the greenhouse.

"For this." He said.

Then there were (f/f)s on a string banner that spelled out 'Will You Go To The Dance With Me (y/n)?'.

I held in my gasp- ok not very well.

"You did this... for me?" I asked.

"Y-yeah, so do you want to go with me?" Freddy asked.

(Well Reader-sama? :3 If you can't live with Freddy crushing on you then get out... it's not forever! I think I'm not sure yet)

(You know what? F$&# it! Here's your damn answer!)

"I'd love to go with you Freddy." I replied with a smile.

His expression brightened more than I ever thought it could.

"Awesome!" He exclaimed.

Then we left together and rejoined the others.

"YOU WHAT?!" Amy exclaimed.

"Calm down Amy! I just felt bad for her being the only girl in our group without a date." Freddy explained.

'Yeah it doesn't matter.' I thought to myself.

Honest, it didn't matter whether Freddy actually liked me or something. He just feels bad for me. I can live with it.
